a)Laying of one No. cable above 35 sqmm and upto 185 sqmm in underground trench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trenchwith shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Supply 1.1 kv grade 4 core 70sq.mm XLPE/PVC insulated and sheathed, armoured cable with Al.conductor (HAVELLS/POLYCAB/ KEI/R R KABEL/Mescab) in following manner as per GS.(From Sub panel to VTPN)

a)Laying of cable as below, after cutting floor/pavement/wall/ and making holes incl., embedding the cable at an average depth as below and mending good the damages to original finish incl. removing the rubbish Above 35 sqmm to 95 sqmm at an average depth of 100 mm in floor/pavement/wall etc.

SITC of floor mounted cubical type self supporting and standing compartmentalized powder coated waterproof 16SWG (Suitable Size) GI Sheet Panel with separate bus & cable alleys made of 3mm thick CRCA sheet & angle iron frame supported incl. necy. interconnection by suitable size & grade copper cable / solid link/ flat bar incl. making cable end terminal box float boxes after making drill holes ect. As required incl. painting the panel board by powder coated paint as per direction of E.I.C and S & F of the following. A) Incoming- i) 415Volt, 600 Amp. FN type TPN change Over switch (LT /Siemens make)-----1 no B) Bus Bar Chamber-- 415 Volts, 4 Bars B.B.C incl. 4 Nos. 1000 Amp capacity electrolytic copper Bars on non-hygroscopic porcelain insulator of requisite length incl. drill hole etc. as required . out going -(i) 415 Volt 315 Amp FN type TPN main switch with HRC fuses(LT/Siemens make) ---4 nos ii) 415 Volt 125A Amp FN type TPN main switch with HRC fuses (L&T make) --- 4 nos. D) Instruments.-i) 0-500V voltmeter(AE make) with selector switch(Kaycee make)-- 1 set ii)0-400 A ammeter(AE make) with selector switch(Kaycee make )—1 set iii)suitable CT---3 nos iv)sliding fuse –3nos v)LED type indicating lamp—3 nos incl. interconnection.

S&F 12 way Vertical TPN PBDB with 3 phase in coming & TP/SP outgoings, as follows with vertical type busbar system, in SS enclosure (IP-43 protection) (Make:- Legrand/ABB/L&T) double door comprising of neutral link incl. & provision for earthing attachment concealed in wall after cutting the brick wall and mending good the damages to original finish incl. interconnection with suitable size of copper wires and earthing attachment. Incoming-415V, 25KA/35KA, 125 A,4 pole MCCB ----1 no Outgoing- 415V, 10KA, 63A T.P MCB C curve ---12 (make: Legrand/Schneider/Siemens)

Supplying & fixing 415V, 6-32A per way ,6 way TPN MCBDB with SS enclosure double door with IP 42/43 protection with 63 A FP isolators as incomer and 18 Nos. 6-32A SPMCBs ( 'C' Curve , 10kA ) as outgoing ,concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthing attachment (Make-Legrand/Schneider/Siemens).

Supplying & fixing 250V,6-10A per way , SPN MCBDB with SS enclosure double door with IP42/43 protection with DP isolators as incomer and SPMCBs ( 'C' Curve , 10kA ) as outgoing ,concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthing attachment (Make-Legrand/Schneider/Siemens ), 2+12 way Enclosure, 607712, 40A DP Isolator,10 Nos. SPMCB.

Supplying & Fixing Industrial Plug & Socket board with 415 V, 63A, TPN & Earth Metal Industrial Plug socket & 63A Industrial top incl. S&F 63 A TPN/FP MCB breaking capcity 10kA (C- Curve) in SS enclosure fixed on wall and cecessary conection. (ABB/L&T/Legrand)

Supplying and fixing of 415 V 32A Four Pole MCB With suitable size enclosue of Breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection. (Legrand/Schnider/L&T).

Supplying and fixing of 415 V 16A Four Pole MCB With suitable size enclosue of Breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection. (Legrand/Schnider/L&T).

Supplying and fixing of 415 V 16A Two Pole MCB With suitable size enclosue of Breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection. (Legrand/Schnider/L&T).

Supply & Fixing of 3ft x 1 ft GI Angle Iron frame from floor welded and 6 inch grouted in floor and mending good damages after work with main switch connection including painting & necessary nuts & Bolts as per direction of EIC 40x40x6 with necessery welding. (make: Approve)

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necy. connection as required. a)4x16 sqmm + 2x10 sqmm.(For VTPN to 63A FP)

b) 4 X 10sqmm. + 2 X 6sqmm.(For VTPN to 32A FP)

c) 4 X 6sqmm. + 2 X 4sqmm.(For VTPN to 16A FP and TPN)

d) 2 X 6sqmm. + 1 X 4sqmm.(For TPN to SPN and 16A DP)

Cutting channel of 40 mm x 40 mm size on masonary wall incl. S&F heavy guage polythene pipe dia as stated below by means of iron hooks and supplying and drawing 18 SWG GI Wire fish wire incl. Mending good damages to building works. [For AC point (a) 19 mm dia 3 mm thick polythene pipe with out earth continuity wire.

Earthing the installation by 50 mm dia G I pipe by ISI-Medium on murrom soil.
