Supply & installation of LED Sign Board of Size 16'x4'x4" depth with front side 3mm thick A-1 quality ACP Blue colour (AD-41) board capable oI preventing avoid wind pressure which is also to be attached to M.S. structure (fronUback side of board of suitable size MS angle/ MS hollow square/rectangle bar by drilling hole incl. S&F special type steel nuts, bolts and washer. The matter of the LED sing board should be in English/Local alphabets made of laser cutting box type by white colour letter as site requirement making in the shape of male/female incl. all fixing facility, from 3mm thick imported white acrylic sheet including jointing/setting the same part by part and fixing on the board by using chloroform/machine screw etc. is to be fixed on ACP board (on front) incl. S&F SMD module (Best euality make) of required quantity for illumination of 2x160Nos.(Male & Female) letters including necessary interconnection & SMPS. The matter may be as below. & Logo at top.Distribution wiring for power supply to LED fiftings to be Jone by PVC rigid conduit, necessary clamps, cable tie etc. Back side of the] rf the board should be covered with 20 SWG G.l. sheet to protect rainl rater. The matter to be displayed will be finalised by authority and to bel Siven later. This fabricated display structure is lo be fixed on the top ofl rrefabricated iron structure as per direction of ElC.The Matter for the signage - RANAGHAT GOVERNMENT POLYTECHNIC (GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL) RANAGHAT, NADIA, WEST BENGAL, PIN:741201, ESTD - 2016.

Supplying, fabrication of structural work with M.S, angle (50 x 50 x 6 mm), MS channel (150x75x6mm), M.S. flat (50 x 6 mm) for fixingl supporting the above GIow sign board on the roof top of the buitding/ fabricated iron structure incl. cutting holes, drilling, metal arc vrelding, painting at top of the roof as per direction of ElC.

Painting of Steel Tubular Pole (up to 9.0 Mtr. long) with ARM bracket by two coats of aluminum paint over first coat of RO priming with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint. Providing CC (6:3:1) base block (around the pole) dimension 0.60 Mtr. x 0.60 Mtr. x 0.76 Mtr. above ground level, neatly cemented finish (3 mm thick), at the base pole incl. drilled hole in pole suitable for alkathene/polythene pipe entry, for street light wiring. [3(b)(i)/H-1]

Straigh through Jointing of 2 core 6 sq. mm XLPE/PVC armoured cable by compound jointing kit including S&F ferrul, tapes and jointing materials (Brand approved by EIC). [10(ii)/F-6]

S & F of 32 mm dia, 3 mm thick Polythene Pipe inside the pole muffing for cable entry from UG to Loop box on Pole through GI Pipe incl. supplying and drawing 1x18 SWG GI Wire as fish wire inside the pipe (synchronizing with roof/beam casting work of building construction). [1(a)/E-2]

S & F of 25 mm dia medium gauge GI pipe (Make - Jindal/Bansal) protection from pole muffing to loop box with necessary fittings and jointing materials as required. [11(4)/F-6] .

S & F of powder coated painting, sheet steel, waterproof type looping cable box (200 mm x 150 mm x 100 mm deep) with 2 mm (14 SWG) thick comprising of one 240 V, 16 A kit-kat fuse unit, 4 nos. 16 A stud type connectors, lined with rubber gasket, sheet steel top cover with mechanical locking arrangement, earthing terminal with lug etc. on pole/wall with necessary fixing arrangements. Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode with filling & ramming for soft soil. [1(a)/G-1]

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe (ISI Medium), 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level. Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages. [5(a)(i)/G-2)]

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 25 mm x 6 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc. [5(d)/G-3]

Supplying & drawing of 1.1 Kv. Gr. 3 core 1.5 sq. mm PVC insulated Cu. Cable (Make - Finolex/Polycab/Havells) through polythene pipe from Pole Loop Box to LED fittings.(NS)

Supply and fixing of outdoor-type LED luminaires having a minimum efficacy 120 Lm/Watt with 10KV SPD [Make - Crompton, Cat. No. - CRP-409-60-57-SL-GL-NSG / Wipro, Cat No: - LR02-671-XXX-57-G3 / Bajaj, Cat. No. NEXO 84L WH PO PC SD or similar type of Philips/K-Light ] on ST Pole arm bracket. [NS]

Fixing only outdoor type LED light fitting complete with all accessories to be fixed / projected from the wall of the building incl. making holes/providing clamping arrangement, necy. GI reducer as required, S&F 40 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) 1.5 mtr. average length having suitable bend, S&F necy. length of 3 x 1.5 sq. mm PVC insulated single core stranded annealed copper wire, making connections as required, mending good damages to wall incl. painting etc. [18/C-3]

S & F of 20 mm size MMS PVC Rigid Conduit 'FR' [Precision Make] on the wall, ceiling with saddles and other accessories as required and mending good damages to building works. [7/E-16]

Cutting Channel of 40 mm x 40 mm on masonry wall by electrically operated cutting machine incl. S & F 19 mm dia 3 mm thick heavy gauge polythene pipe using anchoring chemical (Hilti/Sika), GI 'U' hooks of 8 SWG, 18 SWG GI wire as fish wire and mending good damages to original finish by using own tools and tackles. [6(a)/E-3 ]

Supplying and Drawing of 1.1 KV Gr. single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed stranded copper wire (Make - Finolex/ RR Kabel/ Havells) of the following sizes in the pre-laid polythene pipe as per GS.

S & F of 32 mm dai medium gauge Gi pipe (Make-TATA/Jindal/Barisal) protection with necessary fittings and jointing materials as required. [11(b)/F-6]

Boring (Micro Tunnelling) below the Pacca/Concrete Road with necessary tools & tackles for installation of 32/40 mm dia Gi pipe including filling the vacant space between pipe and road with soil and mending good the damages as per direction of EIC.

S & F of compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below:
