Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] In ground floor. i) with 1:4 cement mortar. 15mm thick plaster.

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE : Cement 0.152 cum. Per 100sq.m.

White washing including cleaning and smoothening surface thoroughly. A) two coats (to be done on specific instruction).

Colour washing with "ELLA" with a coat of white wash priming including cleaning and smoothening surface thoroughly: i) External surface (ground floor) a) Two coats.

Labour for taking out door and window frame including shutter for repair or replacement of different parts of the frame & refixing the same including mending good all damaes complete. (Concrete and brick work for mending damage will be paid separately) a) Upto area 2.5 sq.m

Wood work in door and window frame fitted and fixed in position complete including a protective coat of painting at the contact surface of the frame exluding cost of concrete, Iron Butt Hinges and M.S clamps. (The quantum should be correted upto three decimals). a) Sal : Local

Z-batten shutters of door and window as per design havings tongued and groove-half lap jointed as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including fitting and fixing shutter in position, but excluding the cost of hinges and other fittings in ground floor. a) Shutter with 25mm thick planks, 19mm thick battens. i) Sal : Local

(b) Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Supply best Indian sheet glass panes set in putty and fitted and fixed with nails and putty complete. (In all floors for internal wall & upto 6m height for external wall) i) 4mm thick .

Removing old paint from blistered painted surface of steel or other metal by chipping including scraping and cleaning and exposing the original surface.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary. A) On timber or plastered surface. With super gloss (hi-gloss) - i) Two coats (white in shade)

Galvanised iron sheet eaves gutter fitted and fixed with necessary 50 mm X 6 mm M.S flat bar clamps bent to design, bolts, nuts, washers etc. complete. Eaves gutter made of 0.63 mm. sheets.(300mm End lapping) 300mm. Wide gutter.

Supplying, fitting & fixing UPVC pipes A- Type and fittings conforming to IS:13592-1992 with all necessary clamps nails, including making holes in walls, floor etc. cutting trenches in any soil through masonry concrete structures etc if necessary and mending good damages including joining with jointing materails (Spun Yarn, Valamoid/Bitumen/M-Seal etc) complete. UPVC pipes.

Taking out carefully G.C.I or C.I or asbestos sheets (including ridges etc.) from roof or wall after unscrewing bolts, nuts, screws etc. and stacking the material at site as directed.

Suppling, fitting and fixing color coated trapezoidal profile for wall cladding, Roof shall be made of 0.45mm RMT (Base Metal Thickness) (0.05mm TCT (Total coated thickness exculding paint). G550 (min 550 yield strength), of Zincalumc metalic coating(ISI5965) with high Solar Reflance Index (SRI) value for better colling as per thermatech technology. 1000-1015mm effective cover width with five major carragation. 28mm high rib spaced at 203mm c/c with subtle square fluting in the pan and the end rib shall have anti-capillary groove and return leg. The steel sheet shall be coated with zinc-aluminium alloy Zincalume (AZ150)(i.e. 55% Al,43.4% Zinc, 1.6% Si) minioum of 150 g/m2 coating total on both sides,pre-painted with colorbond XRW (xterior roofing,walling) paint system of 35 micron Super Durable Polyester paint (SDP) with stable inorganic pigment with no lead contents confirming ISI5965. The sheet shall be free from defects and have brand marking of the manufacture giving product deteils on the back of the sheet at regural interval confirming genuinity of the material.

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. clamps for door and window frame made of flat bent bar, end bifurcated with necessary screws etc. by cement concrete(1:2:4) as per direction. (Cost of concrete will be paid separately) i) 40mmx6mm, 250 mm length.

Iron butt hinges of approved quality fitted and fixed with steel screws, with ISI mark. 100mmx50mmx1.25mm.

Anodised aluminium barrel / tower / socket bolt (full covered) of approved manufactured from extruded section conforming to I.S. 204/74 fitted and fixed with cadmium plated screws: 200mm long x 10mm dia bolt.

Anodised aliminium D-type handle of approved quality manufactured from extruded section conforming to I.S. specification (I.S. 230/72) fitted and fixed complete: with continous plate base (Hexagonal/Round rod) i) 125mm gripx10mm dia rod.

Iron hasp bolt of approved quality fitted and fixed complete (oxidised) with 16mm dia rod with centre bolt and round fitting. 250mm long.

Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy.

Sealing of cracks/porous concrete by injection process through nipples/Grouting complete as per Technical specification. B) Cement mortar (1:1) Grouting.
