Metering Panel: a) 0-500V Digital voltmeter (AE make) - 1 no. b) 0-200A Digital Ammeter (AE make) -1 no. c) 230V RYB. LED indicator lamp (Siemens/L&T)-- 3 nos. d) 200/5 Amp ratio C.T (Kappa) --- 3 nos. e) Slide lock fuse---- 3 nos.

Interconnection :- All interconnection between incoming main to Busbar are to be made with suitable size electrolytic tinned copper bars or equivalent flexible pve insulated multistranded single core Cu cable and the same between busbar to each outgoing mains and & for metering arrangements are to be made by suitable size of Copper with proper socketing of the end of each wire leads.

Installation :- The complete panel board is to be installed on suitable brick padestal incl. net cement finish as directed by the E.I.C.

Painting: The complete panel board is to be spray painted after required surface treatment with 2 coat of red oxide primer & 2 coat of finished paint over dried or powder coating. Earthing :- A separate continuous aluminum earth busbar of appropriate size is to be painted at the inside bottom of the panel and run across the full load of the panel board. All electrical equipment are to be properly earthed with suitable size G.I. wire.

Supply & Delivery of 1.1 kv grade 4Cx16 sqmm XLPE-armoured AL. cable, as directed by EIC. [For Main Panel to Fidder Piller Box] [Make - Polycab/Havells/RR Kabel/Gloster]

Laying of above 4Cx16 sq.mm. XLPE/Ar. AL Cable on wall/surface incl. S&F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting, as per GS.

Laying of above 4Cx16 sq.mm. XLPE/Ar. AL Cable in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed, as per GS.

Supply & Delivery of 1.1 kv grade 4Cx6 sqmm XLPE-armoured AL. cable, as directed by EIC. [Make - Polycab/Havells/RR Kabel/Gloster]

Laying of above 4Cx6 sq.mm. XLPE/Ar. AL Cable in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed, as per GS.

S/F Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials as per GS.

(i) 4Core x 6 sqmm XLPE-armoured AL. cable

(ii) 4Core x 16 sqmm XLPE-armoured AL. cable

S/F compression type cable gland complete with brass gland, brass ring, rubber ring etc. for dust & moisture proof entry of XLPE- A/Al armoured cable as per GS.

(i) 4Core x 6 sqmm XLPE-armoured AL. cable

(ii) 4Core x 16 sqmm XLPE-armoured AL. cable

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & sheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 20 mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) incl. necy. fittings as required. a) 2 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) + 1 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) ECC ( For Compound light loop box to led fitting)

Finising the end of above PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire as per GS. a) 2 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) + 1 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) ECC

Supply & delivery of 3.0 Mtr Top Hot Dip Galvanised Aesthtically designed mild steel step pole with grey poweder finish compitible for LED Post Top. Plasma cut & duly chamfered opening window of 300x110mm for terminal connections & mounting accessories. Window cover is fitted with allen screw to the pole as per direction of EIC. Foundation of above pole with Base Flange & foundation nuts, Bolts etc on RCC (4:2:1) stepped foundation having (L-450mm x W-450mm x H-450mm) below the ground level and (L-300mm x W-300mm x H-150mm) above ground level including neatly cemented finish (3mm thick) above ground level incl. earthing connection etc. & carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from the store to work-site including filling up thr pit with shifted soil and ramming properly as directed by EIC.

S & F of 45W Decorative Circular LED Post Top light fittings with die cast aluminium body & opal PC cover IP66 and IK 07 rating tall amid varied environmental cnditions with necy. Connection as per GS. (Make - Havells / Signify / Cropmton / Wipro)

Fixing only above light fitting complete with all accessories, by providing CC (6:3:1) base block, dimension 0.45x0.45x0.60 mt. (0.3 Mtr. above ground level) , neatly cemented finish (3 mm thick), without Loop Box, as per GS.

