Providing well-dressed security service i.e. security proposal /ground at Zone-B (under Murshidabad Highway Division No. I within the jurisdiction of Berhampore, Islampur & Raghunathganj Highway Sub Division) as per instruction and during night hours equipped with powerful torch of three batteries, battens to the satisfaction of Engineers–in–Charge [This rate will be variable depending upon the Minimum wages stipulated by the Government of West Bengal from time to time as per Memorandum no.– 3790-F(Y) dated 21.07.2014 of the Finance department, Govt. of WB. The agency need not to quote any rate for wages as it shall be equal to the prevailing minimum wages as per latest Govt. circular of the Labour Department. The selected agency shall have to deposit as monthly subscription of EPF and ESI @13% and 3.25% respectively for each guard/ security personal. Moreover Bonus @ 8.33% to be paid to each security personal/guard once in a year. GST @18% of above total amount will also be deducted from their bill.] The minimum wages and respective amount of EPF, ESI, Bonus and GST will also be paid to the agency based on minimum wages as circulated and revised time to time by the labour Department, Govt. of WB. Service charges including Cost of batteries, hire charges of torches, batons & dresses etc. and all other incident charges and taxes. No extra claim will be entertained and remains fixed throughout the contract period as per Memorandum no. 3790-F(Y) Dated 21.07.2014 of Finance Department Government of West Bengal. Zone B 12 No
