The hole concrete foundation made with 10mm dia. TMT Bar 0.1mtr apart (Horizontally & vertically) cage structure. The muffing should be 0.304mtr above the ground level incl. 1.5 mm thick neat cement finish up to top level. 04 nos. 20/25mm dia 1.67mtr length GI FDN Bolts with Nuts Inside the muffing with 10mm thick base plate by welding acordingly matching with the pole base plate hole. incl. 02nos. 40mm dia polythene pipe inside the center of muffing for passing 02 nos cables.

Supply and fixing of 4 Nos. M24X 750 foundation bolts as per EN-8 Grade manufactured from special GI along with nuts, washers, and templates.

Supply and fixing of 4 nos. foundation bolts as per from special GI along with nuts, washers and templates.

Supply and fixing of 0.6 mtr radius circular bracket suitable for fixing 4 Nos. LED Fittings.

Laying of HDPE pipe of the following sizes in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, including filling the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 No. 65 mm x 8 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 80 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts.

Earthing with15.88mm dia 3 m long G.I Earth Spike as per direction of EIC.

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar incl. S & F 20 mm x 3 mm Galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddle as required and connection to equipments with incl. drilling holes, bolts, nuts,washers etc.
