Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trenchwith shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Laying only Cable upto 50 sqmm through existing RCC/Hume/GI Pipe/ open masonary trench for single, 2, 3, 3½ & 4 core as to GS.

Supplying and Laying 50mm Dia Hard UPVC pipe (Make- OriPlast/ Supreme) protection in under ground trench with Necessary fittings and jointing materials as required as per direction of EIC.

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe (ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials.

Supplying, fitting and fixing CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride) pipes of approved make conforming to IS-15778: 2007 . with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. Sub Head---2--- Supply and Erection of High Mast and Pole

SITC of 16 Mtr. High Mast

Supply and delivery of 16 Mtr. High Mast, 3,3 shaft thickness in two sections, Top A/F 150, Bottom A/F 360 , Base Plate 520 (O/D)x25 dimension as per manufacture design to suitable for wind speed 180 Km/hr. as per IS:875 with head frame, luminaries carriage suitable to install 8 nos. 200W led flood light fixtures lightning finial along with the other accessories like double drum SWLwinch, 5mm diameter 2 Rope system 304 Grade SS wire rope, PVC trailing cable 5cx2.5 sq mm, connector, integral power tool motor ,with Plug socket PVC Board, Torque Limitor , manual handle, junction box , Flexible wire 3cx1.5 sq m m for internal wiring of luminaries, Bottom JB, 32 Amp 4 Pole MCB, 4cx16 sq. mm Al XLPE armoured cable from feeder pillar to high mast base for power connection, 3cx2.5 sq mm Cu cable for motor connection A) Material grade of shaft shall be of S355JO/JR as per BSEN 10025 or Equivalent IS: 2062 grade E350 (BR) B) Materials grade of Base Plate shall be E250(BR) as per IS:2062 C) Galvanization as per BSEN ISO:1461 [Make- Bajaj/Valmont/Transrail]

Construction of suitable Shallow foundation for 16 Mtr. High Mast with M-25 grade concrete for solar mini mast considering soil bearing capacity (SBC) 10T/sq. mtr. at 2 Mtr. depth with all materials and labour and payment made as per PWD civil schedule & as per direction of EIC. The necessary drawing of said foundation should be provided by the High Mast supplier and approved by the EIC.

Supply of 8 Nos. M30X 850 “I” foundation bolts as per EN8 Grade (TS-600) manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates as per direction of EIC.

Supply of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar with 32A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 25A TPN contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button, Incoming 25 sq. mm and outgoing 4c x 16 sq mm & 3 cr. X 2.5 sq. mm cu cable

Erection , Testing and commissioning of the said 16 Mtr. High Mast and Feeder Pillar by using of lifting equipment like hydra etc. and fixing and wiring of Luminaires with 3cx2.5 sq mm flexible cable , 32 Amps 4 Pole MCBc etc. with necessary arrangement with labour cost as per direction of EIC.

Supply & Fixing of LED Single Dome Aviation Lamp incl. necessary conncetion as per direction of EIC. [Make- Bajaj, Model- BG AV 302 LED or equivalent model of PHILIPS/ CROMPTON/ WIPRO]

Supply & delivery of following mention, 3 mm shaft thickness, Hot dip GI Octagonal pole, 65-90 micron (ISI approved) fabricated from HT Steel confirming to S-355JO/JR as per BSEN 10025 or equivalent to E350(BR) graded materials as per IS:2062 and suitable for wind speed 180Km/Hr. as per IS:875 alongwith the sleeve of suitable diameter to fit on the pole top complete in all respect having 4 terminal loop stud of 32A inside the pole with inspection door and locking arrangement and 1 no 6A SPMCB (make- Legrand) as required inclusive of all.

8 mtr. long in single section, top & bottom dia- 70mm & 130mm, base plate Size- 200x200x16mm of E250(BR) graded materials as per IS:2062, Galvanization as per BSEN ISO:1461 (Bajaj/ Transrail/Valmont)

Making foundation for the 9 mtr. GI Octagonal poles with stone, sand, cement and iron reinforcement structure (500 x 500 x 2000) mm with 12mm dia MS rod (Fe415 Grade) binded/welded after cutting the required soil and fixing with proper grouting of 4 nos. M20X600 "J" type foundation bolts as per EN-8 grade (TS-600) made by good quality steel alongwith nut, washer with epoxy resin cover incl. polythene pipe for entry of supply cable etc. as required as per direction of EIC.

Supply & Fixing 48.3-50mm dia medium gauge 1.5mtr long detachable type GI single arm bracket suitable for pole head of 70 mm dia. The arm bracket shall be properly welded with 15 mm thick stiffner plate of pole sleeve for strengthening incl. proper fixing arrangement with the pole by bolt, nuts and washers as per direction of EIC.

Supply & Fixing 48.3-50mm dia medium gauge 1.5mtr long detachable type GI double arm bracket suitable for pole head of 70 mm dia. The arm bracket shall be properly welded with 15 mm thick stiffner plate of pole sleeve for strengthening incl. proper fixing arrangement with the pole by bolt, nuts and washers as per direction of EIC.

