Supply & Providing on hire basis 415V, 62.5 kVA, 3 phase, 50 Hz silent type DG set/equivalent capacity of suitable generator of reputed make including proving of 1.1 kv grade of 4 core 50 sqmm AL/A cable (maximum length-250 mtr in each run) (From hiring DG to changeover, existing panel to changeover, change over to distribution panel), 4 nos10' GI Pipe earthing for neutral & Body using 50 sq. mm. Single core copper cable & dismantle the same after completion of event, including proper socketing, gland etc with suitable interconnection as per GS and provide sufficient manpower with tools & tackles for maintenance & operation arrangement of the installation around the clock.

(3 nos 500kVA DG set) (80% load) ( 80 ltr/h x 3 hrs x 6 day X 3 nos) ( Match day - 2 hours for testing & 01 hours for emergency )=4320 ltr 3. S & providing of Diesel oil for dedicated for light tower. (4 nos 500kVA DG set) (80% load) ( 80 ltr/h x 6.5 hrs x 6 day X 4 nos) ( Day before Match day - 2 hours for testing & Match day-4.5 hours )=12480 ltr 4. S & providing of Diesel oil for dedicated power back up of Broadcasting. (01 no 62.5 kVA DG set) ( 20 ltr/h x 12h/Match x 6 day)(Match day - 8 hour and Day before match day - 4 hours for testing)= 1440 ltr. Total = 20508 ltr

Transportation & storage and pouring handling of Diesel oil.

Sub-Head I : Temporary allied Electrical Installation Supply & Providing of hire basis 415 V 4 Pole 125 A Onload Change Over Switch. (1no X 12 days)

Providing on hire basis following main switches/MCB/porcelain fuse base distribution system/200A four bar busbar chamber etc. on a suitable iron frame including providing suitable interconnection wiring with socketing and 2 nos 50 mm dia 10 feet long earthing arrangements including interconnection. Dismantling at the end of program Elect. Comprising of the following acessories i) 415 V 4 Pole 125A MCCB with all acessories . ii) 415 v 200A TPN busbar chamber with 4 (four) bar. iii) 16 A MCB distribution system - 10 Nos. iv) 32 A TPN MCB distribution system - 3 Nos. v) Suitable covering arrangements for weather protection (1no X 12 days)

Supply and fixing of 6/16 A combination power consisting 3 nos each board with 5 mtr extension cable at Boardcast Room. (10 no X 06 days)

Supply & installation on Hire basis 30w LED Bulb with Holder (10 nos x 06 days) at Sequirity Checking Area (DFMD).

Supply & installation on Hire basis 2 core 6sq. Mm. Al. Cable ( 800 mtr x 06 days)

Providing on hire basis outdoor type 3pin 6A Plug scoket with necessary interconnection wire 1.5 sq. mm. cupper wire for DFMD and Other areas. (60 nos x 06 days)

Supply & installation on Hire basis 200 w LED Flood Light Fittings for different Cutouts (60 nos x 06 days)

Supply & installation on Hire 2 x 2.5 sq mm + 1 x 1.5 sq. mm. Cu. Wire for lighting arrengment. (400 Mtr x 06 days)

Supplying & Providing on 600 mm sweep Pedestal Air Circulator.

Supply and installation 16 A DP MCB with suitable enclosure on hire basis.(08 nos x 06 days)

Supply and installation of pedestal fan with suitable enclosure on hire basis.(5 nos x 06 days)

Note:- 1. Rate should be quoted inclusive of all taxes and duties including GST, 2. Original diesel filter is to be changed in each D.G. sets before each match, keeping sufficient time in hand, 3. Fuel is to be stored in the fuel tank of D.G. sets once at a time before starting of the game (before at least 5 hours) considering the match duration including extra time. Further addition of fuel will not be allowed during the playing time.
