Interconnection: All interconnection between incoming main to busbar are to be made with suitable size electrilytic tinned copper bars or equivalent flexible PVC insulated multistranded single core Cu cable and the same between busbar to each outgoing mains & for metering arrangements are to be made by suitable size of copper with proper socketing the end of each wire leads.
Installation: The complete panel board is to be installed on suitable brick padestal incl. net cement finish as directed by EIC.
Painting: The complete panel board is to be spray painted after required surface treatment by 7 tanks process / sand blasting with 2 coat of red oxide primer & 2 coat of finished paint over dried or powder coating.
Earthing: A separate continuous aluminum earth busbar of appropriate size is to be painted at the inside bottom of the panel and run across the full load of the panel board. All electrical equipment are to be properly earthed with suitable size G.I. wire.

LED SIGNBOARD: SITC of LED GlowSign Board of Size (20’ x 6’)=120 sq ft withliquid Acrylic letters with adhesive on ACPBoard of 3mm thick (Mk.-Aludecor/Alstone) of suitable size to accomodate all the matters /contains as approved by the authority to be made with 25x25x4 mmMS angle iron, 18SWG square/round Hollow bar ,base plate (10mm thickness) required for fixing the necessary nuts bolts washers supporting angle iron clamp etc. and acp sheet on front sides & edges only & back side to be covered by GI sheet (with proper ventilation arrangement) .Allside tobe moulded uniformly side fabricated by aluminium L channel upon which elevated or box type letter made from imported liquid acrylic will be fixed.The thickness of acrylic will be 5mm(for small letters),8mm (for big letters) and 10mm (for very big letters).The back side of the letters is covered by 3mm thick ACP (Mk.-Aludecor/Alstone).The inside of the letters Supplying & fixing of best quality LED lighting arrangement of fully water proof 10 nos LEd light fittings of 20watt (100lm/w).Theletters are sealed by exterior grade silicin.The back side of the board is covered by 22 SWG GI sheet with nuts & bolts.
Intensity: same & smooth through out without dark patch.
The complete sign board will be fixed on roof of the buiiding with providing necessary CC muffing,1no CI water proof 200x150x100mm loop box, 50x50x 6mm MS angle for supporting the board of required length by nuts,bolts,washers etc.After drilling holes on the frame front facia.GSB would have2 nos hinge type doors in back side to have the inside access including mending goods the damages to original finish.

N.B: (a) The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized. Sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.
(b) Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution of work / submission of bill.
(c) Certification in original from the manufacturer / OEM, as the case may be, regarding originality of the material to be submitted before payment if demanded so as per discretion of the EIC.
(d) If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules.
(e) Rates are inclusive of all Taxes & Duties including GST & L.W.C.