Sub Head---3---OUTDOOR LIGHT:

Supply and delivery of 240V AC, 90 Watt LED Street Light Fittings die cast aluminimum housing complete with all accessories lumen output:Min 120lm/w driver rating should be higher than the fittings rating.[Make: PHILIPS/ CROMPTON/ WIPRO/ BAJAJ or Manufacturer with own NABL accredited lab with valid test certificate ]

Supply and delivery of 240V AC, 250 Watt LED Flood Light Fittings die cast aluminimum housing complete with all accessories lumen output: Min 120lm/w driver rating should be higher than the fittings rating.[Make: PHILIPS/ CROMPTON/ WIPRO/ BAJAJ or Manufacturer with own NABL accredited lab with valid test certificate]

Fixing only LED street light fittings on arm bracket of 8 mtr long octagonal pole.

Fixing only Floodlight Fitting with suitable tie clamps and MS plate for mounting on Pole/Tower or similar structure. [C-3/20-a]

Supply and Fixing SMC Junction Boxes of dimention (250x200x100) mm with IP 67 protection (Make: Sintex / Hensel ) for compound light. With 4pole 32A terminal stud and 6A 10KA C curve SP MCB (Make-Legrand/ ABB/ Siemens/ L&T)

Sub Head---5---EARTHING:

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: By TATA-Medium GI pipe

Excavation of soft soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming.

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.

Sub Head---4---MISCELLENEOUS:

Feeder Pillar:- Design, Manufacture, testing, supply and commissioning of thefollowing outdoor type Distribution Feeder Pillar box conforming to Indian Standard IS : 5039-1969 with latest amendments a. Suitable for use on 3 phase 4 wire, 400/440 Volts 50 Cycles A.C. Supply and shall be suitable for short circuit fault of 31 MVA at 415 Volts b. The dimension of the body is --1300 (H) X 700 (W) X 600 (D) mm. c.The body will be fabricated with 5mm thick MS plate, MS angle ( 50X50X6) & MS Flat ( 50X6 ) d.The Base Plate will be made by 10 mm thick MS Plate e.The top of the box will be fitted with a sloping canopy made out of 5 mm thick sheet steel. f. It will have a set of water proof double hinged door at the front & back side with suitable locking arrangement ( Godrej Type ) and provision for manual locking arrangement. Danger Board of size- 150mmx100mm is to be given at both side.

g. Adequate ventilation by means of louvers with wire mesh shall be provided on both sides and at the top and bottom of both sides of LT pillars h. The inside will be painted by 1 coat of Redled / zinc chromate and the outside will be painted by 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over 1 coat of Redled / zinc chromate. i. The Enclosure shall provide Degree of protection IP -43 in accordance with IS : 2147 -1962 with its latest ammendment.

The Feeder box will contain the following switches and accessories Incoming:- i) S & F 415V, 40A FP Isolator on DIN rail.(Make- L&T/Legrand/Seimens) as I/C- 1 No. ii) Timer DB:- S&F of 32A timer controlled DB for controlling of Compound lighting system in SS double door 14-way DB enclosure (Make:L&T/ Legrand/ABB(E)) with IP-42/43 protection, to be fixed inside the feeder pillar box. All connections should be made by copper wire of 16mm² (Ph) & 10 mm² (N) and finishing with dowells make solderless socket by crimping method incl necessary connection & provision for earthing attachment & neutral link incl Ferruling & marking with S&F following Electrical accessories as per direction of EIC:- [for street lighting] iii). 415V, 40A FPMCB C curve breaking capacity 10kA (Make:L&T)- - 1 no. iv). 415V, 40A, 4P Contactor - 1 no. Busbur:- Supplying & fixing sheet metal (16 SWG) Iron Clad Busbar chambers of size- 500x150mm on angle iron frame on wall, incl. earthing attachment and painting as required – (As per Drawing no. 470 of PWD Specification Book – May 1991) 4 Bar, 415 V, 63 A Cu. Bars (4 x 10x3mm- 500 mm long) with colored tapes --1 set Outgoing:- i) S& F of 415V, 16A FP MCB on DIN rail.(Make- L&T/Legrand/Seimens) as O/G - 3 Nos.

Interconnection of the all I/C and O/G switches are to made with suitable size of Cu. Wire with proper insulation with coloured sleeving as per direction of EIC. Interconnection Wires:- (i) I/C to Timer DB- 4x10+2x6 sq.mm. Cu. Wire (ii) Timer DB to B/B Chamber- 4x10+2x6 sq.mm. Cu. Wire (iii) B/B Chamber to 32A M/S- 4x6+2x4 sq.mm. Cu. Wire

Installation of the above pillar box with brick foundation of size 900x600 mm with hard jhama cement morter soaling at bottom 300mm below GL & 450mm above GL neatly plastered & neat cemented finish incl. painting by best quality 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over 1 coat of RO primer as per direction of the EIC.
