Granular Sub-base with Graded Material (Table:- 400-1). By Mix in Place Method : Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded material, mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, spreading in uniform layers with Motor grader on prepared surface in proper grade and camber, compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, including lighting, guarding, barricading, including cost of all materials, machinery, tools and plants including cost of quality control complete as per Clause 401 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). Grading – III.

Water Bound Macadam Base Course Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering including lighting, guarding, barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling, including cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all men and machinery and compacting to the required density, as per Clause 404 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision) Grading-I Aggregate (63 mm to 45 mm) Using Stone Screening Type B (11.2 mm). Manual Means.

Grading-II Aggregate (53 mm to 22.4 mm) Using Stone Screening Type B (11.2 mm). Mechanical Means.

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Providing and laying Design Mix concrete for plain / reinforced concrete work in any part of bridge (excluding bottom plugging) with coarse aggregates of appropriate nominal size and grading, fine aggregate (sand) conforming to proper grading zone, both of approved quality and cement, as necessary, including labour, cost and carriage of all materials and including preparation of design mix, approval of the same by the Engineer-in-Charge and cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. all complete but excluding cost of labour and materials for formwork & reinforcement works. M-20 Grade. Using concrete mixer.

Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, cross drain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction. Where staging is not required.

Supplying & laying as per IRC-SP:063-2004 paver unit of any shade of approved quality as per relevant IS code, laid in pattern as directed in pavement, footpath, driveway (paver block only), etc including necessary underlay complete in all respect with all labour and material. [Border concrete if necessary to be paid separately]. Note: Sub-grade CBR should not be less than 5. c)Supplying & laying in the specified patteren of interlocking concrete block pavements(ISBP) with concrete block(with concrete grade as specified as per table I of IS 15658:2006) manufactured from BIS license manufacturer with spacer nib (small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver blockused as a divicefor keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving block, as per CI. No 3.26 of IS- 15658) and of specified size and shape with aspect ratio (The ratio of Lentgth to thickness of a paver block, as per CI No 3.3 of IS-15658) as per Table 2 of IS- 15658 with flexural strength/breaking load as per Annexure G of IS-15658 of the prepared base course of Specefied CBR as per Table 1 of IRC SP 63(2018) or else as mentioned in design and drawing with a cushion of compacted bedding sand of 25-35 mm thick (grading of the bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1of IRC SP-63) and filling up the gaps in between paver blocks with joint filling sand (the grading of the joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC SP63(2018) with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sand, compaction, levelling and filling up of the edge gap. 60mm thick (ii) Coloured Decorative
