AMF Panel (CPRI APPROVED) Cubical type floor mounted AMF panel made from 14 SWG Sheet Steel, duly pretreated, powder coated painted and aesthetically finished, suitable for controlling of 250 KVA DG set having following specification/features. Microprocessor based integrated Generator set monitoring, metering protection and control system with built-in torque matched volts/Hz overload control.Intuitive operator interface which includes LED backlit LCD display with tactile feel soft-switches & generator set status LED lamps.Digital AVR for shunt or PMG excitation with torque matching. Digital electronic governing with temperature compensation .and smart starting. SAE J1939 interface to Full Authority Electronic (FAE) engines.Data logging:- Engine hours, Control hours, Engine starts and upto 10 recent fault codes. i) 2 No. 400 A AC1 duty, 4pole power contactor and U/V release etc. [ Make: ABB/ Legrand/ Schneider/ L&T] ii) 2 Nos. 400 A, 3pole, 35 KA MCCB with microprosser based LSIG protection. [ Make: ABB/ Legrand/ Schneider/ L&T]

S &F of 800A, capacity 99.9% -99.5% electrolytic tinned copper (Certificate should be produced by manufacturer) with multicolor heat shrinkable PVC sleeve 4 Bus Bar (Size of flat 4 nos. 50mm x 10 mm) of required length mounted on non-hygroscopic porcelain insulator having sufficient di-electric strength duly insulated by multicolor (Red, Yellow, Blue & Black) heat shrinkable PVC sleeve for phases & neutral identification. All interconnection/branches should be made with required size of cu bars (Cu-bar extensions of required shape and current carrying capacity may have to be provided at terminals of MCCB as per direction of EIC) & remote monitoring of internal temparature of every bus section & cable alley should be provided -1 set. Supplying and fixing 415V,415A TPN on load front operated Changeover switch with Sheet Steel enclosure on angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc. (Make-ABB/Legrand/Schneider/ L&T)--- 1 Set iii) In Built By-Pass switch for rated capacity (Mk as per approval) iv) On -delay timer for load change over (Mk as per approval) v) Off-delay timer for engine shut off (Mk as per approval) vi) Engine On-Off switch (Push button type) (Mk as per approval) vii) Battery charger complete with voltage regulator, booster selector switch, on-off switch, voltmeter and ammeter for charging the battery from mains. This will be in addition to the battery charging alternator fitted on the engine (Mk as per approval)

viii) Minimum five number indicating lamps to indicate 'mains ON', 'load on mains', Set running', 'load on set' and 'battery charger on'.(Mk as per approval) ix) Audio visual alarm for 'Low lubricating oil pressure', 'High water temperature, Start failure', and DG over load'. Generator Current in all phases, Frequency,Power Factor Energy,Indication for alternator supply,Running time indications number of hours of operation and service intervals, service due indications, The AMF panel must be designed to ensure trouble free performance and ensure switching over Electrical Load to DG within 15 (fifteen) second from the instant of mains failure. Acoustic Enclosure: i) specially designed to meet stringent MoEF /Current CPCB norms of 75 dBA @ 1mtr at 75 % load under free field conditions. Ii) High quality noise absorbent and fire retardent grade. Iii) Acoustic insulation material (P.U.Foam) complying to IS 8183 iv) Two Point Lifting for easy handling at site. v) Designed to have optimum servicebility. vi) Air inlet louvers specially designed to operate at rated load. vii) 11 tank pretreatment process and UV resistant powder. viii) coating of all parts to withstand extreme environment ix) Use of Special Hardware for longer life . x) flush styling - no projections. xi) fluid drains for lube oil and fuel. xi) Fuel filling arrangement inside the enclosure.

Base Frame: Common iron channel fabricated base frame containing the engine and alternator, mounted on AVM pads and having provision for lifting Hook. Terms & Conditions: (i) All materials, equipments & accessories must conform to relevant IS specifications. The DG Set to be supplied must be from the authorized OEM of the respective Engine Manufacturer.

Note:- i) Efficiency not less than 90 %.Scope of Work :- Placement of DG set on foundation at site, Commisioning and testing. Iv. Necessary connecting Cable required in between AMF panel & DG set --16 core 2.5 sq.mm10 Mtrs. copper cable to be supplied free of cost.(ii) Necessary manufacturer's test certificate for Diesel Engine, Alternator etc. will have to submit in triplicate copy during delivery of the equipment.(iii) Copy of "Type Approval Certificate" and Certificate of "COP" must be produced at the time of delivery issued from competent Authority (As per CPCB-IV).(iv) Circuit Diagram for AMF Panel must be submitted from the Manufacturer/OEM.(v) The entire set must be warranted at least 24 months from the date of Commissioning and warranty Certificate from manufacturer is to be provided. Note:- i) Efficiency not less than 90 %. Scope of Work :- i) Placement of DG set on foundation at site, commisioning and testing. ii. Necessary connecting Cable required in between AMF panel & DG set 10 Mtrs. to be supplied free of cost.

