Supplying of 1.1 KV Grade following sizes Al. Armoured PVC/ XLPE Cable ( Make : Havells/ Glostar/ KEI/PWD Approved ) as per direction of EIC 4 x 35 sq mm

Laying of cable as below, after cutting floor/pavement/wall/ and making holes incl., embedding the cable at an average depth as below and mending good the damages to original finish incl. removing the rubbish. From 2.5 sqmm to 35 sqmm at an average depth of 75 mm in floor/pavement/wall etc.

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FRLS' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Finolex / Havells/ KEI / Gloster /approved by EIC) in 20 / 25 mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) incl. necy. fittings as required. 2 x 4 sqmm + 1 x 2.5sqmm ( For AC Machine )

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes. as per G S 2.5 sq mm

Supplying and fixing Timer panel made of 16 way Distribution Board with transperent front door and din rail for mounting the following items included. per direction EIC.The Box shuld comprising following accessorise. A) 230 V , 50 Hz ,16 Amp Single dial 1 x 24 Hrs.Timer similar to ( Microrex QT31 ) of quartz driven running reserve Day dial back up by nickle cadmium battery (Make - GEC / Legrand ) – 1 no B) One no. ML-3 conctractor,(L&T make) with ( 2 NO or 1 NO + 1 NC Aux. Supply & Fixing of 250V 50 HZ OLP- 21A single phase A.C Starter ( Make -Electron, / PWD Appvd ) suitable for 1.5 / 2.0 TR Airconditioner Machine incl S & F suitable size G I box (16 SWG) flushed in wall with voltage check, Amp check, Time check incl. making connection as per direction of EIC.

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket (Brand approved by EIC), without plug top and switch with 2 Module GI Modular type switch board with top cover plate flushed in wall and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc as per G.S.

Supply & Fixing 240 V,25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug top with indicator (Brand approved by EIC) & necy. Connections.

S& F laying of - (i) gauge copper pipe 5/8" 0.7 mm thick for suction (ii) copper pipe 1/4" 0.6 mm thick for discharge (OEM make) with 9 mm thick thermal insulation foam nitrile / rubber / K Flex / Accroflex with max saddling with max 1 mtr distance both for suction & discharge pipe and mending good the holes & damages as directed by EIC. (extra length for distance of ODU & IDU exceed 3 mtr.)

S& Laying 3 core 4.0 sqmm PVC insulated & unarmoured copper wire (make-- Finolex/Havells/KEI) for 1.5/2 Tr. Split AC machine (extra length for distance of ODU & IDU exceed 3 mtr.) with max saddling with max 1 mtr distance as per direction of EIC.

S & F of flexible PVC high quality water carrying pipe of proper size for draining water from already installed AC to any available (nearest) drain water pipe or near to ground level and the pipe must be properly saddled with the wall incl. proper insertion of the flexible pipe to drain water pipe and sealing the entry with required materials like PVC tape, High quality sealing the entry with required materials like PVC tape, high quality sealing gum etc. as reqd. All these arrangement for fixing must be arranged by the agency itself as per direction of EIC.

Fixing only single/twin fluorescent light fitting suspended 25 cm bellow the ceiling with 2 No. 20 mm dia EI conduit (14 SWG) supports fixed with “L” type MS clamp whose one side fixed on ceiling with sutable size 4 nos. fastener and other side connected with the conduit with suitable size of bolts and nuts incl. S&F EI conduit, “L” type (125mmx125mm) 6mm thick and 25mm with MS clamps and connecting the length of PVC insulated wire and mending good damages to original finish and painting etc. by 2x24/0.20 mm (1.5sqmm.) flexible copper wire of 1.10 mt. length.
