Extra on Item no 3.00 above, for providing CC (6:3;1) base block (around the pole) 0.60x0.60x0.76 mt. above ground level, neatly cemented finish (3 mm thick), at the base pole (in lieu of CC muffing) incl. drilled hole in pole suitable for alkathene/polythene pipe entry, for street light wiring, without Loop Box.

Painting of 9 meter long Steel Tubular Pole along with arm bracket and no. of coats of paint, as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make, and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint

1st coat of aluminium paint over 1 coat of Red Lead priming

2nd coat of aluminium paint over 1st coat

Supply & fixing CMDA type detachable single arm holder assembely of 1.5 mtr length ,40 mm dia having a top cap dia 100 mm & 6 " length with suitable screw and nut by connecting and welding the top cap as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing of GI Cable Loop Box with front side opening door and locking arrangement having 250 x 200 x 105 mm (Inside) dimension.Each have consist of the following materials EARTH Stud, 4 WAY Stud Type Power Terminal – 32A Fuse link with base (L&T/ Havells)- 1no

Supplying & fixing medium gauge 32 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary MS clamps. (from muffing to loop box to muffing)

Supplying & laying medium gauge 40 mm dia GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required (for road crossing)

Supply and delivery of 40 mm dia HDPE PIPES pe 63, 8kgf/cm2. Make-supreme, type-SDR-11/Hensel/ Harse or similar make.

Supply and delivery of 4 core 10 sqmm armoured stranded Aluminium Conductor cable [Gloster/Havells/Polycab]

Laying 4 core 10 sqmm cable as below

Laying of cable on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting

Laying only cable through existing HDPE Pipe/ GI Pipe

Excavation of hard jhama metal /RCC road with electric operated vibrator machine and necy. Tools & tackles to pass the cable protection pipe and mending good the damages to original finish by filling with Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) and ramming. [For laying of cable protection pipe]

Excavation of soil and filling & ramming, for Soft Soil, as per GS. (0.150x0.30x340=15.3 cu.mtr ) (WxDxLength ) (for laying of HDPE pipe for protection of cable)

Supply and fixing 3 core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor cable in 19 mm dia 3 mm thick polythene pipe including supply and fixing of 19 mm dia 3 mm thick polythene pipe. [Gloster/Havells/Polycab/Finolex]

Supplying and fixing compression type gland for 4 core 10 sqmm cable Al. Armoured cable complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials :

Supply & fixing of 250V, 150W LED street light (CT- 5700K-6000K) fittings on existing 9 mtr Steel Tubular pole. Fittings should have warranty of 5 years (60 months). [Make: Philips CityStar BRP335 LED180 CW R5C FG PSU S1 V1/Equivalent Product of Osram/GE Lighting] .

Supply & fixing of 250V, 150W LED flood light (CT- 5700K-6000K) fittings on existing 9 mtr Steel Tubular pole. Fittings should have warranty of 5 years (60 months). [Make:Philips-FieldStar-BVP283 LED181 CW FG SY5WB 150W PSU SPD/ Equivalent Product of Osram/GE Lighting] .

Earthing with 50 mm dia TATA medium GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground.

Less: Cost for dismantled & unserviceable 9 mtr long ST pole as per direction of EIC @ Rs 3000.00 per pole x 6 nos pole = Rs 18,000.00 will be deducted from gross bill amount.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :- The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them. Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/ submission of bill. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules

Defect Liability Period 1 (One) year
