Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of the following outdoor type Distribution Feeder Pillar box conforming to Indian Standard IS : 5039-1969 with latest amendments a) Suitable for use on 3 phase 4 wire, 400/440 Volts 50 Cycles A.C. Supply and shall be suitable for short circuit fault of 31 MVA at 415 Volts b) The dimension of the body should be of suitable size to accommodate different components as per drawing approved by E.I.C c)The body will be fabricated with 3 mm thick MS plate, MS angle ( 50X50X3 ) mm & MS Flat ( 25X3 )mm d)The Base Plate will be made by 10 mm thick MS Plate e) The pillar box having one sides opening with suitable handle in door with double locking arrangement ( Godrej Type ) and provision for manual locking arrangement. f)The frame for mounting MCB ,Contactor, Relay, Timer will be fabricated by 25 mm x 3 mm MS flat.

g) Adequate ventilation by means of louvers with wire mesh shall be provided on both sides and at the top and bottom of both sides of LT pillars h) The inside will be painted by 1 coat of Redled / zinc chromate and the outside will be painted by 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over 1 coat of Redled / zinc chromate. i) A hylam sheet of 10mm thick of suitable size will be fitted. j) The Enclosure shall provide Degree of protection IP -43 in accordance with IS : 2147 -1962 with its latest ammendment.

The Feeder box will contain the following switches and accessories - Incomming Switch : a) Supplying and fixing 240/415 V 32A FP MCB of Breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection [D-6/7] (Make - Legrand / L&T/Siemens as per direction of EIC] [D-6/7] incl. Supplying and fixing MCB SS 4 way enclosure with IP-20/30 protection, powder coated provision for two/four pole MCB, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. painting, connection & provision for earthing attachment [D-9/11]-- 1set Outgoing Switches :- a)Supplying and fixing 240/415 V MCB of Breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection (Make:Legrand/Siemens/ Crabtree/L&T as approved by E.I.C) [D-6/7] (i) 6-32 Amps TP MCB -2nos b)Supply & Fixing of 415V, 4 Pole 30 A MCX03 type power Contactor Conforms to IS / IEC 60947-4-1 & IEC 60947-4-1. [Make-L&T Cat no.-CS97011 or equivalent mode; of Siemens/ABB as approved by E.I.C].- 3 Nos c)Supply & fixing 415 V, 50 Hz Digital 24 hour time switch (Make-L&T Cat no.-67DDT0 or equivalent model of GIC/Siemens) -1 nos d)Supply & fixing of 415 V Single phase preventor relay (Make-L&T Cat no.XM81809OOOO- or equivalent model of GIC/Siemens as approved by E.I.C) -1 nos e) Indicating LED Lamp with colour glasses showing (Red/Yellow/Blue/Amber) (Make- Siemens, Cat No.- 3SB5285-6HC03, 3SB5285-6HD03, 3SB5285-6HF03 or equivalent model of L&T/Siemens as approved by E.I.C) - 1 Set. f) 3 ph 32 A Reverse , Forward control switches mounted in sheet metal encloser (Make- L & T, Cat No.- 3SB5285-6HC03, 3SB5285-6HD03, 3SB5285-6HF03 or equivalent model of Siemens/ABB as approved by E.I.C) - 1 Set. g) Auto Manual selector switch (Make- L & T, Cat No.- S6-61026-B-13 or equivalent model of Siemens/ABB as approved by E.I.C) - 1 Set. h) E.I. Danger Board of suitable size ------- 1 No. Earthing :- A separate continuous aluminum earth busbar of size 25mm x 3mm shall run across the full length of the panel board and brought outside the panel. All electrical equipment are to be properly earthed with suitable size G.I. wire.

Interconnection of the all I/C and O/G switches are to made with felxible copper wire of suitable size with proper insulation with coloured sleeving and as per direction of EIC

The box should be installed on brick foundation of suitable size with hard jhama cement morter soaling at bottom 300mm below GL & 450mm above GL neatly plastered & neat cemented finish incl. painting by best quality 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over 1 coat of RO primer as per direction of the EIC. After digging soil, making base by CC morter etc. as needed. as per direction of the EIC.

Supply of 230 V ,400 W LED Flood Light having Lumen Efficacy120 , CRI75, CCT-5700K/ 3000 K (as approved by Authority/EIC), IP- 66 ingress protection, Aluminum Dia Cast Housing , Potted driver, in-built Surge Protection of 4KV Internal & 10 KV external (Make- Philips/Crompton/Wipro or manufacturer with own NABL accredited Lab with valid Test certificate as approved by E.I.C)

Supply of 230 V, 10W Red LED Single Dome Aviation obstruction Lamp having Light Intensity: 120cd, IP Rating: IP 65 Flashing: 40-60 Flashes per minute, Pressure-Cast Aluminium Housing. Polycarbonate glass for 360 Degree Illumination, High Quality Transparent polycarbonate Diffuser. [Make:-Bajaj /Philips/Crompton/Wipro or manufacturer with own NABL accredited Lab with valid Test certificate as approved by E.I.C

Installation ,Testing and commissioning of work to setup the above mentioned 12.50m high mast pole /tower on or above the existing RCC basement with the help of modern engineering practices as specific tools & tackles, machineries,labour and Hydra/JCB/or Excavator with maintains all kind of safety by proper finishing the above work without any damages in original properties and wiring of Luminaires with flexible cable , MCBc etc..as per direction by EIC.

Fixing only Floodlight Fitting with suitable tie clamps and MS plate for mounting on Pole/Tower or similar structure. [C-3/20(a)]

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled withbitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: a) By TATA- Medium GI pipe [G-1/2(a)]

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. (For Soft Soil) [G-1/1(a)]

Extra for treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for plate electrode [G-2/3(b)]

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) Cl hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe. [G-2/3(a)]

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.[G-2/4(a)].

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc. [G-3/5(c)]

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F GI (Hot Dip) wire of size as below on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages

Laying only Cable upto 50 sqmm through existing RCC/Hume/ GI Pipe/open masonary trench for single, 2, 3, 3½ & 4 core. [F-1/3(a)]

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trenchwith shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed. [F-2/1(a)]

Supplying & Fixing medium gauge GI Pipe (ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing materials as required.

S&F of compression type gland complete with brass gland, rubber rings for dust & moisture proof entry of PVC armoured cables as below as per G.S. [F4/7c]

c) 3 Core 4 Sqmm [F-5/8(b-ix)]

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes.

i) 2.5sqmm [F-5/9(i)]

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necy. connection as required.

a) 3 x 22/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) [E-9/1(e)]

Supply of 4/3.5/2 Core XLPE Insulated & Sheathed Armoured Aluminium Conductor cables for Working Voltage up to 1100 Volts of following sizes [ Make:- Havells/ Gloster /KEI /Polycab/RR cable as approved by E.I.C]
