Checking, testing, reprogramming and recommissioning of existing one no. Microprocessor based Intelligent, addressable existing 4 loop fire alarm control panel ( VDS / UL / LPCB & FM approved ) and done total system healthy with all detector and hooter (Approx-350) of Burdwan Dental College & Hospital.( Make of FD Panel: Siemens /Edward Make or same as existing dectector)

Supply, Installation,Testing & Commisioning of Addressable Manual Call Point ( VDS / UL / ERTL/ LPCB / FM approved ) with in built short circuit fault isolator as per NFPA style 7 wiring complete as required. (Approved Make : Siemens /Edward Make or same as existing dectector)

Supply and installation of 12 Volt 7Ah capacity VRLA Battery of Lead Acid, Sealed Maintenance Free (SMF) and conforming to relevant IS Specification with Low/High Battery Voltage and Weak Battery warning [ Make- Exide/ Amaron / Luminous ] for the existing fire alarm control panel in replacement of old defective one.

SITC of online UPS 650VA, 390 Watt for the Whole System (Luminus / APC ).

Supply & Laying of 2 Core 1.5 sq.mm FRLS shielded copper Cable (For Loop) ( Make. Finolex/Gloster/ RR Kable/ Polycab or brand approved by EIC ) through 19 mm dia PVC 'FR' type Rigid Conduit pipe with necessary arrangement as per G.S. (Make : Precision) on the surface of the wall.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Power supply 230 V AC to 24V DC at FACP power supply with all other accessories. (Compatible with/same as existing FD Panel: Siemen/Edward Make or same as existing )

Supply & Installation of 24V adopter for hooter with all other necessary accessories. Wattage rating as per existing (Compitable as existing Hooter:Siemen/Edward Make or same as existing)

Checking, testing, reprogramming and recommissioning of existing Two nos. Microprocessor based intelligent, addressable and network connected Repeater panel (Securiton make) ( VDS / UL /ERTL/ LPCB/ FM approved) and done total system healthy incl all accessories.( Make of Repeater Panel: Siemens /Edward Make or same as existing dectector)

Cost for periodical checking arrangement by 1(one) no skilled and 1(one) no Un-skilled person for cleaning of all detector, MCP and trobleshooot the fault if anything happened as & When informed by concerned AE/JE should be carried out by for 1 (one)years after the date of completion of the total Cleanning ,Checking, Testing , Re-programming and Re-commissioning job.

Software Commissioning Charge of Fire Panels in case of any Software Issues/ Device Removing / Changing / Adding from Detection Line & Re-Commissioning the system to make the system Working.

Making necessary drawing of total new & existing repairing installation and submitted to the office as per direction of EIC.

Labour charges for dismaintaling the existing fire detection system same such as PVC pipe,wire,dector,device and other accessories etc if required [ 2 nos. labour for 2 days] NOTE : 1. The Fire Alarm system shall comply with latest requirements of -- 1. National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standards. 2. IS 2189 3. NFPA 70 National Electric Code 4. NFPA 72 National Fire Alarm Code 5. local Statutory Regulations 6. Manufacturer Recommendation. TESTS:1.The system shall be tested and commissioned by a qualified competent,trained engineer or technician authorized by the manufacturer of the fire alarm equipment to technically supervise and participate during all of the adjustments and tests for the system. 2. Before energizing the cables and wires, check for correct connections and test for short circuits, ground faults, continuity, and insulation and other tests as per above standards must be done.

Scope of Testing, checking, commissioning of Fire alarm panel (As per Sl. No. 5 & 11 ) should cover the following. i) To provide detail schematic network diagram along with IP address, position of the detectors, manual call points etc. connected with fire alarm panel. ii) To provide operation manual, method of trouble shooting, fetching the log record of fire alarm monitoring from the e-prom of the fire alarm panel. iii) To provide intrinsic training to the JE and AE to make them well conversant about the installation. iv)To provide login credentials of the executable program for replacing a faulty fire detector or making changes in IP address. v) To provide suggestion to upgrade the fire alarm system, method of public announcing for evacuation and recommendation for awareness in general. vi) Checking and testing of network cables for its continuity and insulation and transmission as well as receiving data.

Rates to be quoted will be inclusive of all the taxes incl. GST. No other additional charges will be applicable in addition to the quoted rates.
