Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150gm / sq.m.) over damp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or in foundation or in foundation trenches.

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Controlled Cement concrete with well graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement with complete design of concrete as per IS : 456 and relevant special publications, submission of job mix formula after preliminary mix design after testing of concrete cubes as per direction of Engineer-in charge. Consumption of cement will not be less than 300 Kg of cement with Super plasticiser per cubic meter of controlled concrete but actual consumption will be determined on the basis of preliminary test and job mix formula. Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) © steel shuttering or 9 to 12mm thick approved quality ply board shuttering in any concreate works .

(f) 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. Supplying, fitting & fixing Zn-Al alloy (55% Al & 45% Zn) coating of 150 grams per sq. metre (followed by colour coated on both side) steel sheet work having minimum yield strength of 550 Mpa of trapizoidal profile of approved make as per IS: 15965: 2012 and IS: 14246: 2013 (excluding the supporting frame work) fitted and fixed with 55 mm & 25 mm self tapping screw, EPDM Washer 16 mm dia & 3 mm th. washer etc. complete with 150 mm end lap and one corrugation minimum side lap. (i) In Roof:- a) With 0.50 mm thick sheet

(a) Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : (b) On steel or other metal surface : With super gloss (hi-gloss) - (iv) Two coats (with any shade except white)

Aluminium sheet ridging fitted with self tapping screws, EPDM washers etc complete.(Minimum 225mm end lapping). (A) 300 mm lapping each way (a) With 0.71 mm sheet

Galvanised iron sheet eaves gutter fitted and fixed with necessary 50 mm X 6 mm M.S flat bar clamps bent to design, bolts, nuts, washers etc. complete. Eaves gutter made of 0.63 mm. sheets.(300mm End lapping) (b) 300 mm. wide gutter

Supplying, fitting & fixing granite slabs 15mm to 18 mm. thick with uniform texture & without decorative veins in columns, wall, facia etc. with 15 mm thick [avg] cement mortar (1:2) including making suitable arrangements to hold the stones properly by brass / copper hooks including pointing in cement mortar (1:2) (1 white cement : 2 marble dust) with admixture of pigment matching the stone shades all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials, labours, scaffolding, staging ,curing and roughening of concrete surface complete. Area of each Granite slab 0.6 upto 1.0 square metre. [Using cement slurry at back side of granite @ 4.4 kg/sq.m & white cement slurry for joint filling @ 1.8 kg/sq.m]

Supplying, fitting & fixing 1st quality Ceramic tiles in walls and floors to match with the existing work & 4 nos. of key stones (10mm) fixed with araldite at the back of each tile & finishing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring oxide if required to match the colour of tiles including roughening of concrete surface, if necessary or by synthetic adhesive & grout materials etc. (B) Wall With Sand Cement Mortar (1:3) 15 mm thick & 2 mm thick cement slurry at back side of tiles using cement @ 2.91 Kg/Sq.m & joint filling using white cement slurry @ 0.20kg/Sq.m. c) Supplying and Laying in the specific pattern of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with Concrete grade as specified as per Table 1 of IS 15658 : 2006) manufactured from BIS licensee manufacturer, with spacer nib (Small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks, as per Cl. No. 3.26 of IS: 15658) and of specified size and shape with aspect ratio (The ratio of length to thickness of a paver block, as per Cl. No. 3.3 of IS: 15658) as per Table 2 of IS: 15658 with flexural strength/breaking load as per Annexure G of IS: 15658, on the prepared base course of specified CBR as per Table 1 of IRC SP 63 (2018) or else as mentioned in design and drawing with a cushion of compacted bedding sand of 25-35 mm thick (grading of the bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP 63) and filling up the gaps in between paver blocks with joint filling sand (the grading of the joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC SP 63) and completing the edges with cut blocks as per Cl. No. 8.7 of IRC SP 63(2018) with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sand, compaction, leveling and filling up of the edge gap. 60 mm thick. (ii) Coloured Decorative

Supplying, fitting & fixing UPVC pipes A- Type and fittings conforming to IS:13592-1992 with all necessary clamps nails, including making holes in walls, floor etc. cutting trenches in any soil through masonry concrete structures etc if necessary and mending good damages including joining with jointing materails (Spun Yarn, Valamoid/Bitumen/M-Seal etc) complete.
