SP MCBs (curve 10KA) as outgoing,concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish including interconnection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link and provision for earthing attachment. Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV grade 2x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire with 1x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (approved make) for ECC in 19 mm bore, 3 mm thick polythene pipe complete with all accessories embedded in wall for horizontal & vertical runs and in suitable size PVC casing-capping (Precision make) for ceiling portion only, incl. necy. PVC clips, fittings etc. to light/fan/call bell point with piano key type switch (Anchor make) fixed on sheet steel fabricated switch board with Perspex/bakelite top cover on wall incl. necy. connections and making earthing attachment and mending good damages to building works [only PVC casing-capping on ceiling and remaining portion concealed] (Av. run – 6 Mtrs.) S&F 19 mm dia 3 mm thick polythene pipe without earth continuity wire and and supplying and drawing 18 SWG GI Wire as fish wire incl. mending good damages to building works and making necy. Connection as required . (Finolex/RR kabel/KEI) (For B & C ype 4Point each-avg run 8, D type 3pointeach- avg run 7 mtr)

Supply and fixing 4"x4"x2.5" sheet metal switch board with bakelite to cover with 01 nos 5A 5 pin plug socket & switch flushed in wall and mending good the damages as to GS. (water purifier) ( for B & C type)

Supply and fixing AC/DC call bell on T W board incl. S/f of boards.

Supply and fixing 8"X6"X2 ½ Sheet metal switch board with bakelite top cover with 1 No 15 A Power Plug & switch and 1 Nos 5A 5 pin plug socket & switch flushed in wall and mending good the damages as to G S. (C type- 2 in each flat ,D type-2 in each flat)

Supply and fixing 4"x4"x2.5" sheet metal switch board with bakelite top cover with 1 no 16 A power switch flushed in wall and mending good the damages as to GS.(for Gyser) (B -16 , C -24)

Supply and fixing 4"x4"x2.5" sheet metal switch board with bakelite top cover with 1 no 16 A power plug socket flushed in wall and mending good the damages as to GS. (for Gyser) (B -16, C -24)

Supply and drawing 2 X 4 + 1X2.5 sq mm PVC insulated multistanded copper wire, (FRLS)with Cutting channel of 40 mm x 40 mm size on masonry wall incl.S&F in 19 mm dia polythene pipe embedded in wall From BDB to AC points incl. connection and mending good the damages as to G. S.(for AC) (Finolex/RR kabel/KEI) For 16 points, Each points having 15 mtr approx average run

S&F 240 V , 25 A modular type stater with 25 A modular switch type DP MCB (c -curve) & GI 4 Modular switch board with top cover plate , flushed in wall & making necy. Connection with PVC copper wire & earth continuty wire etc. (for split type AC ) (B -16)

S&F GI 2 Modular switch board with top cover plate 240 V , 25 A 3 pin modular type plug socket & switch , flushed in wall after cutting the brick & making necy. Connection with PVC copper wire & earth continuty wire etc. (for split type AC ) (B -16)

Making hole in wall and making good damages and smooth finish etc. as practible as possible incl. S/F louver shutter

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm diax 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S &F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level incl Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming.For Soft Soil as to G.S.

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wallincluding providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.As to G.S.

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar incl.S & F of 8 SWG G.I (Hot Dip) wire on wall/floor and making connection to equipments with necy. Itms.As to G.S.

Add G.S.T 18% on aggregate amount of BOQ item No 1 to 23.

Add LW Cess 1% on aggregate amount of BOQ item No 1 to 23 (after add G.S.T 18 %)
