(Medium Sand)

Granular Sub-base with Graded Material (Table:- 400-1) A. Plant Mix Method: Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded material, mixing in Wet Mix Plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with Motor grader on prepared surface in proper grade and camber, compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, including lighting, guarding, barricading, including cost of all materials, machinery, tools and plants and cost of quality control complete as per Clause 401 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (v) Grading - V

Wet Mix Macadam Base Course Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including screening of aggregates and granular materials, premixing the material with water at OMC in Wet Mix Plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with Paver in Sub- base / Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, including supply of all materials, machinery, fuel and lubricants, including incidental costs for lighting, guarding, barricading, making earthen bundh to protect the edges including cost of quality control complete as per Clause 406 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

Supplying and laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavement (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with concrete grade as specified as per Table 1 of IS 15658:2006) manufactured in steel mould clamped to a vibrating table by hydraulic pressure (as per cl no. 6.30 of IRC : SP: 63(2018) from BIS license manufacturer with spacer nib (small producing profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks as per cl. no.3.26 of IS:156358) and of specified size and shape with aspect ratio (The ratio of length to thickness of a paver block as per cl. no. 3.3 of IS:15658 ) as per table 2 of IS:15658 with flexural strength/breaking load as per annexure G of IS: 15658 on the prepared base course of specified CBR as per table 1 of IRC SP63 (2018)or else as mentioned in design and drawing with a cushion of compacted bedding sand of 25-35mm thick (grading of the bedding sand as per clause6.5.1 of IRC:SP-63) and filling up the gaps in between paver blocks with joint filling sand (the grading of the joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of I(RC SP 63) and completing the edges with cut blocks as per cl no 8.7 of IRC SP-63(2018) with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sand compaction, levelling and filling up of the edge gap. 80 mm thick. Supplying & fixing of Raised Pavement Markers I Road Studs I Cats Eye made of polycarbonate moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face which shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to clause no 804 of MoRT&H's specification for Road &Sridge Works (Fifth Rev.). Marker height shall not be less than 10 mm and shall not exceed 20 mm, width shall not exceed 130mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 sq.cm. on each side and slope to the base shall be 35 ± 5 degree. Fixing will be without nails but by using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation including site clearance etc. and complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge .The contractor will have to provide a test certificate from a reputable national/international laboratory conforming the above specifications.

Dismantling of Structures Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specifications Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD. Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in Sub-structure including initial straightening, straightening of coils bars, removal of loose rust (if any), cutting to requisite length bending, binding with annealed wire not less than 1 mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at every intersection hooked and bent to correct shape and placed on forms etc including cost of black annealed wire and cost of loading, unloading, carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of defective concrete, cleaning the surface thoroughly, applying the hotcrete mixture mechanically with compressed air under pressure, comprising of cement, sand, coarse aggregates, water and quick setting compound in the proportion as per clause 2807.1., sand and coarse aggregates conforming to IS: 383 and table 1 of IS: 9012 respectively, water cement ratio ranging from 0.35 to 0.50, density of gunite not less than 2000 kg/cum, strength not less than 25 MPa and workmanship conforming to clause 2807.6. Epoxy bonding of new concrete to old concrete

Guniting concrete surface with cement mortar (25 mm nominal thick) applied with ompressor after cleaning surface and spraying with epoxy complete as per Technical specification.

Patching of damaged concrete surface with polymer concrete (25 mm nominal thick) and curing compounds, initiator and promoter, available in present formulations, to be applied as per instructions of manufacturer and as approved by the Engineer.

Protective work with walling with eucalyptus Bullah 1.5m (av) high on piling 150 mm dia and 4.50m long driven 3.00m (av) below G.L. and 350 mm centre to centre including fitting fixing 3 nos. of half bullah pieces (from 10 cm dia) including cost of necessary nails, bolts, nuts etc and providing 2 to 3m long half bullah ties of 10cm dia @ 2.25 m centre to centre fixed with 10 cm dia bullah posts driven 1.5m below G.L. including cost of all materials and one coat of coal tarring to all bullah etc complete as per direction

Supplying empty cement bags in good condition & filling empty cement bags with earth and placing them in position including tying or sewing mouth (cost of thread included) and all incidental charges complete including cost of sand and gunny bags
