S & F 8”x6”x4” C.I. looping cable box incl. S & F 40 mm. dia. G.I.(M) 1.5 Mtr. Long arm bracket for fixing flood light & neccy connection by 2x 1.5 sq mm Cu wire. This is incl. painting as per GS.

SUB-HEAD 3 -- FIXING OF FANS

Fixing only exhaust fan after making hole in wall and making good damages and smooth cement finish etc. as practicable as possible and providing necy. length of PVC insulated wire and making connection for exhaust of following diameter as per GS.

SUB-HEAD 4 -- SUPPLY OF FANS

Supply and delivery of 230V 1200mm sweep ceiling fan [Make: Usha Model: Striker 1200 of equivelent model of CG/Orient] as per direction of EIC.

Supply of Exhaust fans of following diameter complete with all accessories as per direction of EIC. ( Make -EPC/Crompton/Usha )

Supply of 450mm sweep High Thrust wall fan(high speed) with metal body, canopy & blades(Orient - Wall AC18 or equivalent model of CG/EPC/Cinni) with necessary nuts, bolts, washer etc. as per direction of EIC.

SUB-HEAD 5 -- Glow Sign Board

Supply & delivery of LED Tube illuminated sign board fabricated by 10''(L)x4'(H)x10"(W) ACP box supported with 35 x 35 x 5 mm M.S. Angle structure all around with 40mm x40mmx 1.62 mm Al. edge angle for front portion only.The front side of the cover will be fabricated with hinges and arrangement in such a way so that it can be opened for maintenance purpose, including mechanical locking arrangement .The 3 mm ACP facial (Blue colour) should be provided with laser cutting of 6 mm laser cut Acrylic letters out of which 5 mm rising and back portion of the ACP board should be pasted with 2mm thick Clear Acrylic Sheet of same size as ACP facial as per the direction of EIC.The sign board should be illuminated by 18W LED Tube lamps (10 nos.) (Type- MAS LED Tube lamp 18 W 2100 lm) with Tube fittings (Phillips make) to be fixed by hooking arrangement with iron stucture fabricated for fixing purpose. Distribution wiring for power supply to LED fittings to be done by PVC rigid conduit, necessary clamps, cable tie etc. Back side of the of the board should be covered with 20 SWG G.I. sheet to protect rain water. The matter to be displayed will be finalised by authority and to be given later.This fabricated display structure is to be fixed on the top of prefabricated iron structure as per direction of EIC.

Fixing of glowsign bloard directly on wall using 3 nos. 4 ft height 50x50x6 mm MS Angle fabricate as C type. Both the end of MS angle should be grouted on wall by using cement concerete & mending the damages incl painting of the iron frame. The glowsing board fixed of the iron structure at the height between 12 to 24 feet from GL by suitable size of nut & bolt incl. hiring of welding machine, manpower & crane if required as per direction of EIC.

SUB-HEAD 6 -CABLE, LAYING, GLAND & SOCKET

Supply of XLPE Insulated & Sheathed Armoured Aluminium Conductor cables for Working Voltage up to 1100 Volts of following sizes [ Make:- RR/KEI /Polycab] [NS]

Laying of cable upto 2 core 25 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting as per GS. [2(a)/F-1]

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below as per GS.

IP Addressable Multi-sensor detector (VDS / UL /ERTL/ LPCB / FM approved) with inbuilt optical smoke Sensors and heat detector sensor with inbuilt short circuit fault Isolator as per NFPA style 7 wiring complete with base (Note Detectors without built-in fault isolator is also acceptable Provided one independent short circuit fault isolator per detector is to be provided extra without extra cost) the detectors should have built in response indicator with LED indicator. Thedetector should have 360 degree optical view with single/ multiple LED that blinks on actuation of detector. Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Loop Isolator Modules ( VDS / UL /ERTL/ LPCB / FM approved ) Loop Isolator can isolate the shorted circuit from the whole system to ensure normal operation of other devices and locate the devices in fault. After the short circuit fault is cleared, those devices will be re-introduced into the system with degree of protection IP 30 as per direction of EIC. Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Microprocessor based addressable fully networkable 2 loop fire alarm control panel (VDS / UL/ERTL/ LPCB/ FM approved) suitable for the devices as stated in the previous items of this BOQ along with 20% spare capacity with each loop loading not exceeding 80 % of the full capacity of detectors and devices taken together, complying to IS 2189:2008 or its latest amendments, and with minimum 600 character alpha - numeric liquid crystal display with CAN networking,The panel shall be soft addressable type and shall be able to give pin point location of all fire/ fault conditions. Further, the panel must be able to automatically switch off respective control switches with help monitor module whenever any alarm is triggered. The Panel should be able to store sufficient numbers of log events in its Memory as per recommended standards.

The panel should have extra loop card slot for expansion of capacity twice. The panel shall have in built rectifier, provision for external & internal printer ( if required ), Loop cards, L C D unit to indicate Fire/Fault Signal with address and analog output, complete in all respects, inbuilt Surge protection facility, integral SMF lead acid batteries with sealed cells of 24V capable of running for 24 hours normal working and then be capable of operating the system for 60 minutes during Emergency condition, with integral battery charger complete in all respect as required. The FACP shall be capable of being networked (future expansion) with other similar FACP located at different part of the premises through single RS 485 modbus. The FACP shall have provision for interfacing with the public address system, remote computer and BMS interface. The system must be preloaded with licensed software as per direction of EIC. NOTE :- 1) The Fire Alarm system shall comply with latest requirements of -- (i) National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards, (ii) IS 2189 (iii) NFPA 7O National Electric Code, (iv) NFPA 72 National Fire Alarm & Signaling Code (v) Local Statutory Regulations , (vi) Manufacturer Recommendation vii) System should be integrated with the components like FACP, Detectors, MCP, Hooter, Monitor Module, Relay Module, etc. and all these components should be of same brand.

TESTS :- 1) The system shall be tested and commissioned by a qualified competent, trained engineer or technician authorized by the manufacturer of the fire alarm equipment to technically supervise and participate during all of the adjustments and tests for the system. 2) Before energizing the cables and wires, inspection and check for correct connections, and test for short circuits, ground faults, continuity, and insulation and other tests as per applicable Indian/International standards must be done.

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necy. connection as required as per GS.
