S&F compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & and moisture-proof entry of existing 4Cx35sqmm XLPE/PVC armoured cable, as per GS.

S/F Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket for existing 4 core 35sqmm XLPE-armoured AL. cable(Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials :as per GS.

Supply and drawing 1.1 KV grade 4x16sq.mm single core PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire in 25mm. dia PVC Rigid Conduit [Precision Make] on wall, ceiling with saddles and other accessories as required and mending good damages to building works as directed by EIC. S&F of 250V double door Timer DB [equivalent of 2+8 way SPNDB] with sheet steel enclosure, pnosphitised powder coated neutral bar, DIN rail with IP-43 potection comprising with 1 no. 25A DPMCB ('C' curve 10KA), 2 no. 16A SPMCB ('C' curve 10KA), 1no. Programmable time switch-24 hrs with minimum switching of 15 minutes and 1 no. 18A/25A 2-Pole power contractor with inner-outer plate & internal wiring by suitable size of cu. wire incl. 1 no. Auto-Manual bypass toggle switch and provision for earthing attachment, incl. LED indication light for running condition with mechanical locking arrangement, as directed by EIC. Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: a) By TATA Medium GI Pipe

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. (For Soft Soil)

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc. as direction fo EIC.

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.

Supply & Delivery of Non-inverter type High-wall Split-type Air-Conditioner having following specification: Cooling Capacity - 6.6 kW (Minimum) , Capacity : 1.8TR or Above Minimum ISEER - 3.8, BEE level - 3-Star(min)[1st July22 to 31st December 2024] IS Compliance - IS-1391(Part-I & Part-II) with all amendment Refrigerant - R410A/R32 Compressor - Rotary/Scroll Evaporator & Condenser Coil - Copper Operating outdoor temperature - 50ºC and above Power supply -230V, 50Hz (±tolerance asper applicable standard),as directed by EIC. The scope of work is also includes supply of following (i) Necessary refrigeration copper line with nitrile rubber insulation and wrapping tape - 3 mtr (ii) Necessary 3/4 core copper cable (FRLS type - make : Finolex/RR Kable/Polycab/Havells/Gloster) - 3mtr and suitable plug top(Anchor/North West/Legrand/Havells) [Make: O General/Mitsubishi Electric/Zamils]

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Indoor & Outdoor unit of above Hi wall split AC machine after making hole in wall etc as per direction of EIC including Supply of required Refrigerant, S&F of necessary fixing arrangement for indoor and 40 x 40 x 5 mm MS angle iron frame for outdoor unit (or arrangement recomended by Manufacturer), duly painted, laying and making connection of refrigeration pipe, power cable, drain pipe etc as per direction of the EIC.

Supply & laying Soft Drawn PVC Drain Pipe 19mm dia with proper supports & brackets as per direction EIC. (Make: Suprime/Oriplast)

Supply and delivery of Twin LED Fitting (20Watt, 230VAC, 50hZ, 4000K NW, THD10%, bult in 2.5KV SPD) with all accessories and 2 nos LED Tube, as directed by EIC. [Make: Philips TMC 501 P 2xT-LED, Havells, Bajaj, CG, or as per EIC]

Fixing only above single/twin fluorescent light fitting suspended 25 cm bellow the ceiling with 2 No. 20 mm dia EI conduit (14 SWG) supports fixed with “L” type MS clamp whose one side fixed on ceiling with sutable size 4 nos. fastener and other side connected with the conduit with suitable size of bolts and nuts incl. S&F EI conduit, “L” type (125mmx125mm) 6mm thick and 25mm with MS clamps and connecting the length of PVC insulated wire and mending good damages to original finish and painting etc. by 2x24/0.20 mm (1.5sqmm.) flexible copper wire of 1.10 mt. length, as per GS.

Supply & delivery of 1400 mm sweep 230 volt AC Ceiling fan incl. Blades, canopy etc. With 18" down rod(14SWG), Fork(10SWG), Heavy type insulator, 3/8th inch bolt with nut, heavy type split pin etc., as directed by EIC [Make-Orient /Crompton/Usha] incl . safety wire & P2 type brust proof capacitor.

Fixing only ceiling fan complete with blades, canopy, fork, rubber bush etc. incl. S&F connecting wire for down rod upto 30 cm incl. painting the rod with approved paint and making necessary connection as required by 2x1.5 sqmm flexible copper wire as per direction of EIC.

Note: 1) All the above rates should be quoted inclusive of all taxes, duties and all ancilery charges with cost of maintenance, servicing, supply & replacement of spares for 1 (One) year from the date of commissioning. 2) Total is rounded off to the nearest rupees.
