Supply & Fixing of perforated GI cable tray, as required of the following size.

GLAND & FINISHING Supplying & fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below.

S&F of 3 inch dia superior quality PVC suction at the place of bending of cable as per direction of EIC.

Add GST @18% Rs.

Laying of 1(one)cable upto 300 sqmm through existing MS Angle Iron Frame fixed on wall incl. fixing of D-iron clamp & setting them in order, with nuts,bolts etc. mending good the damages.

Add LWC @1% Rs.

Laying only Cable above 50 sqmm but not exceeding 400sqmm through existing RCC/ Hume/GI Pipe/open masonary trench for single, 2, 3, 3½ and 4 core

a) 80 mm dia

Supply and delivery of following 1.1 KV grade XLPE/PVC armoured cables with Test Report (Make : Havells/KEI/RR/Gloster/Polycab).

A) With 25x25x3mm angle iron support

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required.

Supply & Erection of 50 x 50 x 6 mm MS Angle of length 600 mm long with MS Angle Iron Support Frame of size 25 x 25 x 5 mm. It should be grouted on wall (150 mm) in between with gap of 500 mm or as per site requirement through angle iron leg (end part should be devide by cutting in angular shape) fixed including mending damages upto original finish. Removable type MS D Clamp made of 40 x 3 mm flat should be fabricated over all MS Welded Angle in between. This may be fixed on wall vertically / from side wall / from roof & may be higher than single stiried building. Overall frame structure should be painted with 2 coats of RO Primer (before grouted / fixing it on wall / roof) and one coat of Synthetic Enamel Al Paint (Berger / Asian Paint). Rates are including all (fabrication, transportation, fixing, painting etc.). (A specimen to be approved before startiing construction)

i) 3.5 / 4 core 240 sqmm cable

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket ( Dowels make ), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials.

Charges for labour for fault identification of existing damaged 240 sq.mm Al. armoured cable after removing from existing cable trench, under ground and necessary cable testing etc. [Three (03) nos. head for 03 days]
