Supply & Fixing of outdoor type feeder pillar Box with concrete foundation 2.5ft (above GL) and 1ft (below GL), made of 5mm (4 SWG) hot dip galvanized GI Sheet coated with permanent gray paint and suitable size, double door on both side with hinged operation & locking arrangement with proper ventilation and the provision for suitable fixing arrengement & connection with suitable size Cu wire as reqd. of the following: INCOMER: (a) S&F of 415V, 125A TPN SFUwith sheet steel enclosure on flat iron/angle iron frame with nuts bolts etc incl. Supplying of 1.1 KV Grade XLPE Aluminium conductor, PVC sheathed, armoured cable conforming to IS 7098, of earthed system of following size. [ Make : Polycab / Havells / RR Kabel ]

Laying only Cable upto 50 sqmm through existing RCC/Hume/ GI Pipe/open masonary trench for single, 2, 3, 3½ & 4 core

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below : 4 core 16 sqmm

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials : 4 core 10 sqmm

Cement Concrete road cutting avg. dept. 1.5 ft x avg. width. 1.5ft including mending finishing good damages to original finish concrete floor by net cement concrete.

Inter connection of compound light fittings by 3 x1.5 Sq. mm. PVC insulated copper wire ( Finolex/Polycab/Havells)from loop box inside the pole to light fittings through pole & bracket with Pricision MMS PVC pipes as per direction of EIC

Supply & fixing 40 mm dia HDPE and laying along the pavement as per direction of E.I.C.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 No. 65 mm x 8 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 80 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar incl. S & F 20 mm x 3 mm Galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddle as required and connection to equipments with incl. drilling holes, bolts, nuts,washers etc.
