Cleaning the Air Filters time to time.

Checking the Unit drain points & cleaning the same as and when required.

Checking the tension of "V" Belts.

Checking & cleaning the condenser Coils & Cooling Coils.

Checking all electrical controls and components and taking the corrective action.

Checking of all the components including gas pressure.

Any break-down or preventive maintenance have to attend and rectify the same problem as directed by concern JE / AE / EE.

Apart from the above scope of works agency's man-power have to do any kind different types of Air conditioning related works as per direction / instruction of concern JE / AE.

Maintenance materials are not in the scope of agency except minor materials like screws, nut-bolts, taflon tape etc.

Agency should provide minimum following tools & tackles, Adjustable spanner 10inch - 1no, Adjustable spanner 08inch - 1no, Double ended spanner no 6 to 19 - 1set, R22 charging pipe - 2nos, R32/410a charging pipe - 2nos, Pressure guage -30 to +250PSI - 1no, Pressure guage -30 to +500PSI - 1no, Allen Key - 1set, Combination plier - 2nos, Long nose plier - 1no, Insulated screw driver set - 1no, Non-insulated screw driver set - 1no, Neon tester - 1no, Lattu screw deiver - 2nos, Cu pipe cutter upto 3/4th - 1no, Flearing tools set upto 3/4th pipe - 1set, Sweaging tools upto 3/4th pipe - 1no, LPG single nozzle - 1no, LPG double nozzle - 1no. Mini Hack Saw frame with blade - 1set, 5mtr measurement tape 1no, Hammer 1no, Chisel - 2nos, spring bender upto 3/4th Cu pipe - 1set, Sprit level - 1no, Multimeter 1no, IR Temperature gun -1no. Gas manifold pressure gauge-1 set

Recording of daily activities in the log book and counter sign by the JE/AE, PWD.

In case of absence or leave of any man-power, suitable substitute should be deployed. Otherwise equivalent latest labour commission rate along with other charges like pf, esi, gst, lwc etc will be deducted from the bill,

The condition & availability of tools & tackles should be informed to concern JE/AE in every 15days. If found defective or detoriate then immediate replacement should be done.

All the staffs should have, valid mobile no, valid identity card, safety shoes & Dress Code as directed by EIC.

If any damage done by the agency end due to mishandling / wrong operation then agency is liable to rectify / replace the same in free of cost otherwise rectification cost forfeited from bill/SD Money.

Weekly one holiday should be allotted to each worker.

An amount Rs.50/- for each person each shift or as per given instruction about penalty amount from EIC will be deducted if staff dose not wear shoe / dress code.

If any worker negligent to his duty / mis-behave to any other or authority then agency has to replace the same worker(s) immediately after getting complain.

If agency does not provide PF / ESI then 12% / 4% amount respectively does not draw into the bill for that month. If agency dose not provide bonus the 100% bonus amount forfeited from the final bill.

If agency does not provide good tools & tackles then 2.5% will be deduct from the bill.

All type of maintence / repairing work carried out by the agency as per Nabanna protocal.

Bill will be drawn quarterly after site log-book from agency end to concern JE.

The labour rates are included ESI, PF, Bonous etc as per order of Labour department, Govt of West Bengal. Agency have to submit original ESI, PF deposit certificate of all labours to respective JE before rising/claiming the bill.

The agency will have to submit the identity of his working personnel with ‘Photo’ in duplicate. So that one copy of the same can be submitted to the security.

The department will not bear any responsibility for any accident and there by no claim for compensation in any shape from this department will be entertained.

On the preparation days of programme agency have to deput one semi skilled and one unskilled labour around the clock.

On the day of programme at sabhaghar agency have to deput additional man-power as per schedule as directed by concern EIC.

No Tiffin, accommodation facility, conveyance for the man power engaged by the agency will be provided by the govt.

If agency does not obey the above T&C and scope of works then department will apply penalty charge of Rs100/- per day per point from the bill.

Rate should include all taxes, other charges & L.W.C (if any).
