The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar nature of work. For the first call of NIT, the bidder should produce credentials of a similar nature of completed work of the minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during 7 years prior to the date of issue of this tender notice. Alternatively, the bidder should produce credentials of 2 similar nature of completed works, each of the minimum value of 25% of the estimated amount put to tender during 7 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. For the second call of NIT, the bidder should produce credentials of a similar nature of completed work of the minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during 7 years prior to the date of issue of this tender notice, or 2 similar nature of completed works, each of the minimum value of 25% of the estimated amount put to tender during 7 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice, or one single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 75% or more and value of which is not less than the desired value at (a) above. For the third call of NIT, the bidder should produce credentials of a similar nature of completed work of the minimum value of 20% of the estimated amount put to tender during 7 years prior to the date of issue of this tender notice, or one single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 70% or more and value of which is not less than the desired value at (a) above. The bidder should have experience in execution of similar work, with relevant work order, completion certificate, BOQ in support of his experience. The bidder should upload the credentials of building work, electrical work for building, as well as credentials of road work, along with relevant work order, completion certificate, and BOQ in support of their experience of execution of similar work. The values and percentages of similar works completed mentioned are: - 30% of the estimated amount put to tender - 25% of the estimated amount put to tender - 75% or more completion of a single running work - 70% or more completion of a single running work - 20% of the estimated amount put to tender The bidder should also have liquid assets or credit facilities not less than 10% of the estimated cost put to tender.