INSTALLATION OF DG SET Providing cement concrete foundation for the DG set with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 course sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) [M20 grade] including excavation, providing base concrete with 1:5:10 cement concrete, required centering/ shuttering, finishing the exposed portion etc. as reqd. ( Item will be paid based on measurements for 1:2:4 CC, but excluding the 1 : 5: 10 leveling course of base concrete) as per direction of E-in-Charge and manufacturer recommendation. (Size-6 mtr X 5mtr X 0.7 mtr)

S & F of Exhaust gas piping of 150 mm dia MS black class -B pipe welded incl. all necessary bend, support & clamps anti vibration mounting insulation of exhaust system with 50 mm thick mineral wool coverd with wire mesh and aluminium cladding (from DG set to top of the building plus 3 mtr. or as per CPCB ) incl also by Aluminum paint of two coat over the RO primer FOR 250 KVA DG .

S &F special type MS angle iron bracket support made of 40x40x6 mm. MS angle with flat iron (40x6) clamp with nuts and bolts and washer etc. for 150 mm dia.

S &F rain protection canopy for 150mm exhaust pipe made of GI sheet of 16 SWG

Wrapping the residential type exhaust silencer.

Hire charges for scaffolding by bamboo required rope of square type arrangement for smooth working carriage of MS black pipe by vertical run and dismantling at the end of the work.

S & F of 200 ltrs capacity heavy gauge MS sheet barrel with MS angle made support stand.

Supply & making of fuel pipe line completed with 40mm MS pipe, ball valves, elbow, matching flanges, gaskets, nut bolts etc.

Supply & Delivery of best quality oil hand pump with 1" dia PVC flexible pipe (12 feet approx)

Supply & laying of 1.1 KV grade PVC copper conductor control cable (Finolex/Gloster/Havells /RR Kabel) partly recessed and partly by shaddle on wall or neccesary required to interconnect DG set with AMF panel. a) 16 core 2.5 sq.mm, for communication.

b) 5 core 2.5 sq.mm, for sequence of power.

c) 2 core 6 sq.mm, for DC power.

S & F compression type brass cable gland & finishing the cable of following size. a) 16 core 2.5 sq.mm.

S & pouring (including transportation) of HSD for test run of 250kVA DG set .incl. carrying charge.

Earthing with 80 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 No. 65 mm x 8 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 80 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts [For DG neutral − 2 nos, DG body − 2 nos, AMF body- 2 nos] [Ref.: G-1/2(e)]

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos.12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe. Extra treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal for plate electrode as to G.S. [Ref.: G-2/3(b)]

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. For Soft Soil. [Ref.: G-1/1]

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 65 mm x 8 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required. [Ref.: G-2/4(d)]

Extra for connecting the neutral of Transformer/Earth busbar to earth electrode including S & F Galvanized (Hot Dip) Steel strip 65 mm x 8 mm on wall/floor with GI saddles & insulating the same by one layer of PVC strip over one layer of ampere tape [ only for DG neutral earthing] [Ref.: G-3/6(d)]

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar incl. S & F 50 mm x 6 mm Galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddle as required and connection to equipments with incl. drilling holes, bolts, nuts,washers etc. [Ref.: G-3/5(e)]

Making the Net guard & shade for covering the Generator. The shade size as mentioned below :-- 8 Nos. 3 inch dia MS pipe growting as Pillar (14’x8 Nos.) by Sand, Cement & morter, M.S. Structure with fabrication from 40mm x 40mm x 6mm (20’ x 15 Nos, 12’x35 Nos, 19x5 mm M.S. flat Patti (1500’ft approx.). Neey cutting, drilling & grinding the Angle. Hiring welding machine on the spot. Preparing fabrication work providing arrangement of hinged type dooring system for mte. Work. Door from 40mm x 4mm x 6mm MS angle and 19 mm x 5 mm Patti including painting.Supply & erection at IRC Net guard of fine side of above mention structure for avoiding any the ft damage and any hamaring of generator. Net Guard made 10 SWG 2”X2” Net with 19 x 5 mm flat patti.S & F Blue scope corrugated tin shed (0.5 mm) thick (approved make) top of the DG Set. Top cover sheet supported in 25mm X 6 mm flat which are to be properly welded & grouted incl. carring cost of workshop to site.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION WORK Supply & delivery at site of 4 Core XLPE Insulated & Sheathed Armoured Aluminium Conductor cables for Working Voltage up to 1.1 KV grade of following sizes [Make - Havells / Gloster / KEI / Polycab/RR Kabel] a) 4 Core 150 sq.mm

b) 4 Core 120 sq.mm

Laying only Cable above 50 sqmm but not exceeding 400sqmm through existing RCC/ Hume/GI Pipe/open masonary trench for single, 2, 3, 3½ and 4 core. [Ref : F-1/3(b)] a) 4 Core 150 sq.mm

Laying of cable as below, on existing Cable Tray and binding with suitable size GI wire.upto 50sqmm. Laying of cable as below, on existing Cable Tray and binding with suitable size GI wire. [Ref : F-3/6] a) From 70sqmm to 150sqmm

Laying of cable as below, after cutting floor/pavement/wall/ and making holes incl., embedding the cable at an average depth as below and mending good the damages to original finish incl. removing the rubbish. [Ref : F-3/5] Above 95 sqmm at an average depth of 100 mm in floor/pavement/wall etc.

