Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Loop Isolator Modules ( VDS / UL /ERTL/ LPCB / FM approved ) Loop Isolator can isolate the shorted circuit from the whole system to ensure normal operation of other devices and locate the devices in fault. After the short circuit fault is cleared, those devices will be re-introduced into the system with degree of protection IP 30 as per direction of EIC. Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Microprocessor based addressable fully networkable 2 loop fire alarm control panel (VDS / UL/ERTL/ LPCB/ FM approved) suitable for the devices as stated in the previous items of this BOQ along with 20% spare capacity with each loop loading not exceeding 80 % of the full capacity of detectors and devices taken together, complying to IS 2189:2008 or its latest amendments, and with minimum 600 character alpha - numeric liquid crystal display with CAN networking,The panel shall be soft addressable type and shall be able to give pin point location of all fire/ fault conditions. Further, the panel must be able to automatically switch off respective control switches with help monitor module whenever any alarm is triggered. The Panel should be able to store sufficient numbers of log events in its Memory as per recommended standards.

The panel should have extra loop card slot for expansion of capacity twice. The panel shall have in built rectifier, provision for external & internal printer ( if required ), Loop cards, L C D unit to indicate Fire/Fault Signal with address and analog output, complete in all respects, inbuilt Surge protection facility, integral SMF lead acid batteries with sealed cells of 24V capable of running for 24 hours normal working and then be capable of operating the system for 60 minutes during Emergency condition, with integral battery charger complete in all respect as required. The FACP shall be capable of being networked (future expansion) with other similar FACP located at different part of the premises through single RS 485 modbus. The FACP shall have provision for interfacing with the public address system, remote computer and BMS interface. The system must be preloaded with licensed software as per direction of EIC. NOTE :- 1) The Fire Alarm system shall comply with latest requirements of -- (i) National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards, (ii) IS 2189 (iii) NFPA 7O National Electric Code, (iv) NFPA 72 National Fire Alarm & Signaling Code (v) Local Statutory Regulations , (vi) Manufacturer Recommendation vii) System should be integrated with the components like FACP, Detectors, MCP, Hooter, Monitor Module, Relay Module, etc. and all these components should be of same brand.

TESTS :- 1) The system shall be tested and commissioned by a qualified competent, trained engineer or technician authorized by the manufacturer of the fire alarm equipment to technically supervise and participate during all of the adjustments and tests for the system. 2) Before energizing the cables and wires, inspection and check for correct connections, and test for short circuits, ground faults, continuity, and insulation and other tests as per applicable Indian/International standards must be done.

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necy. connection as required as per GS.

Supplying and fixing PVC Rigid Conduit 'FR' [Precision Make] on wall, ceiling with saddles and other accessories as required and mending good damages to building works as per GS.
