Laying of the following PVC A/Al cable on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with GI (HOT DIP) Wire earthing attachment, making holes etc. as necessary mending good damages and painting as below: i)4 core 35sqmm to 4core 50 sq.Mm. with 2X10SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire.

ii)4core 90sq mm to 4core 150sq. Mm. with 2X10SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire.

iii)4core 150sq mm to 4core 300sq. Mm. with 2X10SWG GI (Hot Dip)Wire.

Laying of cable as below, after cutting floor/pavement/wall/ and making holes incl., embedding the cable at an average depth as below and mending good the damages to original finish incl. removing the rubbish. i) Above 35 sqmm to 95 sqmm at an average depth of 100 mm in floor/pavement/wall etc.

ii)Above 95 sqmm at an average depth of 100 mm in floor/ pavement/wall etc.

Laying only Cable through existing RCC/Hume/GI Pipe/Open masonary trench for single,2,3,3½&4 core. upto 50 to 400 sq.mm

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe (TATA-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing materials as required. i)65mm dia

ii)100mm dia

Laying of cable as below, on existing Cable Tray and binding & laying properly with suitable size GI wire . (i)Above 150 sqmm

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below : i)For 4 core 50 sq mm.

ii)For 4 core 150 sq mm.

iii)For 4 core 300 sq mm.

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials. i).For 4 core 50 sq mm.

ii)For 4 core 150 sq mm.

iii)For 4 core 300 sq mm.

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., includingsupplying sockets, tapes................. i)6.0 sq mm.

ii)10.0 sq mm.

LT-PANEL BOARD : S.I.T.C of Indoor Type LT-Distribution Panel box of IP-43 protected,415V,3Ø,4 wire, 50Hz as suitable size(approve by EIC) made with 3mm thick MS-CRCA steel sheet(TATA/ JINDAL/SAIL) as body meterial on 50mmX50mmX6mm angle iron frame, cubical compart-mentalized floor-mounted,dust and vermin proof powder coated panel board ,having front side & rear side openable hinged door with door handle and double pad locking arrangement.The enclosure exterior shall be painted with poly-urathene paint (colour Light Gray&D.A Gray)The Compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided. There should be proper ventilation spout at the centre of the top edge on either side. The panel box should be erected over suitable brick structure from the base level with plaster and neat cement finish by punning work & attached removable name plate tray at the body of the LT-Panel. Interconnection between 415 V TPN-SFU units of following sizes (As per direction of EIC)in LT-Panel Chamber and neccy connection as required from Bus-Bar Chamber with suitable size copper wire or by copper bar with proper socketting. Bus-Bar will be supported by FRP/DMC insulator.The Panel Board should be provided with following accessories item, complete as required with Rotary Handle with necessary spader link for MCCB/Main Switch/Change Over operation. [Make: L&T/SIEMENS/ABB/As per choice of EIC] (A) METERING : (i) Digital flush pattern type voltmeter (0-500 Volt) with built in selector switch - 1 Set. (ii) Digital flush pattern type ammeter with built in selector switch and one set of 4 Nos. CTs(Kappa Make) of ratio 300/5A 1st-Class accuracy and 15VA buden - 1 Set. (iii) 3 Nos. phase indication LED lamps(R,Y,B) with inbuilt MCB protection etc. as required - 1 Set. (iv) EI Danger Board (6”X4”) – 1No. (B) INCOMER: i).415V, 250 Amp TPN Cubical type Switch Disconnector Fuse Unit with suitable HRC-DIN Fuse-link. – 1No. ii).415 Volt 400 Amp Electrolyte Copper Bus bar of 4 x 50 mm x 5 mm - 1 Set. [C] OUTGOING : PART-1 i).415V,100 Amp TPN Cubical type Switch Disconnector Fuse Unit with suitable HRC-DIN Fuse-link. – 6No. ii).415V, 63 Amp TPN Cubical type Switch Disconnector Fuse Unit with suitable HRC-DIN Fuse-link. – 3No.

Supplying and fixing of TPN SFU with sheet steel enclosure on angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts washers etc incl. S & F 3 nos. DIN type HRC fuse as per rating.[SIEMENS/L&T] [D3:4a] i)250A,415V TPN SFU Unit. [Main incomer before LT-Panel]

Supply and fixing sheet steel (16SWG) cable end box on TPN SFU enclosure with nuts bolts etc incl.necessary powder coated painting. i)For 250A,415V TPN SFU Unit.

Supply and Installation of double-reversible-door Vertical TPN MCB Distribution board enclosure only,suitable for flush mounting and surface mounting with 160-250Amp CU busbar for each phase, with 2 nutral bar,2 earth bar and cable ties for cable management,pre-fitted masking sheet with IP-43 protection, moisture proof & damp proof heavy meterial concealed in wall or total established on angle iron frame on wall(40mmx6mm)& mending good the damages to original finish with wall matching putty & painting & suitable for MCCB incomer & TP MCB/SP MCB as outgoing,Inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthing attachment. i)4WAY: Upto 160 A Enclosure Legrand Make.

Supplying and fixing 240/415V, following rating MCCBs & MCBs (Legrand Make) of Breaking capacity 10kA for MCBs & 35kA for MCCBs & "C"characteristics on existing din rail for newly installed DBs and necessary connection as required. i)32A(10kA) TP MCBs

ii)63A(10kA) TP MCBs.

ii)100A(35kA) FP MCCBs.

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Finolex/Havells/Polycab/ RR) in 25/32mm size PVC Rigid Conduit 'FR' (Precision make-HMS/MMS) incl. necy. fittings as required.

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. For Morrum Soil.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. Long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. Long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. Long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. Below the ground level as below: a) By TATA-Medium GI pipe.

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 50 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6mm from wall incl. providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having 6 mm clearance from wall incl. providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts,nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.

Add GST @18% On total from item no 1 to 19 to be calculated by bidder.
