Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene/PVC rigid pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necy. connection as required [E-9/1]

i) 3 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) [E-9/1(b)]

Fixing only single/twin fluorescent light fitting suspended 25 cm bellow the ceiling with 2 No. 20 mm dia EI conduit (14 SWG) supports fixed with “L” type MS clamp whose one side fixed on ceiling with sutable size 4 nos. fastener and other side connected with the conduit with suitable size of bolts and nuts incl. S&F EI conduit, “L” type (125mmx125mm) 6mm thick and 25mm with MS clamps and connecting the length of PVC insulated wire and mending good damages to original finish and painting etc. by 2x24/0.20 mm (1.5sqmm.) flexible copper wire of 1.10 mt. length. Supply and fixing of 230 V 70 W LED Flood Light fittings (IP 66) with Aluminium dia cast housing and polycarbonate diffuser, Heat resistant IK07 rated High impact glass/PC lens opticcover having system lumen output not less than 8400 lumen, system lumen efficacy not less than 120lm/W, power input not more than 70 watt, Colour temparature (CCT) -5700K, Recommended driver etc. complete with all accessories (Make- Philips cat no.-BVP281 LED085 CW FG SY5WB 70W V1 or equivalent model of Wipro as approved by E.I.C) to be fixed with clamp, MS Plate, nut-bolts, washers etc. and any other fixing accessories as required as per required at site condition incl. inter connection as per direction of EIC.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: [G-1/2]

Supplying and fixing 240V 32Amp DP(with fuses on L&N) Sheet steel Main Switches on flat iron frame on wall[Make:- Havells/L&T/HPL as approved by E.I.C] [D-1/1(a)]

S&F angular batten holder (Anchor) on 75mm dia PVC round block / round bakelite on wall with S&F of 14W LED lamp (Philips 14W B22 LED) as directed by EIC.

Dismantling of all electrical old damaged wirings, switch board, fans, fittings, dressing of cables etc. and depositing the same at section office with the help of Two no wireman and Two No Helper for 3 Days as per direction of EIC.

SITC of LED Sign Board with special arrangement on selected location with steel/ Acrilyc letters on front side 3mm thick A-1 quality ACP board (Timex Bond -Outdoor type) of colour(as per choice of the authority/E.I.C) as such LED fixed inside the steel / Acrilyc letters on ACP board [Preferable size of the board- (i) 14' x 4' x 3"/4" or other suitable size to accommodate all the matters/contents as approved by the authority] capable of withstanding required wind pressure . The main structure board is to be made/fabricated with 1½”x1½” MS angle iron,MS flat(1”)/square or round hollow bar (16 Swg 2”dia.), Base plate (10 mm thickness) required for fixing the necy. nos. nuts, bolts, washers, supporting angle iron, Clamp etc. and ACP sheet on all sides to be moulded uniformly of the board to be provided. Cutting/ shaping etc and welding the same with each other properly and making drill hole/Tapping etc. as and where reqd. for fixing allied accessories and complete in all respect, as directed by EIC incl. S&F special type steel nuts, bolts and washer. The matter of the LED sign board should be in English/Bengali, alphabetsAcrylic letter of difft. Sizes, given below, with front razing-6mm and back 25mm after laser cutting of poly vynyel sheet (3mm thick) of matching colour(as per direction of E.I.C) in the shape of Male/ Female for fixing facility by using chloroform and allied fixing accessories complete with difft. types of Alphabetic letter and logo as per design and drawing approved by the Authority concern. The sign board should be fixed on existing position of the premises with suitable supporting arrangement on wall and & mending good damages as per direction of EIC. The Cost of transportation, necessary iron angle/flat, nuts-bolts,washers, welding & scaffolding arrangement to fixing the sign board on wall are included.

Intensity : Same & smooth uniform throughout without any dark/black patches

Visibility : upto 500 meters for normal eyes

Suitable copper wire laying through PVC rigid or flexible pipe & terminal connection as per direction of the EIC.
