Wet Mix Macadam Base Course; Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (Pakur variety) to Wet Mix Macadam specification including screening of aggregates and granular materials, premixing the material with water at OMC in Wet Mix Plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with Paver in Sub- base / Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, including supply of all materials,machinery, fuel and lubricants, including incidental costs for lighting, guarding, barricading, making earthen bundh to protect the edges including cost of quality control complete as per Clause 406 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

Repairing pot-holes and making up small depressions with ramming or power rolling including screening, cleaning chips or metals (Pakur variety) and washing, drying as necessary and heating the chips or metal where necessary, cutting pot holes to regular shapes with vertical edges, cleaning the disintegrated materials, heating matrix and applying tack coat (including sides) @2.75 Kg/10 m2, finishing the top of repaired surface levelled with adjoining area, including cost and carriage of stone aggregates and matrix, including cost of applying tack coat. With premixed Chips with 54 kg of bitumen per m3 of loose net volume of stone chips using Mobile HMP. (The payment is to be made on the basis of loose net volume of stone materials consumed in the work); Using Mobile HMP (Light duty)

Prime Coat; Providing and applying primer coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 and requisite quantity on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer using Mechanical means including cost and carriage of bitumen emulsion and all other incidental costs of work complete as per Clause 502 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). For WBM / WMM Surface: (with primer @ 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm)

Bituminous Macadam using Hot Mix Plant (Batch type HMP); Providing and laying bituminous macadam with Batch Type Hot Mix Plant using approved crushed aggregates (Pakur Variety) of specified grading as per Table 500.7 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site laid over a previously prepared surface at specified laying temperature with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled with suitable power roller for break down, inter-mediate and finished rolling as per specification to achieve the desired -compaction including cost and carriage of stone materials and bitumen, hire charges of machinery and equipment, cost of fuel and lubricants and wages of operational staff, quality control complete as per Clause 504 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). For Grading 2; (19 mm nominal size, 50-75 mm thick.) Using Batch Type HMP of minimum capacity 100-120 TPH.

Semi-dense Bituminous Concrete; Providing & laying Semi-dense Bituminous Concrete (SDBC) as wearing coarse by Hot Mix Plant, using coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, filler materials(All of are Pakur variety) and binder of required specification and grading as per approved job mix formula, over thoroughly cleaned surface coated with tack coat, including screening, cleaning of aggregates, mixing the components as per approved Job Mix Formula with hot binder, carrying the mixture by tipper truck or any other approved suitable arrangements, laying the mixture uniformly, maintaining the specified laying temperature, thorough rolling with power roller with necessary hand packing and pinning to give an uniform surface to achieve the desired density of at least 98% of that of Laboratory Marshall specimen,including the cost and carriage of aggregates, filler and binder, heating the binder, preheating the aggregates, and filler to the specified temperature, including the hire charges of Hot Mix Plant and other machineries, pay of operators, cost of fuel and lubricants and all other incidental charges complete. For Grading 2; (10 mm nominal size, 25-30 mm thick.) Using Batch Type HMP of minimum capacity 100-120 TPH.

Supplying and Laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with concrete grade as specified as per Table 1 of IS 15658:2006) manufactured in steel mould clamped to a vibrating table by hydraulic pressure (us per cl. no. 6.30 of IRC : SP : 63 (2018), from BIS licensee manufacturer, with spacer nib (Small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks, as per CL No 3.26 of IS: 15658)and of specified size and shape with aspect ratio (The ratio of length to thickness of a paver block, as per Cl. No. 3.3 of IS: 15658) as per Table 2 of IS :15658 with fles-ural strength/breaking loud as per Annexure G of 15:15658, on the prepared base course if specified CBR as per Table 1 of IRC SP 63 (2018) or else as mentioned in design and drawing with a cushion of compacted bedding sand of 25-35 mm thick (grading of the bedding sand us per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP-63) and filling up the gaps in between paver blocks with joint filling sand grading of the joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC SP 63) and(the completing the edges with cut blocks as per CL No. with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sand. compuctiondevelling and filling up of the edge gap. 100 mm thick, Coloured Grey
