Outdoor Air cooled Condenser unit shall comprise multi row Copper coil with Aluminium fins and Axial fan as required housed in a sheet metal chamber with adequate ventilation as OEM standard. (Make:General/ Hitachi / Voltas/ Daikin/ Bluestar/Carrier/ Mitshubishi Electric) [3W+1S] No extra shall be payable for refrigerant gas & transportation/ shifting work.

SITC of Hard Drawn Copper refrigeration pipe line for Suction & Discharge with Cu. Brazing joints & necessary supports & brackets of different sizes in accordance with the required ODU pipe size. (Make-NIPPON/HITACHI-RYOKU/MANDEV)

Supply & Fixing of Fusiable Link Fire Damper, Galvanized Steel Sheet with 125 GSM Zink Coated, Certified by CBRI ( U-555, 1995) with minimum fire rating not less than 120 min, must be Fusiable Link Spring with 74°c Temerature rating U1 Listed. (Make- Greenheck/ Systemair / Air master/ Caryaire)

Supplying, fabrication & fixing 03 Nos. M.S. Angle/M.S chanel of size (75 mm x 75 mm x 6mm) for placing the outdoor unit of ductable split AC incl. drilling 05 nos holes in each Angle including cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same (1:1 ½ :3) etc for Air Conditioning Units.Supplying, fabrication & fixing 4 Nos. M.S u-channel of 6 mm thick of size (75 mm x 40 mm x 40 mm)& ISA 50X50x6 mm for making Base Frame table type for installation of incl. drilling 2 nos holes in each channel.

Floor Mounted Outdoor type Air Handling Unit - SITC of site assembled type modular double skinned construction with continuous insulation with thermal break. The AHU enclosure's outer & inner Skin layer of 0.6 mm or higher & outer skin has to. be polymer coated and insulation panel should be made of thermal break profile - PUF insulation with thickness of at least 40mm or better. The AHU should have Heat Recovery Wheel for extrating@ 2100 CFM stale air with the arrangement of VCD and injection of fresh air @ 1400 CFM with VCD and mixing chamber for return air and fresh air with 03 (Three) stage filtration system (Prefilter having efficiency (EU - 4/MERV7) 90% down to 10 micron, Fine Filter having efficiency 99% down to 3 micron (MERV-14 (Make - FMI/ Spectrum/ Thermi) and HEFA filter MERV-17 0.3 Micron for both Inlet & Outlet including UV lamp of suitable rating for each of the air-suction & discharge of condition space as well as injection of fresh air and emmission of stale air as per direction of EIC). The AHU Coil to be with hydrofolic coating. The AHU Fan assembly should be either motor directly coupled with Impeller or Belt driven as per OEM standard suitable for air velocity range 7.3 - 8.2 ft./Sec through the multi-layer 12 mm - 19 mm dia Copper tubes with Alluminium Fins (as per OEM standard). There should be AHU fans of Forward/ Backward Curve, with discharge not less than 6600 CFM, compatable for 415V, 50 Hz supply continuous duty Class IE 1 (Make for Fan Unit - Nicotra/ Kruger/ Caryaire) (Make for Motor - Crompton / Kirloskar/ NEC/ ABB/ Siemens). Similar arrangement should be made for Heat Recovery Wheel. External Static pressure will be within 10 - 20 mm Wg. (Make: Zeco / System Air/ Edgetech) (AHRI/EUROVENT CERTIFIED)

a) MCCB suitable rating as incomer & outgoing as per the ratings of AHU motor and Heater & ODU.