COMPOUND LIGHTING: Supply & delivery of 240V, 8400 lumen (minimum) output LED street light with IP-66 protection including 10 KV SPD with CCT (5700 to 6700K) & Luminious efficacy 120Lumen/ Watt minimum or better individual Secondary Optics Peanut Lens and Separate Toughned Glass Diffuser, Potted Driver to be used, fittings, as directed by EIC. Supply & delivery of 7.0 Mtr Hot Dip Galvanized (86-65 micron dry film thickness) Octagonal Pole, as per BSEN 10025; ASTM A572; IS 5986: IS 4759/2629, ASTM A123 and BSEN IS 1461 standard. The pole should be 7.0 Mtr long, bottom dia-130 mm, top dia-70 mm, thickness-4 mm (without galvanosation), continuously tapered and shall have octagonal cross section with pole cap at top, necessary cleat attachment/hanger for arm brackets. Base-plate having dimension 200x200x12 mm and 4 nos 'J' Type foundation bolt with double nut and plate washer, bolt dia 24 mm, bolt length-700 mm, Projected bolt length - 100 mm(these dimention are subjected to tolerance as per IS-2102 except for bending radius). The pole will consist of a built-in loop-box having one number 32 A, 3 Phase 3 Way connector with Neutral link on porcelain insulator (for incoming/outgoingcable and luminaries connection), and 1 numbers (6-32 A) SPMCB. The door opening shall be complete with a closefitting, vandal resistance, weatherproof door (to IP-55 of IS:2147), providing with a heavy duty double internal lock with special paddle key. The door opening shall be carefully designed and reinforced with welded steel section, so that the mast section at the base shall be unaffected and undue buckling of the cut portion is prevented. The Pole should be supplied with adequate templates for the purpose of construction of base foundation. The pole should have earthing terminals 02(two) nos at a height of 600 mm from the base plate for connection of earth continuity wires/ conductors. Erection of upto 7.0 Mtr octagonal GI (Hot Dip Galvanised in single dip) pole 1.6 Km from the store to work-site with foundation of M20 grade concrete for 7.0 Mtr GI Octagonal Pole with all the materials like sand, cement, stone chips, reinforcement steel, binding wire etc as relavent IS Code. soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr., by PCC Base foundation having (L-1000mm x W 1000mm x H-100mm) & RCC foundation having dimention [L-500mm x W- 500mm x (H-1200mm-below the GL & 200mm-above the GL)] including neatly cemented finish (3mm thick) above ground level. There should be multiple alkathene pipes upto 1.2 mtrs of 50 mm dia of adequate length for distribution of incoming & outgoing cables for street light wiring as directed by EIC in the CC foundation of octagonal poles.

S&F 40NB (as per IS 1161) Class 'B' pipe 1.5 mtr. long detachable type G.I. Single arm bracket, suitable for pole head. The arm bracket shall be properly welded with 4 mm. thick stifner plate with Decorative Swan type of pole sleeve for strengthening incl. properly fixing arrangement with the pole by bolts, nuts and washer as per direction of EIC. (86-65 micron dry film thickness) (Make:- Transrail/ Valmont/ Bajaj/Utkarsh as per choice of EIC) (As per IS 5986: IS 4759/2629, ASTM A123 and BSEN IS 1461 standard.

Supplying & Fixing GI waterproof type looping cable box size 200x150x100 mm deep having 4 mm thick comprising of one 250 V 15 A kit-kat fuse unit, one NL on porcelain insulator, one compression type brass cable gland for upto 2- core 16 sqmm PVC/A cable and having lined with rubber gasketted GI top cover with brass machine screws etc., earthing terminal with lug, on steel tubular pole near base, including S&F 40x6 mm thick, MS clamps with bolts, nuts etc. including painting with anticorrosive paint.

Supply & Fixing of Hooded type LT Feeder Pillar Box of appropriate size & specification, having rigid & self supporting structure fabricated with sufficient no. of MS angles (25x25x3mm), MS flats (25x3mm) etc. The body & top portion will be fabricated by 3mm & 5mm thick MS plate respectively and bottom portion by 10 mm thick Cast Iron. Double door arrangement with two handles to be done both on front and rear side and proper ventilation at the top of two sides is to be made by close mesh brass net. Provision of manual padlocking arrangement are to be provided on both doors. Provisions for earth terminals at both sides are to be provided. TERMS & CONDITIONS :- The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them. Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules The defect liability period (DLP) of the aforesaid work will be for the period of THREE (03) years from date of completion.
