Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below. 2 Core 6 sqmm. [E-4/7(a)]

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials. 2 Core 6 sqmm. [F-5/8(b)]

Laying of cable as below, after cutting floor/pavement/wall/ and making holes incl., embedding the cable at an average depth as below and mending good the damages to original finish incl. removing the rubbish. 2 Core 6 sqmm. [F-3/5(i)]

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F GI (Hot Dip) wire of size as below on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages. 2 x 10 SWG. [G-2/5(a)]

S&F of Thermoplastic,uv stablished weather proof (IP65) Junction box with front side opening & locking arrangement and all necessary item and fixing accessories. (Make- Hensel/Sintex/eqv) S&F of 2Way stud type power terminal- 1 set, S&F of 6-32A SP MCB, 10kA & C characteristics-1 No. (Make- legrend/L&T/ABB/Siemens/Schneider)

Supply and Fixing high efficiency 60 W architectural LED Flood light luminaries with housing made of aluminium & self supported steel frame work using for Facade lighting. The Fittings has high efficiency polycarbonate optics/Tempered glass, optical lenses, with IP66 protection of driver, connector& LED module. The lumen efficiency of the fittings is not less than 150 lm/W, CCT (3000K-5700 K), Beam angle- as per site requirement, prewired with LED driver suitable for operating on 240V, 50Hz single phase AC Supply. The LED Lamp and accessories shall have BEE Certification. (Make- K-Lite/Philips/Wipro/Jaquar/Bajaj/Crompton) (Brand and model approved by EIC/Authority)

General Guideline: 1) LED Lights must confirm the safety requirements as specified in IS16102(Part 1) 2) LED light should meet the harmonics requirement as per IS14700(Part 3/Sec 2) 3) LED products should meet the power factor requirements as per IS16102(Part 2) 4) Lighting must confirm the photo biological test as specified in IS 16108 5) LM 79 report needs to be submitted to BEE 6) Luminious efficacy of electric appliances must not drop to 5% after 1000 hour of service life. N.B: (a) The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized. Sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them. (b) Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution of work / submission of bill. (c) Certification in original from the manufacturer / OEM, as the case may be, regarding originality of the material to be submitted before payment if demanded so as per discretion of the EIC. (d) If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules. (e) Rates are inclusive of all Taxes & Duties.
