Dismentling the wall pup insulation and cleaning the wall of the existing mortuary cool room and mending good the damage wall in original finish.

COOLING CHAMBER/DECOMPOSE ROOM Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 1 x Decomposed Body Room having following specifications: DESIRED TEMPERATURE: (+) 40 ⁰F ± 2 ⁰F or (+) 4 ⁰C ± 2 ⁰C MORTUARY ROOM DIMENSIONS 20-0’ft x 10-0’ft x 9-0’ft - (LxDxH) Ext.- One (1) Room (for Decomposed Body Room) AREA: 200sqft (floor) + 200sqft (Celling)+ 180sqft (RS Wall) +180 Sqft (LS Wall) + 90sqft (BS Wall) + 90sqft (FS Wall) = 940sqft (Total Area) The IDU will be installed inside the Decompose Room and ODU will be installed at outside the Decompose Room. PARTICULARS OF EQUIPMENT 1. Compressor Make- EMERSON 2. Capacity in BTUH - 40000 X 2 unit (1no. for Main unit and 1no. Stand-by Unit 3. Refrigerant Type: (a) R 404A/410A (Non CFC) (b) Quantity per kg charges per unit. 4. Quantity of oil per Charges – 5(five) lt. per unit (for two units i.e 1 working & 1 standby) FOR EACH CONDENSING & COOLING COIL (Split Type) 1. Condenser (CDU) – Air cooled – 2 Nos. (i.e 1 working & 1 standby), [Make- Blue Star/Emerson/Starcooler as approved by E.I.C], Housing-GI Powder Coated, CDU Fan Motor(W)-110 x 2, FPI – 14, ROW – 2, CDU Face Area- 1.1 SQ MTR, Cu. Coil, Al. fins with HP/LP cut out. 2. Cooling Unit / Evaporator (IDU) – 2 Nos. (i.e 1working & 1 standby) (Make: BlueStar/Luve/Starcooler as approved by E.I.C,) Housing - SS-304, IDU Fan Motor(W)- 500 X 2 [TOTAL CFM 5230], FPI- 8, ROW- 3, Cu. Coil, Al. fins

DESCRIPTION OF PLANT & EQUIPMENT a) 1 No. working/main unit: Refrigeration capacity about 40000BTUH b) 1 No. standby unit: There would be one standby condensing unit, exactly of similar specification as that of the working/main unit. Each set of refrigeration unit (CDU & IDU) would be inter-connected by suitable refrigeration pipeline with nitrile rubber in lequid line, filter drier, electrical cable, refrigerant etc. In case of emergency/failure of main unit, this standby unit will serve the function of main unit by manually operated. c) Both the main and the standby IDU unit would be installed inside the Decompose room and respectively the main and the standby CDU unit would be installed outside the Decompose room which is adjacent to the mortuary cooler. d) Two sets refrigeration pipe line and fittings (copper tube) for inter connection between the each set of condensing unit and evaporator unit would be included. e) Suitable automatic controls such as microprocessor based refrigeration controller cum temperature display(BSL 52), thermostatic expasion valve, LP/HP switch, solenoid valve would be incorporated in the system for maintaining desired conditions stated below. f) There would be two IDU complete each unit with Cu Coil & Al. fins(FPI- 8, ROW- 3), fan motor(500Wx2 / Total 5230CFM) with fan blade, expansion valve, condensate water tray and other ancillary equipments with SS 304 grade housing would be installed inside the PUF insulated Decompose Room at suitable location and two CDU complete each unit with Cu Coil & Al. fins(FPI – 14, ROW – 2), fan motor(110Wx2) with fan blade, HP/LP cut out, Face Area- 1.1 SQ MTR, Compressor-40000BTUH(Hermetic Scroll) and other ancillary equipments with GI Poder coated housing would be installed outside the Decompose Room civil building for better consensation in fresh air at suitable and nearest location to each corresponding IDU. g) Lighting: Supply & fixing of LED Light set (18W) for internal lighting of the PUF insulated Decompose Room. ----- 3 sets.

Supply & Fixing modular panels of 100% foamed 80mm thick polyurethane insulation of 40 +/-2 kg/cum density, the blowing agent will be Cyclopentane which is zero ODP and foaming process should comply TUV standards & CCOE certification with inside & outside PPGI sheet Lamination, Co-efficient of Heat Transfer- 0.366 W/M-C, Density- 40 +/- 2 kg/m3, K-value of Insulation- < 0.02 kcal/m2.hr. C, Thermal conductivity- < 0.02 kcal/m2.hr. C, Compressive strength- 1.3 kg/cm2 (min), Adhesion strength(PUF to steel)- 150 PSI, Closed Cell contents- 95% (min), Fire resistance- Will not sustain fire in absence of source, Water absorption- 2% (max), Vapour permeability- less than 2%, Thickness of outer sheets- 0.4MM, Material of outer sheets- Prepainted GI, Amount of Zinc Coating- 90 GSM or above, Type of camlock for panel locking- PVC, Type of sealant- Silicone, Ozone friendly R-141 blown foam at 32-36Kgs/Cubic Mtr., Structural stability within 2% after 48 Hrs. of foaming, Radiused wall to impede bacterial growth, Panel joints- With Cam Lock ( Pre-fabricated with the panels to make leak proof joints). On floor, U-profile will be grouted for holding wall panels and ensuring anti-dampness, make- Blue Star, Lloyd Insulation, each panel will be assembled with camlock arrangements to be fixed within the Decompose Room on all the four side walls & ceiling and floor should be insulated with 60mm thick PUF slab, Tar Felt sheet, hard Bitumin with double vapour barrier and finished with 75mm PCC & 25mm KOTA stone (PCC & KOTA work should be on Customer's scope). Decompose Room's inside finished floor should be slighly slopped from posterior floor to anterior floor.

