1. The entrusted agency will be responsible for smooth running of the Fire detection system in the jurisdiction covered under contract. The entrusted agency have to ensure un-interrupted and trouble free performance of the whole system. 2. The contractor should provide responsible experienced maintenance staff/ The service professional for caring out the maintenance works smoothly. 3. The risk guarantee of the maintenance staff would be borne by the contractor himself. 4. The service professional, deputed by the agency, must have to check, cleaning, servicing, maintenance of all detectors , MCP , Hooter, Module , Aspiration System and other fire detection systems once in a month and as & when required. 5. A logbook is to be maintained by the agency, showing regular checking report and condition of the system and the logbook must be signed by concerned Junior Engineer, Assistant Engineer of the Department.

6. Necessary minor repair of any parts of the system have to be carried by the Agency and the same is to be entered in logbook. 7. The service professional, deputed by the Agency, must have to check the display and recorded media to confirm as the system is working properly for which it is engaged. 8. The contractor shall have to arrange for all tools and tackles instruments, ladders etc, as may be required for maintenance of the system. 9. The service professional, deputed by the Agency, must have to carry Photo Identity Card issued from the Entrusted Agency and documents regarding Identity proof, Photo proof, Qualification of the service professional must have to submit in triplicate copy for preserve in the custody of junior Engineer, Assistant Engineer & in office of the concerned Executive Engineer. 10. The agency shall be responsible for any damage, loss or pilferage etc. by his staff and the agency is responsible to compensate the loss.

11. In case of any kind of breakdown restoration will have to done within 12 hours. 12. The concerned Executive Engineer reserves the right to terminate the contract against one month notice for non-satisfactory performance or other administrative reasons. 13. The agency should submit P.F and E.S.I's challan and payment acknowledgement documents for the respective staffs during submission of bill. 14. MOCKDRILL of fire detection system should be performed by the deputed agency every month( Twice) in presence of PWD (Electrical). 15. The entrusted agency should have certified engineers(Certification from Siemens,Honeywell or other relavent panel manufacturers) for repairing ,servicing ,testing,commissioning of Fire panel.
