AMF Panel -Supply of one No. AMF Panel for 125 KVA Diesel Generator Set suitable for auto operation both in case fo nomal supply power cut and Generator power cut and having suitable arrangement for tripping in case load current exceeds of full load current and the unit is comprising of following items.: i) 250A 4P MCCB with O/C & S/C Release. 2 No ii) 250A AC1 4P Duty Power Contactor, Coil - 230VAC.(Main & DG Contactor) 2 No iii) 250A ON Load Change Over Switch for Manual Chage Over failure of Auto System. 2 No iv) Auxillary Contactor, Coil - 24VDC, Auxiliary - 2NO+2NC. 4 No v) CT, 250/5A, 10VA, Class - 1.0 Tape wound. 6No vi) Auxillary Contactor Coil Voltage.230VAC, Auxiliary - 2NO+2NC. Control/Logic Panel - In built with the generator consisting of 63A TP MCCB, 25KA with O/L, S/C protection, DG Auto start / stop, Alt. Mtg. protection and engine protection, Power cable (Flexible “Cu”) 2 x 16 sq. mm/ P (6 x 2.3 mtr.), Power cable (Flexible “Cu”) 1 x 16 sq. mm/N (1 x 2.3 mtr.), Crimping type copper lugs (Ring type) 25sq. mm., Cable gland, 50 mm. Base frame -Common iron channel fabricated base frame containing the engine and alternator mounted through AVM Pads.

Fuel Tank -Capacity 275 Lts. Made of 14 SWG sheet metal built inside base fame complete with drain valve, air vent, and inlet and out let connection, fuel gauge. Acoustic enclosure -High quality, sound proof, weatherproof, environment friendly Acoustic Enclosure fabricated from 14/16 SWG Sheet Steel & powder coated, specially design to meet up CPCB-II standards to maintain the noise level below 75dB (A) at a distance of 1 Meter from acoustic enclosure under free field condition. Supply & Delivery of Pillar Box of size [5.5(H)'x3.5(L)'x2.8(W)'] or as per direction of EIC to accomodate the AMF panel for 125 KVA D.G set(front side) and 200Amp Change over with cable end box(Back side). Canopy and upper portion of the Feeder Pillar box is to be made from 5mm & 3mm thick MS Sheet respectively, and bottom portion remains hollow for grouting the AMF panel. The Pillar Box will have double door with almirah type lock with 3 nos. keys. Additional provision of pad locking is to be provided with 2 nos. mechanical locks both top and bottom portion. Provision of ventilating grill should be triangular in shape made from MS Plate duly welded to lateral side. The centre ventilation spout at starting surface of the top of the pillar box.Provision of 2 Nos. earthing terminals by 25x6mm GI flat having suitable nuts, bolts & washers etc.should be there.The pillar box should have the provision for bothside opening arrangement for fixing 250 A Change over switch with cable end box. The pillar box is to be painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint after one coat of RO primer.The pillar box should have four legs febricated with 50x50x6mm angle of appropriate length to be grouted into the concrete surface. Supplying and fixing 415V,4 pole 250A Change over switch with sheet steel enclosure on angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc.( LT make, Cat no.- CO32500OSOO)

Supply of 2/4 Core XLPE Insulated & Sheathed Armoured Aluminium Conductor cables for Working Voltage up to 1100 Volts of following sizes [ Make -Brand approved by EIC] 4 core 95 sqmm [ NS ]

Laying of cable on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting. 4 core X 95 sq.mm. [ 2(e)/ F- 1 ]

Laying of following 2 / 4 Core cable upto 185 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed. [ 1(a) / F-2 ]

Laying of one no. 4 core X 95 sq.mm cable through existing GI Pipe as per GS[ 3(a)/ F-1 ]

Supplying & fixing medium gauge 65mm dia GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings For protection of above cable as required. [ 11(e)/ F-6 ]

Cost of Concrete road cutting including necessary mending goods the damage as far as practicable with necessary Cement, Sand, Stone chips, Jhama Metal etc..(N.S)

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below : 4 core 95 sqmm [ 7(c) / F-4 ]

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials. 4 core 95 sqmm [ 8(b) / F-5 ]

Supply and Laying of MS pipe ( Medium Gauge ) incl 2" thick glass wool with netting arrangement & covering with AL clading and painting for exhaust incl. S & F of Fixing materials such as flanges , gaskets, angles, nut, bolts & Washers etc. as per direction of EIC. of following dimension: a) 125 mm dia

Earthing with 65 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 No. 50 mm x 6 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 65 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts (For Neutral Earthing) [2(c)/G-1]

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: By ISI-Medium GI pipe for Soft soil. (For Body Earthing of Gen. Set ) [2(a)/G-1]

Supplying & fixing of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm for earthing connection between the body of the DG Set and earth electrode complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, etc. as required. (For Body earthing) [4(a)/G-2]

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 40 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required. (For Neutral Earthing) [4(b)/G-2]

S & laying of 1.1 Kv grade 10 core 2.5 s.q mm PVC armord copper conductor control cable through UPVC pipe of 40mm dia with clamp. [ Make Polycab / Havells / Gloster]

Supply & Pouring 100 lit Diesel oil during commissioning.

Earth work for excavation of soil f (Page 1 item no. 2(a) of PWD schedule).

DG PLATFORM Providing masonary platform for placement of 125 KVA DG, size L=5 mtr, W=2.5 mtr, Height=1.0 Mtr(400mm below GL, 600mm above GL) rectangular shaped to be made with 5" Brick soling, 10 brick wall in 4 four sides, sand filling the chamber and 5" RCC top single layer (M20 grade) with 3 mm thick neatly finished cement plaster all round as per G.S.
