Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks incl. ramming & dressing bed to proper level & filling joints with local sand.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures incl. distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening & removal of loose rust (if necy), cutting to requisite length, hooking & bending to correct shape, placing in proper position & binding with 16 gauge-black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing (a) For works in foundation and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m - (i) Tor steel/Mild Steel - I. SAIL/TATA/RINL

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works. (c) Steel shuttering or 9 to 12 mm thick approved quality ply board shuttering in any concrete work

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) - (b) In superstructure, ground floor

Supplying and laying true to line and level vitrified tiles of approved brand (size not less than 600 mm X 600 mm X 10 mm thick) in floor, skirting etc. set in 20 mm sand cement mortar (1:4) and 2 mm thick cement slurry back side of tiles using cement @ 2.91Kg./sqM or using polymerised adhesive (6 mm thick layer applied directly over finished artificial stone floor/Mosaic etc without any backing course) laid after application slurry using 1.75 Kg of cement per sqM below mortar only, joints grouted with admixture of white cement and colouring pigment to match with colour of tiles / epoxy grout materials of approved make as directed and removal of wax coating of top surface of tiles with warm water and polishing the tiles using soft and dry cloth upto mirror finish complete including the cost of materials, labour and all other incidental charges complete true to the manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (White cement, synthetic adhesive and grout material to be supplied by the contrr]e) (I) With application slurry @1.75 kg/ Sq.m, 20 mm sand cement mortar (1:4) & 2 mm thick cement slurry at back side of tiles, 0.2 kg/ Sq.m white cement for joint filling with pigment. Supplying, fitting & fixing 1st quality Ceramic tiles in walls & floors to match with the existing work & 4 nos. of key stones (10mm) fixed with araldite at the back of each tile & joints with white cement mixed with colouring oxide if required to match the colour of tiles incl roughening of conc surface, if necy or by synthetic adhesive & grout materials etc. (B) Wall - With Polymerised Adhesive and Epoxy grout pointing including spacer- 2 mm

(b) Area of each tile above 0.09 Sq.m [using adhesive 4.5 mm thick] - (i) Coloured decorative - In 1st. Floor

(b) Supplying and Laying 25 mm thick Tiles of any shade of approvrd quality as per relevant IS code, IS: 1237-2012 laid in pattern as directed for foothpath, ramp, staircase of public building over 25 mm thick (Avg) Cement morter (1:3) & Cement Slurry @ 4.4 kg/Sq.m at back side of Black. (Cement for Morter & Slurry to be supplied by Department). in all respect i.e. with all labour and materials. Note; Sub-grade CBR should not be less than 5. - (ii) Coloured Decorative

(a) M.S.or W.I. Ornamental grill of approved design joints continuously welded with M.S, W.I. Flats & bars of windows, railing etc. fitted & fixed with necy screws & lugs in ground floor. (Add extra @ 1% for each addl. floor upto 4th floor and @ 1.25% for each addl. floor above 4th floor) (i) Grill weighing above 10 Kg./sq.mtr and up to 16 Kg./sq. mtr.

(b) With Extra for work in grill gate. (I) For hanging and locking arrangements including supply of materials and labour complete. (15% extra over the corresponding item of grill )

Locking arrangement for Jail type doors incl. supplying fitting & fixing in position complete as per approved design.

M.S. structural works with hollow sections (square or rectangular shape) conforming to IS: 806-1968 & IS:1161-1998) connected to one another with bracket, gusset, cleat as per design, drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete including cutting to requisite shape & size, fabrication including metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816-1969 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of all M.S. Hollow section, all consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charges of all tools and plants and labour reqired for execution and all incidental chages (such as electricity, labour insurance) etc. complete. Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural memebrs of MS Holow Section as specified in relevent IS code in finished work. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat may be made by adding the actual weight of such items with weight of finished structural members. The rates are considered for a hight of erection 8 m. / 2nd floor level from the ground. Add 1.5 % extra over the rate for each additional floor or 4m. beyond the initial 8 m. or part thereof. i) For roof truss works - a) Span up to 12 Mtr

