Wet Mix Macadam Base Course Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate(pakut variety) to Wet Mix Macadamspecification including screening of aggregates andgranular materials, premixing the material with waterat OMC in Wet Mix Plant,carriage of mixed materialby tipper to site, laying in uniform layers withPaver inSub- base / Base course on well prepared surfaceandcompacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve thedesired density, including supply of all materials,machinery, fuel and lubricants, including incidentalcosts for lighting, guarding, barricading, makingearthen bundh to protect the edges including costof quality control complete as per Clause 406 ofSpecifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H(5th Revision).

Prime Coat Providing and applying primer coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming toIS: 8887-1978 and requisite quantity on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning ofroadsurface and spraying primer usingMechanicalmeans including cost and carriage of bitumenemulsion and all other incidental costs of workcomplete as per Clause 502 of Specifications forRoad & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). Bituminous Macadam using Hot Mix Plant (HMP) Mix Plant using approved crushed aggregates(pakur variety) of specified grading as per Table 500.7 premixed with bituminous binder(VG-30 Bulk), transported to site laid over a previously prepared surface at pecified laying temperature with paver finisher to therequiredgrade, level and alignment and rolled with suitablepower roller for break down, inter-mediate andfinished rolling as per specification to achieve the desired compaction including cost and carriage of stone materials and bitumen, hire charges of machinery and equipment, cost of fuel and lubricants andwages of operational staff, quality control completeas per Clause 504 of Specifications for Road & BridgeWorks of MoRT&H (5th Revision). Including tack coat using C.B.E MS packed @0.275 kg/m2 For Grading 2 (19 mm nominal size, 50-75 mm thick.) Using Drum mix Type HMP of minimum capacity 60-90 TPH

Water Bound Macadam Sub Base by consolidating Jhama metal of specific size in hard crust torequisitethickness (measured after compaction) in layersincluding screening of metals etc. as necessary,hand packing, sweeping, watering and rolling instages with power roller to proper line, grade andcamber, lighting, guarding & barricading andmaking necessary earthen bundh of one metrewidth on each side where necessary to protectedges and preparing the bed by necessary cuttingor filling and rolling all complete including the cost ofall materials and hire and labour charges of all menand machineries and compacting to the requireddensity, as per Clause 404 of Specifications for Road& Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). Supplying, spreading and consolidating Stone Dustto a depth of 100 mm and above at desired densityand C.B.R. as per Specification with power roller toproper gradient and camber including watering asnecessary, and lighting, guarding, barricading andmaking adequate earthen bundh where necessaryto protect the edges and curing with water for 2 to 3days, mending cracks and depressions by rollingwhere necessary including all incidental charges ofroller, cost of fuel & lubricants complete as perspecification
