Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S&F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level by TATA-Medium GI pipe, as per GS.

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming, for Morrum Soil , as per GS.

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc., as per GS. (for flyover continuous earthing)

Supply & Delivery of 12.5 M high mast system with its accessories with top dia -150mm, bottom dia-360mm, section- 2 (section lenght-7750mm, thiickness-3.3mm, base plate dia- 520mm X 25MM. Mast shaft shall be in three sections, made from HT steel hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875. It shall also include accessories for 'high mast including suitable head frame, three continues steel wire rope mm dia (7/19 construction), trailing cable, double drum winch,motor(3H.P) Galvanized Lantern carriage to fix 06 nos led luminaries symmetrically in 6 welded arm arrangement lightning finial. The mast shall have an integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation. Luminaries wiring materials not included in the mast supply prices. Supply and Installation of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates.[For 12.5 M high mast system]

Supply and Fixing of 250V, 250W LED outdoor floodlight luminaries on head of high mast with suitable and necessary arrangements incl. connection. off white colour light made up of pressure die cast alluminium housing with cradle suitable for 360 degree rotation and toughened glass cover with IP66 protection having high power LED's with lens for uniform distribution on targeted area. System efficasy should be greater than 110 lumen per watt. Luminaries must have surge protection device of 4KV inbuilt with LED driver and 10 KV external in the fitting and driver should be BTS approved silicon litled potted driver for trouble free service life. Luminaries should be CCT-5700K, CRI70, THO10%, PF0.95 and min 5000 burning hours @L70B50, having LM79, LM80 reports must be provided from NABL accredited lab, Make of SMD type LED chip: Cree, Nichia, Osram, Lumileds. Luminaire should be engraved or embossed with manufacture's logo and must have 5 years warranty from OEM. OEM declaration or authorization need to be provided at the time of tender submission from power of attorney holder or authorized signatory not below of Zonal Head and warranty certificate shall be provided on OEM letterhead at the time of material supply. Supply & Laying 3 core 4.0sqmm flat Cable (Finolex/PWD approved) for high mast inter connection incl. connector

S & Installation of Feeder pillar box of suitable size made with 2 mm MS plate having front & back opening hinged with door handle and double locking arrangement with Godrej lock and keys. There should be proper ventilation spout at the centre of the top side. The pillar box should be erected over suitable brick structure with plaster and neat cement finish and to be painted by two coats of paints over two coats of primer. The pillar box should be provided with following incl.
