Arrangement of Load Hook & Base Frame : Supply, fabrication, fixing of New foundation for LOAD BEEM By M.S. C channel 250mm Joist 150mm X 75mm X 3400mm, HR Sheet/ Plate Ciol 12mm X 10 inch X 10inch with 6Nos. 16mm Hole, HR Sheet/ Plate Coil 10mm X 6mm, M S. Round for Making Load Hook as per marking Both side by Running Welding also Cutting RCC Wall with grouding by WEDGE ANCHOR M-16 x 125 with TAPPER WASHER, SPRING WASHER etc. For Making LOAD HOOK upto 3 TON Capacity in the Machine Room wall. (Make- TATA/ JINDAL ). The entire work should be done as per actual site requirement and as per direction of EIC.

Painting of steel/ iron surface with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make, and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint. 2 coat of paint over 1 coat of RO priming. N.B. i) The rate quoted by the manufacturer should be inclusive of cost for providing 2 years DLP after completion of 1 year of initial commisioning ii)The agency will have to take temporary three/single phase electric power connection from WBSEDCL with his own cost. The electric cable for temporary power connection have to be arranged by the agency with his own cost. iii)All the civil foundation works i.e. foundation of Pedestal for placing the machine, placing the joist across the wall of the machine room if required, foundation of the Spring buffer at Lift pit etc have to be done by the agency with his own cost. iv)The safe store for keeping the lift material should be arranged by the agency where there will not be available room with proper locking arrangement. The Department will not be responsible for any theft case of the material. The arrangement of the accomodation of the workers of the lift agency should be done by the agency himself. v) The workers should follow proper safety guideline for this work. The Department will not be responsible for any accident of the workers.

Rates to be quoted will be inclusive of all the taxes incl. GST. No other additional charges will be applicable in addition to the quoted rates.
