Laying of one No. cable in underground trench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trenchwith shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed. Upto 35 sqmm

Laying of cable as below, after cutting floor/pavement/wall/ and making holes incl., embedding the cable at an average depth as below and mending good the damages to original finish incl. removing the rubbish. From 2.5 sqmm to 35 sqmm at an average depth of 75 mm in floor/pavement/wall etc.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below i) 4 Core x 25 sq.mm .

ii) 4 Core x 10 sq.mm [ From Feeder Pillar to High Mast ]

iii) 2 Core x 10 sq.mm

Finishing of the XLPE/PVC insulated armoured cable ends by soldering with cable sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, soldering materials, tapes etc. and making connection to switch, BDB and BBC etc. i) 4 Core x 25 sq.mm

ii) 4 Core x 10 sq.mm [ From Feeder Pillar to High Mast ]

iii) 2 Core x 10 sq.mm

Supply and Fixing 6 way double door horizontal TPN MCB distribution board with IP-42/43 protection, including 63A, 4 Pole MCB isolator as incomer, 4 nos. 32 A FP MCB, 6 Nos 10-32A SP MCB as outgoing concealed in wall after cutting the wall and mending the good damages to original finish including inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthing attachment.(Make -Legrand/ABB/L&T /Seimens) [ 1 no. for each Godown]

S&F 2+16 way double-door SPN MCB Distribution Board with IP-42/43 protection, with 240 V 40 A DP MCB isolator as incomer and 16 nos. 6-32A SPMCB as outgoing, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. Inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthing attachment.as per GS (Make -Legrand/ABB/L&T /Seimens)

SITC HIGH MAST SYSTEM SITC of 12.5 Mtr (over all length) Polygonal segmented High Mast GI pole without luminaries carriage fixed on re-inforcement steel cement concrete foundation with anchoring 'J' bolts with nuts and all its accessories. LED Glow Sign Board Supply & fixing aluminium structure base of the signboard of dimension 22 feet X 5 feet (Approx) to be fixed on M.S. structure, fabricated with rectangular section hollow aluminium members of size 65mm X 40mm, of 3 mm thickness for the all 4 sides with required fixing arrangement and back portion to be covered by 24 SWG GI coloured sheet with provision for opening for future maintenance purpose as directed by EIC. Supply & fixing 3 mm thick highly finished polyvenile coated Aluminium Composite Panel board of dimension 22 feet X 5 feet (Approx) (Make: Aludecor / Alstone / Pratap Bond) of approved colour as back ground (Blue) & fixed on aluminium structure with required fixing arrangement after router cutting for letters as per approved inscription with provision for front opening for future maintenance purpose as directed by EIC. Supply & fixing special type of imported 3mm thick Acrylic letter (Letter colour- white) of suitable size fixed on ACP sheet after router cutting the ACP for the letter font with West Bengal Government official emblem consisting of Ashoka pillar on top, and the “Biswa Bangla” theme in the centre of a circle followed by English & Bengali inscription as approved by the competent authority and as directed by EIC. Various Letter incl. Biswa Bangla Logo - " as approved by the competent authority

Supply & fixing of LED inside the acrylic letters on middle frame of the ACP board, as directed by EIC. The specification of the same is given below: A) LED:- white- samsung module with lense. B) Type: Double line, fixed. C) Life: 70,000 burning hours. D) intensity: Uniform & smooth throughout, without dark patches. E) Visibility: 10 mtr at least for normal eye. F) Power Supply: 20 Amp (Meanwell LRS-350-12). G) Ambient Air: 0-50°c. 100% relative humidity. H) power consumption- 0.8 watt per module. I) input - 230V AC, output- - 12V DC.

S/F 250V, 350 watt, 50/60 Hz. 108 to 305 VAC IP-65 adaptor (Make Intex) for supply of power to LED modules as per direction of EIC. S/F 1mm thick 25mm x 25mm stainless steel angle surrounding the front portion of the complete structure with necessary fixing materials as per direction of EIC. Dist. Wiring by 3x1.5sqmm PVC insulated flexible copper wire through 19mm dia polythene/ rigid pipe partly concealed partly surfaced on wall with making necy. Connections and all accessories to complete the job in all respect as directed by EIC. Cost of making scaffholding arrangement of 30 ft height (approx) with bamboo and wooden planks etc as required for making & installation of the glowsign board and incl. carrying charges from work shop to site, loading, unloading and vice-versa. Transportation of the LED sign board & other structures from company workshop to site incl. loading & unloading as directed by EIC.