Laying of cable above 3½ core 90 sqmm and upto 3½ core 150 sqmm on wall/surface including S & F MS clams with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making hole etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting. [Ref: F-1/2(e)]

Laying of two cables above 35 sqmm and upto 185 sqmm in an underground trench in single tier formation (horizontal), the trench size : 680 mm x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of each cable 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. and 4 (four) Nos. bricks per Mtr. as separator between the bricks and cables and also trench to be filled up with shifted soil, levelling up and restoring surface duly rammed. Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below. [Ref : F-4/7(c)] a) 4 Core 150 sq.mm

Supply & Fixing of perforated GI cable tray with perforation not more than 17.5% suspended from ceiling incl. S&F GI connector,6mm dia MS suspender, bolts & nuts, steel fastener etc. as required of the following size. Incl. Al painting of MS support. With 25x25x3mm angle iron support [Ref : D-14/34(a)(ii)] 300x50x1.25mm (18SWG)

Supply & Erection of 50 x 50 x 6 mm MS Angle of length 600 mm long with MS Angle Iron Support Frame of size 25 x 25 x 5 mm. It should be grouted on wall (150 mm) in between with gap of 500 mm or as per site requirement through angle iron leg (end part should be devide by cutting in angular shape) fixed including mending damages upto original finish. Removable type MS D Clamp made of 40 x 3 mm flat should be fabricated over all MS Welded Angle in between. This may be fixed on wall vertically / from side wall / from roof & may be higher than single stiried building. Overall frame structure should be painted with 2 coats of RO Primer (before grouted / fixing it on wall / roof) and one coat of Synthetic Enamel Al Paint (Berger / Asian Paint). Rates are including all (fabrication, transportation, fixing, painting etc.). (A specimen to be approved before starting construction)

Supply and Laying 150mm dia spiral superior quality PVC suction nylon pipe inside the DG foundation, Feederr piller box foundation & also at the place of bending of cable as per direction of EIC.

Panel:-SITC of indoor type L.T. Panel Board with SFU as Incomer and SFU as outgoing feeders in a suitable transportable unit, ready for operation on being installed in a fixed position. The Panel board shall be Self-supporting, fully Compartmentalized, Incomming / Outgoing SFU Compartment Should be Seperate, floor mounted, indoor type, dust and vermin proof (IP 42), Incoming and outgoing cable entry from bottom / top end at rear side / side cable alley. Gland plate (2 mm thick) should be two part detachable type. The switch board shall be fabricated from 1.6 mm thick (16 SWG) CRCA sheet and base channel will be 50mm x 25mm x 5mm (painted with Black Japan after derusting). The doors shall be removable type mounted on hinge with key locking arrangement for each compartment. Installation of the new panel is to be executed after dismantling of the existing panel.(Drawing will be approved before installation) . Painting : Panel should be properly degreased, derusted before phospheting. Alkalyed melamine epoxy based powder coated paint to be done by using 7 tank process with minium thickness of 70 micron avg. Shade will be Pebble Grey No. RAL 7032 both inside and outside. Continious GI Earth bus of size 40 x 6 mm to be provided at a hight of 100 mm from the bottom and brought outside of the panel of 50 mm. Depth of the panel : As per direction of EIC. C P R I - Type Test Report for the Panel Board (similar type from Manufacturer) Termination : Incoming cable termination Bus should be suitable for termination of requisite nos. Ar/Al XLPE/PVC cables. Outgoing feeder terminals should be as per rating.

System Voltage : 415V, 50Hz, RYBN. Control wiring cable size : 1.5 sqmm PVC FR Cu multistrand flexible wire with proper socketing with PVC sleeve & identification ferruling. CT Secondary wiring to be done with 2.5 sqmm PVC FR Cu multistrand flexible wire. (Make- RR Kabel / Havell's / Polycab/KEI). Incoming :- 415V, 415 A SDFU with 3 nos. HRC Din type fuse. Make: L&T/ ABB/ Siemens/L&T -- 1set. Bus Bar Arrangement :- S & F 415V, 600A current carrying capacity electrolytic grade tinned copper BBC (4x2x40mmX5mm) in size for neutral & phases. The entire bars are insulated with PVC heat sinkable sleeve of suitable size & colour as per direction of E.I.C. -- 1 set. a) 415V, 250A, TPN open execution type, SDFU with 3 nos. HRC Din type fuse . Make: L&T-- 3 nos. Metering. Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium) 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F GI (Hot Dip) wire of size as below on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages.
