Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below : 4 Core 16 Sq. mm [7(c)/F-4]

Laying only Cable upto 50 sqmm through existing RCC /Hume/ GI Pipe/ open masonary trench for single, 2, 3, 3½ & 4 core. [3(a)/F-1]

Laying of cable upto 3/4 core 25 sqmm on wall/ surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting. [ 2(b)/ F- 1 ]

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed with earthing attachment in 2x 10 SWG GI [Hot Dip] Wire. Supply of 6Mtr. Octagonal Poles in 3mm shaft thickness with Top A/F 70 mm, Bottom A/F 130 mm , Base Plate 200x220x12 mm suitable for wind speed 180 Km/hr. as per IS:875 with suitable bracket arrangement to install 1 or 2 no. Construction of suitable Shallow foundation for 6mtr/ 4mtr. Octagonal Pole with M -20 grade concrete for Pole considering soil bearing capacity (SBC) 10T/sq. mtr. at 2 Mtr. depth with all materials and labour payment made as per PWD civil schedule & as per direction of EIC. Erection of Pole by using of lifting equipment like hydra etc. and fixing of foundation bolts , anchor plate etc. with necessary arrangement & Testing & commissioning of all electrical equipment of Pole like led fixtures, MCBs Terminal etc. with cable entry/exit pipe and necessary connection. Supply and installation L . T. Feeder Piller Box of suitable size made of 2 mm. thick M . S . sheet and 40 mm. x 40 mm. x 5 mm .angel and 40 mm. x 5 mm. flat iron bar frame duly welded frame having suitable nos. of cable entry and out position & water shedding arrangement with one side opening system with single door ( made of 2 MM M.S Sheet ) including railway type locking and extra body locking arrangement including supply and fixing Godrej lock with triplicate keys at both ends incl. making necessary interconnections with suitable length and gauge of copper wire having copper sockets in both ends with MCB and other components , including providing C . C (4:2:1) base block of suitable size under 1.5 ft. depth Under the ground level and providing brick foundation of suitable size up to 1.5 ft. Timer arrangement system and muffing i) 25 A 4P modular power contactor with (L&T, Cat no-AUMC2002501-4P,)-1 No ii) Digital timer switch (L&T, cat no- AUTS02DIG00)-1 No iii) 63A FP Isolator (Legrand/ L&T make)- 1 no. iii) Toggle Switch- 1no , iv) Indicator- 1 Set v) Necessary connection with copper wire etc. Installation of the above pillar box with brick foundation of size 1600 x 1500mm with hard jhama cement morter soaling at bottom 600mm below GL & 900mm above GL neatly plastered & neat cemented finish incl. painting by best quality 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over 1 coat of RO primer as per direction of the EIC.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below and restoring surface duly rammed as below for morrum Soil by ISI Medium make GI Pipe with excavation of soil for installation of earting electrode below the ground level suitable for 3.05 mtr. Long GI Pipe. (With Earth Test Certificate).

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F Solid GI (Hot Dip) wire of size as below as per GS. No.-4 SWG [5(a)(i)/G-2]

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required [4(a)/G-2]

Carring charges of poles and barricading the working site with metal barriers or Tapes, screens, cones, rope, wire, chains or signs etc. to prevent unauthorised access of persons or vehicles and maintain safety as per direction of EIC.

N.B: i) Payment will be made after availability of fund from concern Department. ii) Payment will be made as per P.W.D norms.
