Repairing pot-holes and making up small depressions with ramming or power rolling including screening, cleaning N.B.Vaiety stone chips and washing, drying as necessary and heating the chips where necessary, cutting pot holes to regular shapes with vertical edges, cleaning the disintegrated materials,heating matrix and applying tack coat (including sides) with Cationic Emulsion MS-Type (Pkd.), finishing the top of repaired surface levelled with adjoining area, including cost and carriage of stone aggregates and matrix excluding cost of applying tack coat. i) With premixed Chips with 54 kg per m3of bitumen VG-30 (Pkd.) of loose net volume of Pakur Variety stone chips. (The payment is to be made on the basis of loose net volume of stone materials consumed in the work). Using Mobile HMP (Light Duty)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering including lighting, guarding, barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling, including cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all men and machinery and compacting to the required density, as per Clause 404 of pecifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (ii) Grading-I Aggregate (63 mm to 45mm) Using Stone Screening Type B (5.6 mm) B. Manual Means (N.B. Variety stone chips)

(iii) Grading-II Aggregate (53 mm to 22.4mm) Using Stone Screening Type B (5.6 mm) B. Manual Means (N.B. Variety stone chips)

Providing , Laying and rolling of Open Graded Premixed Surfacing of 20mm composed thickness using 13.2mm(@ 0.18 m3/m2)and 11.2 mm@(.09 m3/m2)size N.B.Variety stone chips, including through cleaning of the surface ,applying tack coat with Cationic Emulsion MS-Type (Pkd.), screening, cleaning and preheating stone chips and fully precoating the same with matrix VG-30 (Pkd.) @54kg per m3 of aggregates, laying the premixed chips over the surface, hand packing,throughly rolling by power roller , including the cost and carriage of stone chips and matrix , heating the matrix and all other cost and charges in this connection including hire charges and cost of fuel and lubricants of machineries and equipments for construction and quality control as per IRC complete Using Drum mix type HMP of minimum capacity 40-60 TPH.

Providing and laying Premixed Seal Coat (Type B) with approved quality river grit (N.B. Variety) @ 0.6 m3/ 100 m2 and bitumen binder on thoroughly cleaned black top surface coated , including heating and mixing cleaned grit (100 % passing through 2.36 mm sieve and retained on 180 micron sieve) uniformly with bitumen binder, laying and spreading the mix at an uniform rate using suitable means, brushing the surface, if necessary, to ensure uniformity, followed by rolling with power roller including the cost and carriage of binder and aggregates, cost of heating the binder and aggregates and all other incidental charges, cost of fuel and lubricants, including hire charges of machineries, tools & plants required for construction and quality control complete as per Clause 511 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H(5th Revision). Using Mobile HMP (Light duty) II By Manual Means With Hot Bitumen Binder VG-30 (Pkd.) @6.80Kg/10 sqm.
