Plum Concrete (1:3:6): Plain cement concrete of nominal mix (1:3:6 ) with coarse aggregate of which stone boulder of size 225mm to 150mm of 60% of total dry volume to be placed in position as directed by Eng-in charge, 67% - 40mm down shingle 20mm down bazzri, Coarse Sand, Cement (53 grade) mechanically mixed in 1:3:6 of rest volume and placed in position and compacted by any means as directed including cost of shuttering. WITH CONCRETE MIXER WITH HOPPER

Providing weep holes in brick masonary/plain /reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100mm dia AC pipe , extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing foce.complete as per drawing and technical specification (Reference to MORT&H'S Specification 2706 & 2200).

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete including spriklring water and throughly compacted with plate compactor/power rammer in layers not exceeding 150mm compacted thickness as per drawing and Technical Specification (710.1.4 of IRC:78 & MoRTH's specification 2200) - with Stone Boulder

Water Bound Macadam: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density (Reference to MORT&H's specification 404). Stone Screening Type-A, Gr.I - Use NB Variety Stone Metal/Chips

Water Bound Macadam: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density (Reference to MORT&H's specification 404). Stone Screening Type-B, Gr.II - Use NB Variety Stone Metal/Chips

Prime Coat: Providing and applying primer coat with cationic bitumen emulsion SS1 grade conforming to IS:8887 on prepared porous granular surface including clearing of road surface and spraying primer using mechanical means (Reference to MORT&H's specification clause 502). On WMM/WBM surface @ 0.70kg /sqm.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared bituminous/granular /cement concrete pavement surface @ of 0.20/m² cleaned with mechanical broom (Reference to MORT&H's specification clause 503).

Open-Graded Premix Surfacing using Bituminous Binder and Mobile Hot Mix Plant (Light Duty) : Providing, laying and rolling of Open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm (@ 0.018 m³ per m²) and 11.2 mm (@ 0.009 m³ per m²) size stone aggregates, including thoroughly cleaning of the surface, screening, cleaning and pre-heating stone chips and fully pre-coating the same either using viscosity grade paving bitumen or cut-back or emulsion, carrying the mixture by any suitable arrangements, laying the mixture uniformly over the surface, including line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in Mobile Hot Mix Plant (Light Duty) and thoroughly rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades including the cost and carriage of stone chips and matrix, heating the matrix, preheating the aggregates to required temperature and including the hire charges of Mobile Hot Mix Plant (Light Duty) and other machinery, pay of operators, cost of fuel and lubricants etc. complete to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B as per Technical Specification. WITH NORTH BENGAL VARIETY STONE CHIPS - Use VG-30 Pkt Bitumen

Providing and laying Premixed Seal Coat (Type B) with approved quality sand/grit @ 0.6 m3/ 100 m2 and bitumen binder on thoroughly cleaned black top surface coated with tack coat, including heating and mixing cleaned sand/grit (100 % passing through 2.36 mm sieve and retained on 180 micron sieve) uniformly with bitumen binder, laying and spreading the mix at an uniform rate using suitable means, brushing the surface, if necessary, to ensure uniformity, followed by rolling with power roller including the cost and carriage of binder and aggregates, cost of heating the binder and aggregates and all other incidental charges, cost of fuel and lubricants, including hire charges of machineries, tools & plants required for construction and quality control complete as per Clause 511 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3) on brick work in sub-structure complete all including raking out joints curing,etc as per Technical Specifications (Reference to MORT&H's specifications 1300 & 2200).

Painting Two Coats on New Concrete Surfaces: Painting two coats, after filling the surface & apply in gas ealing primer, with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces as per MORT&H's specification 803.6.2.(Reference to MORT&H's specification 803).
