AMF PANEL : i) Separate Cubical type floor mounted AMF panel made from 16 SWG Sheet Steel, duly pretreated, powder coated painted and aesthetically finished, suitable for controlling of 40KVA, 415V, 50Hz, 3Ø Silent DG set having following specification/features. ii) AMF panel should be outside of DG set enclosure iii) Frequency, Power Factor Indication for alternator supply iv) Running time indications number of hours of operation and service intervals, service due indications v) The AMF panel must be designed to ensure trouble free performance and ensure switching over Electrical Load to DG within 15 (fifteen) second from the instant of mains failure.

ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE : i) The DG set should have integrated acoustic enclosure at the manufacturing state itself with 11 tank process. High quality acoustict enclosure must be certified as per CPCB-IV + norms. Top lifting for easy handling at customer site & Silencer must be inside the enclosure. ii) Sound Level : 75 dBA at 1 meter distance.

BASE FRAME : i) Common iron channel fabricated base frame containing the engine and alternator, mounted on AVM pads and having provision for lifting Hook.

Terms & Conditions :- (i) Rate should be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and Duty etc. (ii) All materials, equipments & accessories must conform to relevant IS specifications. The DG Set to be supplied must be from the authorized OEM of the respective Engine Manufacturer. (iii) Necessary manufacturer's test certificate for Diesel Engine, Alternator etc. Will have to submit in triplicate copy during delivery of the equipment. (iv) Copy of "Type Approval Certificate" and Certificate of "COP" must be produced at the time of delivery issued from competent Authority (As per CPCB-II). (v) Two major components of DG set like, Engine & Alternator stand warranty for a period of 24 months from the date of dispatch or 5000 hrs. of operations, whichever happens earlier. Defects rising due to faulty installation, and/or commissioning, misuse, faulty storage and/or handling, improper maintenance, normal wear-tear and damages caused due to accidents are specifically excluded.Parts found defective during guarantee period will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. Warranty of 5 years is provided by manufacturer on five major components of engine i.e. cylinder head, crank shaft, cam shaft, cylinder block and connecting rod. (vi) During commissioning, the DG set has to be made to run for atleast six hours at a stretch on atleast 75% load at the cost (cost of fuel, operator and technical personnel) of the agency entrusted with the work and the agency will have to provide permanently multi-core control cables as required with allied accessories including laying of the same before commissioning of the DG set. NOTE- If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules.

M.S. structural works in roof trusses with tubular sections conforming to IS: 806-1968 & IS: 1161- 1998 cnnected to one another with bracket, gusset cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-in-charge complete including cutting to requisite size, fabrication with necessary metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting & erection and painting with two coats RO & two coats of synthetic paint, all complete.
