Supplying, spreading and compacting Sand to required thickness, in layers not exceeding 150 mm to proper gradient and camber, inundating each layer by water and packing and ramming layer by layer to achieve desired compaction, including lighting, guarding, barricading and making adequate earthen bundh where necessary, curing with water as per direction, mending cracks and depressions by ramming wherever necessary.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. a) Pakur Variety

Supplying & laying Double Wall Corrugated (with external annular corrugation and smooth internal walls) High Density Polyethelene Pipes conforming to IS 16098 (Part-II):2013 having Stiffness Class of SN 8 with Ring Stiffness not less than 8.00 KN/Sqm. and Impact Resistance TIR value not more than 10% including necessary jointing materials for nonpressure underground Drainage, Sewerage & Cross drainage application. (iv) 300mm internal dia.

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:6) (a) In foundation and plinth

Water Bound Macadam Base Course Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering including lighting, guarding, barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling, including cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all men and machinery and compacting to the required density, as per Clause 404 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). Bituminous Macadam using Hot Mix Plant (HMP) Providing and laying bituminous macadam with Hot Mix Plant using approved crushed aggregates of specified grading as per Table 500.7 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site laid over a previously prepared surface at specified laying temperature with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled with suitable power roller for break down, inter-mediate and finished rolling as per specification to achieve the desired compaction including cost and carriage of stone compaction including cost and carriage of stone compaction including cost and carriage of stone compaction including cost and carriage of stone compaction including cost and carriage of stone compaction including cost and carriage of stone compaction including cost and carriage of stone materials and bitumen, hire charges of machinery and equipment, cost of fuel and lubricants and wages of operational staff, quality control complete as per Clause 504 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). Prime Coat Providing and applying primer coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 and requisite quantity on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer using Mechanical means including cost and carriage of bitumen emulsion and all other incidental costs of work complete as per Clause 502 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i) For WBM / WMM Surface: (with primer @ 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm)

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). On Bituminous Surface (Using Bitumen Emulsion at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 kg per sqm.)

Providing & Laying 20 mm thick Mix Seal Surfacing (MSS) Providing, laying and rolling of close graded premix surfacing using materials of 20 mm thickness composed of 11.2mm to 0.09mm (For Type – A) or 13.2mm to 0.09mm ( For Type – B) aggregates using penetration grade bitumen to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8 – 10 tonne capacity and finishing to required level and grade etc. including all other incidental charges, quality control as per clause 508 of specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision) complete. Type – B : Using 1.9 kg bitumen per square meter surface area : i) Using Hot Mix Plant not less than 75 T / Hr Stone Dust - 0.004 m³ 11.2 mm chips - 0.0016 m³ 5.6 mm chips - 0.0142 m³ 2.8 mm chips - 0.0072 m³ Packed Bitumen (60/70) - 1.90Kg./ m2

Supplying & laying precast channel slab (size: 300 mm X 500 mm X 100 mm) of cement concrete (1:1.5:3) M 20 including from work without reinforcement, carriage, fixing at site after preparing the bed, grade and slopes by laying 1:4:8 jhama khoa concrete as per specification and direction of EIC including filling the joints with sand cement mortar (4:1) and back filling the vertical piece properly with earth duly compacted and curing the mortar joints for at least 3 days complete including cost and carriage of all materials.

Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in kerbs (size: 410 mm x 310 mm x width 150 mm at bottom with circular nosing at top) (Nano kerb) of cement concreat M25 Grade without reinforcement, fixing as per approved pattern and setting in position at site after preparing the bed grade and slopes by laying Cement concrete with jhama khoa (1:4:8) as per specification and direction of Engineer-inCharge including filling of joints with 10 mm thick cement morter (3:1) and back filling the vertical piece properly with earth duly compacted and curing the morter joints for atleast 3 days including cost and carriage of all materials complete
