Supply fabrication and fixing specically for indoor unit should be supported with ms channel by 2 nos of 40mm x 40mm x 6mm to distribute the total load from the mounted wall and by drilling holes for 4nos downrod & connecting the downrod into the channel by nuts,bolts etc. & including supporting angle 25 mm x 25mm x 6mm arrangement as per direction of EIC.[For 4nos.5 AC machines]

Supplying fabrication and installation of two TATA Make U-Channels, each measuring (75 mm x 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm thick), into a designated wall. These U-Channels will serve as the foundation for a platform measuring 2 meters by 1.2 meters. The installation process includes drilling or cutting two holes into the wall to a depth of 9 inches, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC), followed by grouting using cement concrete (M20 grade) to secure the U -Channels. To ensure structural integrity, horizontal and vertical angles (25 mm x 25 mm x 6 mm) will be fabricated and installed at 4-inch intervals for horizontal support. Additionally, diagonal supporting angles (50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm) will be placed along the platform's outer edge as required. These diagonal angles will effectively distribute the load through the two U-Channels (75 mm x 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm thick) and two (50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm) angles supported into the existing wall.focus is on adhering to stringent structural and safety standards. The entire structure should be barcated & safe for ODU maintenance Area .Upon completing the platform's construction, a comprehensive painting process will be initiated. High-quality paint, specifically chosen for its ability to shield against environmental factors, will be applied to enhance durability and longevity.

Supply and fixing of AI powder coated continuous Grill (Make- Premier, Dynacraft/ EIC approved.)

Copper Refrigeration pipe line for liquid and suction line with fittings, elbows, bends, supports & brackets etc. (Make- Ryoku/Totaline/Jobu/ Nippon/EIC Approved) Suction Line (5/8 OD with 0.7mm thick)

Liquid Line (3/8" OD with 0.6 mm thick)

Supply & Fixing Pipe Insulation in liquid & suction line with 9mm nitrile rubber tube (Supreme/Accoflex/Armacell/EIC Approved) Suction Line (5/8 OD with 0.7mm thick)

Liquid Line (3/8" OD with 0.6 mm thick)

Supply and laying Control copper Cable (PVC insulated & unshethed,un-armoured) from Condensing Unit to IDU control panel (Make: Havells/RR Kable /finolex/EIC Approved ) 4 core 2.5 sq mm communication cable.

Supply and laying of Drain Water piping work out of PVC/HDPE hard pipes of following sizes incl. fiting accessories bends, elbows, tees flanges, tapings, wall sleeves hangers, supports, anchors etc. as required.(Make : Supreme / Astral/ EIC approved). a) 25 mm dia.

Modification of window grill for accessing outdoor unit of Concealed Air conditioning Machines by cutting the grill and making Necessary arrangement by welding , grinding inch. S/F Hinge and Lock & key , as per direction of EIC.

ADD: Works Contract Charge @18% on total amount of above items (i.e. items from Sl. No. 1.0 to 10.0) as applicable.

ADD: Labour Welfare Cess @1% on total amount of above items (i.e. items from Sl. No. 1.0 to 11.0) as applicable.

N.B.- 1) At the time of billing, Percentage above/less to be calculated on sum total obtained up to item no. 10.0. Works contract charge & Labour Welfare Cess to be calculated after that. 2) Percentage of rates should be quoted inclusive of cost of maintenance, servicing, supply & replacement of spares for one year from the date of commissioning.
