Wet Mix Macadam Base Course; Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (Pakur variety) to Wet Mix Macadam specification including screening of aggregates and granular materials, premixing the material with water at OMC in Wet Mix Plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with Paver in Sub- base / Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, including supply of all materials,machinery, fuel and lubricants, including incidental costs for lighting, guarding, barricading, making earthen bundh to protect the edges including cost of quality control complete as per Clause 406 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

Prime Coat- Providing and applying primer coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 and requisite quantity on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer using Mechanical means including cost and carriage of bitumen emulsion and all other incidental costs of work complete as per Clause 502 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). For, WBM / WMM Surface: (with CBE MS grade,Bulk @ 0.85 kg/sqm)

Tack Coat; Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges ofmachinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). On Granular surfaces treated with primer; (Using with CBE MS grade,Bulk @ 0.275 kg per sqm.)

Tack Coat; Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). On Bituminous Surface; (Using with CBE MS grade,Bulk @ 0.25 kg per sqm.)

Dense Bituminous Macadam; Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with Batch type Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using coarse aggregate (Pakur), fine aggregate (Pakur), filler and bituminous binder (VG-30, Bulk) as per design Job Mix Formula conforming Marshall Method as per specification, including screening, cleaning of chips and preparing a uniform and quality mix in Hot Mix Plant and ensuring a homogeneous mix, in which all particles of the mineral aggregates are coated uniformly, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying the mixed materials at specified laying temperature with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment over prepared surface coated with tack coat, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers for break down, inter-mediate and finished rolling to achieve the desired density of at least 98% of that of Laboratory Marshall specimen, hand packing and pinning to give an even surface including cost and carriage of bitumen, coarse and fine aggregates and filler materials and hire charges of machinery and equipment for construction and quality control,fuels and lubricants and wages of operational staff complete as per Clause 505 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). For Grading 2; (26.5 mm nominal size, 50-75 mm thick.) Using Batch Type HMP of minimum capacity 100-120 TPH.

Bituminous Concrete; Providing and laying bituminous concrete with Hot Mix Plant using coarse aggregates (Pakur), fine aggregates (Pakur),filler materials and bituminous binder (VG-30, Bulk) of required specification including screening, cleaning of chips and preparing a uniform and quality mix in Hot Mix Plant and ensuring a homogeneous mix, in which all particles of the mineral aggregates are coated uniformly, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying the mixed materials at specified laying temperature with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment over prepared surface coated with tack coat, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers for break down, inter-mediate and finished rolling to achieve the desired density of at least 98% of that of Laboratory Marshall specimen, including cost and carriage of bitumen, coarse and fine aggregates and filler materials and hire charges of machinery and equipment for construction and quality control,fuels and lubricants and wages of operational staff complete as per Clause 507 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). Grading 2; (13.2 mm nominal size, 30mm/40 mm thick.) Using Batch Type HMP of minimum capacity 100-120 TPH.
