Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish and stacking anywhere within the compound as directed.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. : Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. : With earth obtained from excavation of foundation

Clearing compound premises of shurbs, plants, jungles etc. by cutting and removing as directed (Specific permission of Engineer-in-Charge prior to execution will be necessary). (Payment to be made on area cleared)

Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150gm / sq.m.) over damp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or in foundation or in foundation trenches.

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in gound floor as per relevant IS codes. : Pakur Variety

Supplying 1.5mm thick M.S. sheet fitted and fixed on one or both faces of M.S./ W.I. gate etc. with point welding at not more than 150mm apart complete in all respect as per design including cost of all labour and materials.

The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. : Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural members only in finished work as per IS specified weight. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat, rivets, bolts and nuts may be make by adding the actual weight of such items with the weight of finished structural members or 7% of weight for finished structural members weighing not less than 22.5 Kg. / m. or 15 % of weight for finished structal members weighing less than 22.5 Kg. / m. may be increased allow for bracket, cleat, rivet, bolts and nuts etc. and no seperate payment being made for these items, as per direction of Engineer In Charge. The rates are considered for a height of erection 8m. / 2nd floor level from the ground. Add 1.5% extra over the rate for each additional floor or 4m. beyond initiial 8m. or part thereof. : For structural members of specified sections weighing less than 22.5 Kg./m

Supplying fitting and fixing 600 mm ( ±30 mm) diametre R.B.T (Reinforced Barbed Tape) Concertina fencing on wall top using concertina coils stretched to approx.6 meters length at site clipped with two nos. of horizontal R.B.T strands which will be tensioned and fixed with the vertical M.S angle iron posts by means of security fasteners (such as 'C' clips, R.B.T clips etc.)

Supplying, fitting galvanised 3 ply 12 gauge / 4 points line of barbed wire in fencing (holes already made in the body of the post) or fixed by staples tightening and fixing the wires in taut condition with straining bolts including the cost of cutting and of lapping joints in the wire as necessary but excluding the cost of galvanised staples,straining bolt and binding wire where necessary.

Supplying, fitting & fixing single skin colour coated trapizoidal profile for wall cladding, Rroof shall be made of 0.45mm BMT (Base Metal Thickness) (0.50mm TCT (Total coated thickness excluding paint). G550 (min 550 yield strength). of Zincalume metallic coating (ISI5965) with high Solar Reflectance Index (SRRI) value for better colling as perr thermatech technology, 1000-1015mm effective cover width with five majorr corrigation, 28 high rib spaced at 203mm c/c with subtle squarre fluting in the pan and the end rib shall have anti- capillary groove and return leg. The steel sheet shall be fastened with 40 micrron zinc coated or 25 micron zinc-tin alloy coated, hex head, self-drilling screw as per IS 3566-2002 Class 3 fastener, The base steel coated with zinc-aluminium alloy Zincalume (AZ150), (i.e 55% Al, 43.4% Zinc, 1.6% Si) minium of 150 g/m2 coating total on both sides, pre-painted with colorbond XRW (xterior roofing, walling) paint system of 35 micron Superr Durrable Polyester paint (SDP) with stable inorganic pigment with no lead contents confirrming ISI 5965. The sheet shall be frree from defects and have brrand marrking of the manufacturer ginving product details on the back of the sheet at regular interrval confirrming genuinity of the material. : In Roof:- With 0.5 mm thick sheet.

M.S. structural works with hollow sections ( square or rectangular shape) conforming to IS: 806-1957 & IS:1161-1958) connected to one another with bracket, gusset, cleat as per design, drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete including cutting to requisite shape & size, fabrication including metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816-1956 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 1957, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of all M.S. Hollow section, all consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charges of all tools and plants and labour reqired for execution and all incidental chages (such as electricity, labour insurance) etc. complete. : For roof truss works : Span up to 12 Mtr

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to received decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. : One coat : In ground floor.

Protective and decorative Acrylic Exterior emulsion Paint of approved quality as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over a coat of Cement Based Primer required. The rates includes the cost of materials, labour, scaffolding and all others incidental charges but excluding the cost of one coat of Cement Based Primer required for new cement plastered surface. : In Ground floor (Two Coat) : Normal Acrylic Emulsion

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smooth ening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : With super gloss (hi-gloss) - On steel or other metal surface : Two coats (white any shade except White)
