Plain / Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open foundation with or without reinforcements, in any part of foundation of bridges / culverts with graded stone chips of appropriate nominal sizes, including screening and cleaning of coarse aggregates, fine aggregate (sand) conforming to proper grading zone, both of approved quality and cement, as necessary, cost of curing with water, including cost and carriage of all materials and including preparation of design mix, approval of the same by the Engineer-in-Charge, cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. including cost of formwork but excluding reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specifications. D. RCC Grade M25. I) Using concrete mixer.

Supplying, fitting and placing un-coated HYSD bar reinforcement in Bridge Foundation including initial straightening, straightening of coils bars, removal of loose rust (if any), cutting to requisite length bending, binding with annealed wire not less than 1 mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at every intersection hooked and bent to correct shape and placed on forms etc. including cost of black annealed wire and cost of loading, unloading, carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (i) Tor steel (SAIL/TATA/RINL).

E RCC Grade M25. (i) Height upto 5m I) Using concrete mixer.

Furnishing and Placing Reinforced / Pre-stressed Cement concrete in Super-structure with coarse aggregates of appropriate nominal size and grading, fine aggregate (sand) conforming to proper grading zone, both of approved quality and cement and admixtures, as necessary, including labour, cost and carriage of all materials and including preparation of design mix, approval of the same by the Engineer-in-Charge and cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. all complete as per drawing and technical specification including the cost of necessary form work and staging complete. as per drawing and technical specifications. B. RCC Grade M25. (i) For solid slab super - structure.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in Bridge Super-structure including initial straightening, straightening of coils bars, removal of loose rust (if any), cutting to requisite length bending, binding with annealed wire not less than 1 mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at every intersection hooked and bent to correct shape and placed on forms etc. including cost of black annealed wire and cost of loading, unloading, carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specifications. (i) Tor steel (SAIL/TATA/RINL)

Supplying, and application of chemical for post installed rebar construction by using ETA approved for seismic criteria in rebar conncetion, including drilling hole to the required depth by rottary hammer drill, cleaning with bruss & jet of clean air, filling chemical using serrated nozzle to eliminate mixing error and in a voidless manner including charges for all tools & plants. Application to be designed for post - installed rebars as per EC2/TR023 or relevant tested and accepted design guidelines and the design document to be furnished by the manufacturer. The chemical should have ETA approval for seismic criteria of rebar fixing which should be furnished by manufacturer. The installation and the setting instructions should be strictly flooowed as per manufacturer's specifications as approved by EIC prior to drilling along with post - installed rebar embedment design peport. The existing concrete member should be scanned using rebar scanner to avoid hilting existing reinforcement in concrete during drilling NOTES:- 1) This rate is excluding the cost of scaffolding. 2) This work should not be executed without specific permission of Superintending Engineer of the respective circle and injection process should be executed in the presence of officer not below the rank of Assistant Engineer to supervise the work minutely. 3) Rebar grouting is specifically required for extension and strengthening purpose of old or existing RCC structural membes through rebar fixing chemical item without breaking beam, coloumn, roof slab, lintel ceilling etc. (iii) Cost of poet installed rebaring application with chemical as specified for 12 mm dia per cm of depth.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry / Plain / Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall / return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing face. Complete as per drawing and Technical specifications.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and Technical specification. A) Granular material

Supplying & fixing of Hazard Markers of size : 30cm x 90 cm as per IRC : 79-1981 (The above is inclusive of vertical post).

Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, cross-drain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction. (b)Where staging is not required.

Retro-Reflectorised Traffic Signs Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3,fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cmbelow ground level as per approved drawing and Clause 801 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). iii) 60 cm Circular

Direction and Place Identification Signs with size more than 0.9 sqm size Board. Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro- reflectorised sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm, 2 Nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing and Clause 801 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

Supplying & fixing of Raised Pavement Markers / Road Studs / Cats Eye made of polycarbonate moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face which shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to clause no 804 of MoRT&H's specification for Road &Bridge Works (Fifth Rev.). Marker height shall not be less than 10 mm and shall not exceed 20 mm, width shall not exceed 130mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 sq.cm. on each side and slope to the base shall be 35 ± 5 degree. Fixing will be without nails but by using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation including site clearance etc. and complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge .The contractor will have to provide a test certificate from a reputable national/international laboratory conforming the above specifications.

Uprooting and removing plants from the surface of walls parapet etc and making good damages. Repairing of damages to be paid separately. (a) Small plant of girth of exposed stem upto 75 mm. lift upto 6 mtr.

Metal Beam Crash Barrier A Type - A, "W" : Metal Beam Crash Barrier Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanized by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 andIS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per Clause 811.3 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

Drum Sheet Walling 1.40m (av.) high on Sal-bullah / Eucalyptus bullah piling 10 cm dia. and 3.25m long driven 1.75m (av.) below G.L. and 75cm centre to centre including fitting fixing 3 nos. of half bullah pieces (from 10 cm dia) and drum(empty bitumen) sheet (approved condition) of height 1.5m , cutting and straightening drum sheet (each joint must have lap length of min.50mm) including cost of necessary nails, bolts, nuts etc. and providing 2 to 3m long half bullah ties of 10cm dia. @ 2.25 m centre to centre fixed with 10 cm dia. bullah posts driven 1.5m below G.L. including cost of all materials and one coat of coal tarring to all bullah etc. complete as per direction. (i) Using Eucalyptus bullah.

Painting the vertical end faces of posts, wheel guards or railing or parapet with alternate bands of different colour s as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with approved synthetic enamel paint. b) Two Coats