Suppling fitting & fixing single skin color coated trapezoidal profile for wall cladding, Roofshall be made of 0.45mm BMT (Base Metal Thickness) (0.50mm TCT (Total coated thickness excl paint), G550 (min 550 yield strength),of calume metallic coating (1$15965) with high Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) value [for better colling as per thermatech technology 1000-10I Smm effective cover width with five major corrugation, 28mm high rib spaced at 203mm cle with subtle square fluting in the pan & the end rib shall have anti-capillary groove & return leg. The steel sheet shall be fastened with 40 micron zinc coated or 25 micron zinc-tin alloy coated, hex head, self -drilling screw as per 1IS 3566-2002 Class 3 fastener. The base steel shall be coated with zinc-alu alloy Zincalume (AZ150)(i.e. 55% Al, 43.4% Zinc, 1.6% Si) minimum of 150 g/m? coating total on both sides. pre-painted with colorbond NR (xterior roofing, walling) paint system of 35 micron Super Durable Polyester paint (SDP) with stable inorganic pigment with no lead contents confirming 1515965, The sheet shalt be free from defects and have brand marking of the manufacturer giving product details on the back of the sheet at regular interval confirming genuinity of the material.

Holding down bolt with nut including 100 x 100 x 6 mm plate washer at bottom fitted complete and packing the hole with cement concrete or cement grout as directed. - (i) 16 mm dia bolt - (a) 300 mm long

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand & cement mortar incl. rounding off or chamfering corners as directed & raking out joints incl. throating, nosing & drip course, scaffolding/staging where necy (Ground floor). [Excl. cost of chipping over concrete surface] - (ii) With 1:4 cement mortar - (b) 15 mm thick plaster

(a) Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

(b) Priming one coat on timber or plastered surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

(A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of appvd make & brand incl. smoothening surface by sand papering etc. incl. using of appvd putty etc. on the surface, if necy : (a) On timber or plastered surface : - (iv) Two coats (with any shade except white)

(b) On steel or other metal surface : With super gloss (hi-gloss) - (iv) Two coats (with any shade except white)

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of appd. quality & brand on plastered or concrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint incl. scraping & preparing the surface thoroughly, complete as per manufacturer's spec. & as per direction of the EIC. - (a) One Coat

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of appvd quality, as per manufacturer's spec. and as per direction of EIC to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding & all incidental charges but excl. the cost of primer. (Two Coat) - b) Premium 100% Acrylic Emulsion

Supplying & laying Double Wall Corrugated (with external annular corrugation and smooth internal walls) High Density Polyethelene Pipes conforming to IS 16098 (Part-II):2013 having Stiffness Class of SN 8 with Ring Stiffness not less than 8.00 KN/Sqm. and Impact Resistance TIR value not more than 10% including necessary jointing materials for nonpressure underground Drainage, Sewerage & Cross drainage application. - (i) 150mm internal dia.

(I) Cement concrete with graded stone ballast (40 mm size excluding shuttering) In ground floor (A) [Pakur Variety] (a) 1:3:6 proportion

Constructing Inspection pit of inside measurement 600mm X 600mm X upto 600mm (depth) with 250 mm thick 1st. class brick work in cement mortar (1:4) on all sides, bottom of the pit consisting of 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) with stone chips over a layer of jhama brick flat soling, 15 mm thick (1:4) cement plaster to inside walls and out-side walls upto G.L. and 20 mm.thick (1:4) plaster to bottom of the pit, providing necessary invert with cement concrete (1:3:6) with stone chips as per direction, neat cement finishing to entire internal surfaces, top of the pit covered with 100 mm thick R.C.C. slab (1:1.5:3) with stone chips and necessary reinforcements upto 1% and shuttering including 6 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) in all external surfaces of the slab and one 560 mm dia. R.C.C. manhole cover of approved make supplied, fitted and fixed in the slab with necessary fittings, necessary earthwork in excavation in all sorts of soil, filling sides of the pit with earth and removing spoils after work complete in all respect with all costs of labour and materials. i) With Pakur variety (Other than JSW/JSPL/SHYAM/SRMB/BNASL/ELECTROSTEEL/SSL).

iii) Extra for each additional depth of 150 mm or part thereof beyond initial 600 mm depth.

Supplying, fitting & fixing in position reinforced cement polymer concrete manhole /gully pit cover with matching frame.As per I.S- 12592(M.D) (vi) 5 MT load bearing capacity round manhole cover provided with lifter hooks fitted with matching frame of size.

Removal of rubbish.earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of EIC