Supply, Installation Testing & Commissioning of Condenser units (CDUs) are factory assembled, pre-charged and tested for ready field installation- 2 Sets(1 working + 1 Standby), Each CDU having 40000 BTUH capacity for the 1 x Decomposed Body Mortuary Room, 415V. 3Ph, 50 Hz, Air Cool Condensing unit complete with Sealed Unit compressor (Hermetic Scroll), Air cooled Copper Condenser coil with Al. fins, Condenser Fan Motor and LP/HP cut out Switch, Conderser Housing- Powder coated GI sheet and Complete Iron Angle Unit base(including Stand by unit as same of main unit) etc as suitable reqd. Desirable Decompose room tempreture (+) 4 ⁰C ± 2 ⁰C, Condenser Unit(CDU)- Air cooled – 2 Nos. (i.e 1 working & 1 standby), (Make- Blue Star/Emerson/Starcooler as approved by E.I.C) Housing-GI Powder Coated, CDU Fan Motor(W)-110 x 2, FPI – 14, ROW – 2, CDU Face Area- 1.1 SQ MTR, Cu. Coil, Al. fins with HP/LP cut out, condensers will be placed at outside of the civil room for good condensation in the ambient fresh air and fitted nearest to each corresponding IDU for better cooling efficiency, Power Supply- 415V/3Ph/50Hz, 5 KW/HR [Each Unit]

Supply, Installation Testing & Commissioning of Evaporator units (IDUs) are factory assembled, pre-charged and tested for ready field installation- 2 Sets(1 working + 1 Standby), Each IDU having 40000 BTUH capacity for the 1 x Decomposed Body Mortuary Room, 230V. 1Ph, 50 Hz, Copper coil with Al. fins, IDU Fan Motor and expansion valve, IDU Housing- SS 304 Grade(including Stand by unit as same of main unit) etc as suitable reqd. Desirable Decompose room tempreture (+) 4 ⁰C ± 2 ⁰C, (IDU) – 2 Nos. (i.e 1working & 1 standby), (Make- Blue Star/Luve/Starcooler, as approved by E.I.C) Housing - SS-304, IDU Fan Motor(W)- 500WATT X 2 [TOTAL CFM 5230], FPI- 8, ROW- 3, Cu. Coil, Al. fins

Supply & fixing of refrigeration controller- microprocessor based controller cum digital display to auto control the the refrigeration system and show the Decompose Room temperature, With Following Features – Micro processor based Temp Display with Control HP/LP / HTLT Indicator HACCP log recording & printing feature is added to have accurate tracing of controller functioning at site. Additional Modbus connectivity provided for remote monitoring & controls. Controller will be fitted at outside of the PUF insulated Decompose Room and placed at one side of the door. (Make:Bluestar/ or Equivalent to as per Choice of EIC. Alarm:Supply & fixing of High & Low temperature notification alarm/hooter. --3 Sets.

Supply & fixing One no. (1) Flush type 80mm thick PUF Insulated Door with Heavy duty lift type hinges with airtight gasket and heater, Posi seal door closer with factory made locking system from outside and safety release from inside with Electronic Heater Defrost System, Door Leaf size- 34” x 78”x 80mm thick & Door Frame Size- 46" x 108" x 80mm thick PUF Insulated(Cyclopentane Green Panel - CFC Free), Door Closure Positive Cam Lift Hardware, Vinyl gasket on all sides & with SS brackets, Sweep Gasket at the bottom of door [Both Side PPGI Lamination] with both side kickplate as per direction of EIC.

Making of evaporator unit hanging support iron structure and condensor iron base with all necessary equipments as per direction of EIC.

Supply & Charging R 404A/R 410A Refrigerant..

Cost of Thorough Installation of the refrigeration units (CDU & IDU) including High pressure dry Nitrogen gas pressure testing 48 hrs for leak testing, with thorough system vacuum testing for moisture proofing, after that refrigerant filling and testing, commissiong the refrigeration system proper maintaining desired temperature. as per direction of EIC. (Both Main & Stand by Unit).

Cost of drawing unit suction line, Discharge line, Condenser to Evaporator refrigeration pipe line with different size & different type copper pipe line with nitrile rubber in sucction line and S& Fixing Thermostatic Expansion Valve, Solenoid Valve, Drier, necessary brass flayer nut. as per direction of E.I.C (Both Main & Stand by Unit).

SITC including vaccumization & nitrozen of testing of following nominal size of soft / hard drawn copper refrigerent piping for package / VRV / VRF / RAC system, complete with fittings, with adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing / brazing including accessories, insulated with XLPE class O tubular insulation / with class O closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of specified thickness as given below for sunction and liquid lines, all accessories as per specification etc. as required a) 5/8" (15.88mm) dia (soft drawn) Cu pipes (as per standard BS 864 or ANSIV 16.22) mm incl. 19mm thick insulation.

Supply & Laying of 1.1 kv grade copper armoured round cable of the folowing size from IDU unit to ODU unit for the above mentioned AC units. (Make-Polycab / Havells / Gloster / Finolex) 4core 2.5 sqmm

Supply & Laying PVC drain pipe 25mm dia with 6mm thick nitral rubber insulation (make-Supreme/Oriplast) NB:- (1) Any other item or items leftout from BOQ but essentially required for sucssfull completion of the work may be raised for inclusion in the scope of work during pre-bid meeting. Otherwise bidder has to consider left out items deemed to be included in the scope of work. Bidders are advised to physically visit the site in accordance with the building drawing to be provided by the Tender Inviting Authority and quote the price accordingly. (2) Any pre-bid query shall have to be brought in to notice of this office for deviaion / correction if any with due recomentation of TIA.
