Semi-dense Bituminous Concrete Providing & laying Semi-dense Bituminous Concrete (SDBC) as wearing coarse by Hot Mix Plant, using coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, filler materials and binder of required specification and grading as per approved job mix formula, over thoroughly cleaned surface coated with tack coat, including screening, cleaning of aggregates, mixing the components as per approved Job Mix Formula with hot binder, carrying the mixture by tipper truck or any other approved suitable arrangements, laying the mixture uniformly, maintaining the specified laying temperature, thorough rolling with power roller with necessary hand packing and pinning to give an uniform surface to achieve the desired density of at least 98% of that of Laboratory Marshall specimen, including the cost and carriage of aggregates, filler and binder, heating the binder, preheating the aggregates, and filler to the specified temperature, including the hire charges of Hot Mix Plant and other machineries, pay of operators, cost of fuel and lubricants and all other incidental charges complete. Prime Coat Providing and applying primer coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 and requisite quantity on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer using Mechanical means including cost and carriage of bitumen emulsion and all other incidental costs of work complete as per Clause 502 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). For WMM Surface: Using Bitumen emulsion (MS TYPE) @ 0.85 KG /m2

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). On Bituminious Surface Using Bitumnen emulsion (MS TYPE) @ 0.25 KG / m2

On Granular surfaces treated with primer Using Bitumnen emulsion (MS TYPE) @ 0.275 KG / m2

Box cutting or filling in Road embankment in all sorts of soil including spreading the spoils properly over the flank as necessary or on berm to approximate grade & camber and rolling the sub-grade with power roller to proper camber and grade as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including uprooting and removing plants and jungles when and where necessary. Depth upto 150 mm

Construction of Sub Base using Local Materials: Construction of Sub Base using Local Materials, spreading in uniform layers with Motor grader on prepared surface, including screening the metal as necessary, mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, lighting, guarding and barricading including cost and carriage of all materials and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre wide on each side to protect the edges complete as per Clause 401 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). For Construction of Sub Base by compacting river bed materials. Using NB variety materials RBM @ 1.28 m3 / m3

PART B : ROAD SAFETY WORKS Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete as per Clause 803 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

PART C : Protective Works Excavation for Structures Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, removing, spreading or stacking of spoils within a lead of 150 m. as directed and including trimming the sides of the trenches, leveling, dressing and ramming the bottom, and backfilling with approved material complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. In all sorts of soil excluding marshy soil & rocks (soft or hard) by manual means. upto 3 m depth Without pumping out water and shoring.

Filling properly the empty sausage crates with boulders of any size & shape with hand packing after preparation of bed of placement, placing the crate in position, carriage of boulders from road stacks with a lead upto 150m etc. complete in all respect including stitching the rest of the crate with wire (passage for filling boulders) after filling up the crate with boulders and launching the crate in position if necessary and as directed by the Engineer-in charge. [Rate provided is inclusive of the cost of stone boulders] Using NB Variety materials Boulder above 225 mm @ 0.450 m3/m3 Boulder 225 - 150 mm @ 0.450 m3/m3

Weaving wire mattress as directed with wire of 4mm dia. and making sausage crate of required shape after tying all intersections including joining longitudinal ends, closing ends of sausage, carriage of wire to site of work complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of supply of G.I. wire. With 100mm x 100mm mesh

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. River Bazree, N B variety

Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, crossdrain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction. Where staging is not required.

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates/brick aggregates /river bed materials satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MoRT&H Specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification. RBM @ 0.72 m3 / m3 Coarse sand @ 0.48 m3 / m3

Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 for Rural Roads of MORD. (Mode of measurement: pre works and post works) Land arrange by the Contractor including Royalty. Total lead upto 3 Km Extra lead upto 2 KM over initial lead of 1000 M

PART D : Box Bridge Painting work Making one set of scaffolding only for replacing glass panels, painting, uprooting plant and another repairing works of building and S&P works for external works only with 10 cm. dia bamboo as main posts at the rate of 1 metre centre to centre and 7.5 cm. dia bamboo ties @ 0.75 metre apart fitting and fixing with necessary coir, nails etc. as per direction of the Engineer-incharge. 3.90 metre height Extra for additional 3.6 height or part thereof (i) Intial Set

Removing loose scales, blisters etc. from old painted surface and thoroughly smoothening the surface to make the same suitable for receiving fresh coat of paint.

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. IOne Coat

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. Super Protective 100% Acrylic Emulsion.

Add GST @ 12% on Rs.1,11,04,267.53 i.e. total amount over item no. 1 to 20.

Add Labour Welfare Cess @ 1% of Rs. 1,24,36,779.63 i.e. total amount Item No. 1 to 21.
