Laying of cable above 35 sqmm upto 185 sqmm in underground trench as per GS for the following numbers of Cables. 1 no. cable [ 1(a)/ F- 2 ]

Supply of 1.1 kv grade 4 core 50 sq.mm PVC insulated and sheathed, armoured cable with Al.conductor (Havells/Polycab/Glowstar/KEI).

Earthing the installation by 50 mm dia G I pipe on murrom soil.

Excavation of morrum soil

Supply and fixing 415 V 100 A TPN SFU with sheet metal enclouser front handle operation on above induastrial type panel on flat angle iron frame incl. S&F 3 nos 415 V 100A DIN type HRC fuse and connection of incoming and outgoing cables. (Make - L&T / Siemens/ ABB)

Supply and fixing 415 V 63 A TPN SFU with sheet metal enclouser front handle operation on above induastrial type panel on flat angle iron frame incl. S&F 3 nos 415 V 63A DIN type HRC fuse and connection of incoming and outgoing cables. (Make - L&T / Siemens/ ABB)

Re-fixing of existing 415V ,63 A & 100 A main switches with all necessary connection and glanding and socketing of cable lead and painting on existing industrial type panel.

Add LWC @1% On total from item no 1 to 21 to be calculated by bidder.

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required. 50 mm dia [ 11(d) /F-6]

Supply and fixing compression type brass gland and fininshing the end of the cable by means of crimping method as to G S. c) 2 core 10 SQmm [7(a)/F4 & 8(b) /F5]

Repairing and extension of existing floor cum wall mounted industrial type panel made with 40 x 40 x 6 mm MS angle and 40 x 6 mm thick MS flat properly welded ( panel size appropriate size for fixing following switches and busbar ) with suitable size MS Leg properly welded and fixing of following main switchs, Busbar etc. with interconnection by suitable size copper wire through throat box incl. socketing arrangement and painting.

Supply & fixing 415 V 415 A Cu busbar chamber with 4 nos tinned Copper busbar (Size 4 x 40 x 5 mm) on suitable chairs, rubber gasketed single sided doors (2 nos) with LCD multifunctional (V, AE, PF, KW, KWH,KVA (MFM 4400 LED meter CI) Phase sequence), 3 sets current transformer, RYB LED indicatating lamp, 3 nos sliding fuses, proper interconnection by suitable size Cu wire incl. painting.

Supply and fixing compression type brass gland and fininshing the end of the cable by means of crimping method as to G S. 4 core 50 sqmm

Dismantling the existing electrical wiring, damaged PBDB, BDB, main switch, isolator etc. switch board and light fittings and mending the damages as to G.S.

Supply & installation of hooded type outdoor feeder piller box double door of size (1200 x 1200 x 450 mm) made of MS angle, 3mm thick MS sheet with 5 mm thick base structure properly welded together with single sided door. The above door fitted with side of the Pillar Box by two sets hinge system arrangement with providing capsule hinge welded with the Pillar Box rigidly incl. providing door handle and providing Vent at the top side of the Pillar Box incl. padlock system on the above Pillar Box for extra protection incl. S & F lock & key with duplicate key in front side. There should be provision inside the Pillar Box of 1 No. suitable size of 12 mm Hylamp sheet holding the electrical accessories (Meter and DP MCB Enclosure) incl. outside and inside both painting.The box comprises of following electrical gadgets with inter connection by suitable size PVC insulated Cu wire incl. socketing arrangement. Incomer-415 V, 63 A TPN SFU Front operated handle incl. 63 A HRC DIN type fuse link.- 1 no. 415 V, 125 A 4 bar Cu Bus bar with- 1 set 0 - 100A Ammeter with selector switch [L&T / LEGRAND -1 set. 0 - 500V Voltmeter with selector switch (AE make)-1 set. Bakelite sliding fuse. -3 Nos. Pilot Lamp (R/Y/B) - 3 Nos. C.T.R. 100A/5A (AE make).- 3 Nos. Out going- 2 way MCB SS Enclosure with 32 A DP MCB (make- Legrand/L&T) - 9 nos with terminal block arrangement and provision for fixing single phase 5-30 A, 240 V LCD energy meter on 12 mm hylamp sheet - 9 nos. (meter supplied by client) The piller box should be installed on brick foundation ( 3ft inside the ground & 2ft above the ground level) of size 1400 x 800 mm with cement plaster & neat cement finish.

Laying of cable through wall with saddle incl. 2 nos. 10 SWG GI wire as per GS for the following Sizes.

Supply & fixing of single phase 5-30 A, 240 V LCD energy meter on existing 12 mm hylamp sheet of existing feeder piler box incl. necessary connection.(Make: L&T)
