Supply, installation,testing and commisioning of Copper Refrigeration pipe line for Liquid Line/ Suction line suitable for the above ductable units with supports & brackets,elbow sockets (as per direction of E.I.C.) incl. 9 mm thick nitrile rubber insulation with proper tapping and mending good damages to original finish. Supply & fixing of fire retardant nonporous double layer flexible connection (CANVAS) between each indoor unit and duct as per direction of E.I.C.

Air Distribution System Supply,fabrication and installation of GSS sheet metal ducts (rectangular/ round) and plenum chamber complete with necessary MS supports , hangers anchor bolts, supply air collars, vanes, splitters dampers duly painted and as per specification for Air Conditioned Areas. 24 SWG

Supply & fixing acoustic lining of supply air duct and plenum with 25 mm thick resin bonded glass wool having 1.25 mm thick density 32kg/sqmtr. With 25mmX25mm GI section at 600 mm centre to centre with reinforced plastic tissul paper and 0.5 mm thick perforated aluminium sheet fixed to inside surface ducts with cadmium plated nuts,bolts,stick pins CPRX cmpound etc completed as per direction of EIC. Providing and fixing of 02 (two) Part trapdoor made of 24mm Aluminium Tee, ACP board(Aludecor/Protap bond) of 3 mm thick(25mm x 25mm x 0.5mm) Aluminium angel and (38.5mm x 25mm) Aluminium hollow bar duly fixed with SS hinge suitable for fixing Aluminium Composite Panel with necessary framework incl. Screws, clips etc as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, fabrication & fixing M.S u-channel of 6 mm thick of size (75 mm x 40 mm x 40 mm) for making platform for installation of outdoor unit of above mentioned AC incl. drilling 2 nos holes in each channel including cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with cement concrete (1:1 ½ :3) etc. fabricated with horizontal angle of 25 mm x 25 mm x 6 mm including supporting angle 50 mm x50mm x 6 mm in each platform in outer edge for transmitting the load centrally through 2Nos. (50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm) Angle inserted into the exiting wall. The entire structure should be baricated & safe for ODU maintenance with minimum 1000mm space around the three side of the ODU and a shed should be provided on the ODU for protection from the direct rain drops. Area of the platform will be as suitable for the said outdoor with provision space for maintenance, as per Direction of E.I.C
